Too long of a response to get things done...workmanship by contractors is just average... BIG DEAL IS NOT ENOUGH DISTANCE FROM ISLAND TO WALL WHERE TV GOES, MAKES GREAT ROOM TO CLUDDERED

Well built solid home. Brand new and well appointed amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A lovely community. Glad we bought here!

Sales staff, site construction manager and clubhouse staff - the experience was unique and well orchestrated. Construction materials and build by Pulte is excellent as well as the follow-on services support they provide.

I had small issues and were taken care of within a day

The home is great and We are settling in. Our CM Steve is the best and kept us updated every step of the way.

We have had great relationship with our builder.Any problems we have had they have been addressed in a proper time. I would recommend them over other builders.

Polite and professional.... punch list was minimal because of his attention to detail. Once item was submitted for warranty there was immediate response and scheduled on one call. I know that Pulte is a good Builder and has very good people....thanks.

There was only one real issue that was always present and that was the 15 month wait to build the home. We signed the contract in May of 2022 and were assured that the home would be built by April, 2023. We didn't move in until Sept 22, 2023. The problem was that we had to move to 2 different rental locations due to this delay. We would see our lot set idle for 2-3 months before any workers arrived. Communication from Pulte was spotty and not informative, very frustrating. Once in the home, I believe that it was well built and we are enjoying our living experience. It was obvious it was not going to be completed o time, but they would not give me an accurate date until I made a lot of noise. I lived in a previous Del Webb and everything seemed just a little better. While the house was as agreed, it seems that every corner was taken to minimize costs. Quality of the materials were not as expected. Nothing wrong, but not up to the Del Webb standards.

Sean the Project Mgr. & Mike the Warranty Mgr. were great & responsive in a timely manner.

I liked the ease and assurance that all the loose ends were handled by Pulte. This included the mortgage, the insurance, and the actual construction. Despite being distant from the build process, we were kept well informed on the progress. Even though the builder was careful to not project a completion date until about four weeks out, the progress was right on schedule for the entire build time. We are pleased with the build quality, but there were several issues discovered after we moved in. Progress on these issues has been poor, but we anticipate some action soon since the Pulte model has been excellence throughout the process. ... More

Our total experience was great. Our construction supervisor was great! He sent us regular updates and pictures of construction progress. We were living 4 hours from construction site, but always knew what was going on. From sales, construction, and closing all went smoothly.

Just found out there is homeless shelter for families going in next door which wasn’t revealed during the home buying process. Happy with the swimming pool and recreation center but now wonder if it will be crowded when they finish building all of the units. Paying the HOA fee has turned out to be an incredibly difficult task since the HOA administrators are incredibly disorganized - I have sent in both a direct withdrawal form for my checking account and a check when that didn’t work and they didn’t take the funds with either method. Quality of the units aren’t great- I have upgrades for everything including the flooring and kitchen. The cabinets are particle board and the tile floors were completed sloppy. ... More

We are very pleased with everyone at Del Webb in getting our dream home, our forever home.

Was good we lived nearby and could check the build process along the way. No real issues developed, but we could catch, and get corrected, minor issues well in advance.

Mike was wonderful to work with during the build process. He made sure quality was achieved and that it stayed on schedule. He was great to work with and we now have an awesome home!

Overall really good experience, I did not care for the Edmonton options for power windows. Maybe I did not understand, but I assumed it was power for any blinds, but it was very proprietary. It also seemed like the doorbell camera system lacked some basic functionality. The fire alarms went off at 3am, two separate times. So the electronic components need work. The only thing I would like more from Pulte was the kitchen island was cut in two pieces and the patterns do not look natural. We noticed on the model, the the island was a single piece, and we were very disappointed with what is beautiful granite, is now something less. Finally, the two types of grass seems tacky. They grow at different rates and just adds to maintenance for homeowner. Also, the St Augustine grass had numerous dead squares when we moved in. We have yet to figure out how to restore it. Poor quality trade workers brought in so work is poor. Tiles on floor uneven where a toe bumps them. Poor drywall and paint work. Tiles left with grout, paint, pencil marks all over. Floors not protected properly during construction so chips, paint throughout house. Certain things requested at the beginning and they weren’t done and told too late to do it.. Garbage left around the house, beer cans. Finishes in the house didn’t match and they didn’t care. Windows poor quality as 4 windows had broken parts. Every person I have met so far has their negative stories as well. The homeowners are nice and amenities but Pulte trades don’t seem to care and project managers apparently are spread too thin. Design center limited choices and high prices. Wasn’t allowed to pick the most expensive cabinets because was told they were only for the million dollar homes. If I want to pay for the cabinet I should have been able to pick what was offered in the center. Talk to homeowners in your area before you consider. Buyer beware! ... More

Make sure you get everything in writing up front and during the build process. Talk is cheap! The model homes and the actual homes are different. More than just the upgrades in the model homes. examples - placement of A/C unit, width of paved walkways, quality of finish,... Found many issues with framing, electrical and plumbing, prior to the drywall being installed. Even after the drywall was installed, there are walls that are not plumb or right angle to one another. When a door in one of the hallways is closed, the entire wall shakes. Poor design. Attention to details is lacking! ... More

Overall construction and sales support was excellent. Communications were inconsistent. Issues linger after closing (such as circuit breakers frequently tripping) impact many homes here and should have been resolved during construction.

Our experience with Del Webb has been worry free. We were treated like people should be treated and enjoyed the whole process of buying our new home from selecting a lot to selecting the color of our home. Everyone involved has been very positive and professional. We would recommend Del Webb to all our friends.

From the first moment we drove into the community I felt like this was the place we had been looking for. We met with Mark and he was amazing and still is. Once the construction began we were assigned Zakry as our site manager and he kept us informed all the way through the building of our home. We believe we have gotten a beautiful well constructed home and plan on enjoying retirement here for many years to come.

Sloppy workmanship. Disappointed in the quality of work that has been done. And a lack of attention given to repairs.

A lot of things could have been better including the quality of the materials used, the quality of construction, and the communication. Switching CMs near the end of the process helped.
