The commitment and support we received from Caryn and Kelly was outstanding. Caryn was very kind and understanding, and always made herself available to answer questions and provide periodic updates. Kelly provided great communication and was attentive to our needs as he guided us through the construction process. We hope to have great memories here at Del Webb.

Our affinity for forward thinking floor plans and comfort led us to Toll Brothers and Pulte. We stumbled upon Pulte's Del Webb in December 2021 and fell in love with the community, thoughtful planning and amenities. The value is much greater here than in the Northeast corridor (NJ). We are very happy here.

The staff at Del Webb from the sales rep to our project manager were great. Always responding to our questions and concerns. Sales rep Debbie guided us through the process of selecting our options and was always there to help us. Our project manager Josh took us through the walk throughs and resolved any construction issue. Josh went above and beyond to help us. Not as impressed with the quality of workmanship, we are still finding issues, but as long as the staff are willing to resolve them, it will be fine.

Ease of picking out our home model, lot, and all the amenities. Nice experience.

Moving from CALIFORNIA here has been eventful, and trying. I think it has been and will be worth it. Pulte has made that as easy as it can be. Not perfect but good.

We love our house! Great quality, very fair price and we love being a part of the Del Webb community. The amenities are great. Our only frustration, was the way our realtor dealt with us every time there was an issue to work through (and we knew buying a new home was going to be some issues to work through). When problems/challenges came up, rather than try to explain things or walk through the options with us, we were basically told to take it or leave it. THREE separate times the option given to us was accept this or walk away and lose your 10% down payment. My spouse and I were both in sales. Take it or leave it is not a great way to do business. The experience up to the purchase was very pleasant. After the Project manager, Dennis, was no longer part of our experience it has not been as great. Response to issues is very slow and many excuses for missed appointments have been given. The issues are minor so no real way of life problems only customer satisfaction items that are irritating but not consequential.

Good communication and responsiveness to concerns

Love this house, We were a little concerned about the total build time. I know materials were a big issue but the delay couldn't have come at a worse time due to interest rate increases.

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. We have been living here less than 2 months and it has been a great lifestyle change. I would recommend anyone to this community who is looking for a place of relaxation and fun filled lifestyle. ... Good quality and workmanship. Staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. Not quite as much flexibility in construction and design as I would have liked to see. All in all it was a very positive experience, in a great community and so far, the home seems very well built.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

Pulte homes are a good value for the money you spend. Sales, Construction Management and Warranty Management very responsive. This is my third Pulte/Centex home my first in a Del Webb community .Highly recommend.

The entire experience was essentially virtual, from west Africa to Florida. Despite communication challenges the process moved along smoothly, albeit with with some “delays”. Note: my only “negative” has been the inability to evaluate our Construction Manager since I never received a link to do so. Please take note that for all intents and purposes, I would rate the experience with David G a solid “10” across the board, and nothing less. Please let me know if any further clarifications are needed.

Construction Nails on my tire. Should clean in detail (Magnet cleaner to pick up construction metal piece) the current resident drive way to main road From time to time until finish the construction.

Great house. Great community. Great place to retire.

Our new home was finished quickly. Carlos stayed in touch with us even when we were too sick to come see the progress. Olivia did all she could to help us get in as soon as we could.

Justin and John provided guidance thru the whole process. Whenever we had a question, needed additional information, or needed an issue resolved, they were always there to help. Del Webb is very lucky to have these two assets.

Our building manager “T J Hugel” was excellent.

Overall it has been a positive experience from sales, building and warranty items being cared for.

Our construction manager and the on-site sales team at Pulte were terrific. We lived out of state during construction of our house, and they were very responsive to our questions and issues.

Any new home will have things that need fixing or redoing altogether, but you can be reassured that the Del Webb group will get the house fixed to your satisfaction. Our project manager, Carlos, was able to get us in our house several days ahead of schedule which saved us from storing furniture and staying in a hotel. We have been very pleased with the results of fixing minor problems and making sure we love our home.
