We were kept informed on the progress of the home. We had access to the home as it was being built which kept the excitement of a new home fresh. Everything was finishing on time but the cabinets. The cabinets were held up due to the Covid19 pandemic. Even with that they were able to finish the home about 3 weeks from the original date estimate (pre pandemic estimate).

A quality builder that produces beautifully built homes. The community is top notch too. Very happy I made the move here.

Del Webb offers a great variety of floor plans and excellent upgrade options. The options end up adding a significant amount to the purchase price but you end of with a beautiful home. Our building site manager was excellent and on top of any issue that arose. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Working with both builders and the design center eventually every thing came together

Amenity center is great. Homes are well designed.

All of the people that we worked with during the process of building our home - the sales staff, the design center staff, the field manager - were extremely helpful in assisting us to create the perfect house for us!

Everything went smoothly.

When adding on your options watch out for what I call creeping elegance. Your 300000 dollar house can become 400 real quick.

Our home is well built and we love the design and extras. Issues arising during construction were handled professionally and promptly. I also felt that we could trust the construction team and received feedback during the process. It is important to stay in close communication with Construction Manager.

The 4 star rating in one category is due to an unresolved issue with the ceiling

Overall, our experience with the purchase and construction of our home has been very good. We have encountered a few issues along the way as one would expect. The field manager was very helpful in addressing concerns and his communication was excellent.

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. Our experience with a "near custom" home in a newer Del Webb community was excellent. The entire process was smooth. The Construction Manager was very responsive and great to work with. I would happily recommend a new home within a Del Webb community.

Be involved with the process. Take advantage of offers as well as advice from the Pulte representatives. Be imaginative and have fun. Meet your neighbors. Get involved. It is the Sun City way!

The floor plan meets our needs, we got the customizations we wanted and the house was built on time and in great condition.

Most everyone that we worked with was excellent and very responsive. The process of selecting, designing, building and closing went very smoothly.

The project manager on our home as well as the salesperson were the most responsive, concerned, knowledgeable and courteous team we have every come across in building a new home (This is our 5th new construction home).
