James, our construction manager kept us informed throughout the build……

Although we are pleased with our new home some of the comments expressed by other buyers with regards to the builder not following mandatory codes and specifically with regards to studs, Joist and rafters give me pause to confidence in structural integrity as we did not hire a licensed inspector during our walk through phases and final inspection. When I asked our superintendent if a licensed inspector was used during Pulte’s quality assurance inspection he stated no that they use their in-house capability. I am not saying that I do not have confidence in my home’s safety I am saying that the over quality of the structure gives me pause. I did not take exception to various paint spots on the vinyl flooring as Jacob took care of them and other minor nit noy items. Great experience with purchasing home. Great follow up for warranty work.

I would highly recommend Tim the builder and Jeff who sold me the home. They were both beyond outstanding , always willing to serve and help navigate me through the buying process as well as following up in a timely manner. As a healthcare practitioner in a demanding field especially at this given time in history these two went above and beyond to help make for a smooth buying transition and filled in the gaps when I was unable to do so. If it wasn’t for having an established relationship of trustworthiness and knowing that things would be taken care of in a timely manner I would have had to opt out of the buying process. On a personal note, to capitalize on it all ... the month prior to my scheduled closing date I experienced the sudden loss of an aging parent and shortly after was dx with the COVID- 19 virus. Thankfully speaking , these two professional individuals went above and beyond to extend a mile of empathy and willingness to help walk / see me through the final stage of the buying process to make for a successful closing in a timely manner. A big TEXAS Thank y’all for your superior customer service! My prayer is that others will find del Webb Union Park, Little Elm, Texas and be able to call it “home away from home” or perhaps their “forever home” until the next chapter of life what ever may be. James was the salesman who managed the sale and oversaw the building process James was the contractor, and is the one we had the most contact during the process. Both men were responsive throughout the process, and always answered my questions. There still a few issues from the 30 day review period that have yet to be fixed, but other than that it was been a high quality experience.

From our tour of the models to moving in has been a great experience. Our construction manager Andrew was always reachable and was a great “hand holder” as I was a bit needy at times. (Ha) Moving is hard .. but we’re happy to have landed here!!!

Good quality build materials, finished quicker than expected, consciousness sales staff

We had a great experience with Scott, our salesperson. We continue to get a very quick response on any issues we have. We're very happy in our new neighborhood!

Everything was great. Paint job is a little sloppy put we are in process of rectifying these issues. Holly and Jake went out of their way to keep us informed every step of the way.

James, our project manager and John in sales were absolutely fantastic. Very smart and aggressive at putting our lifelong plans into action. I consider them a friend.

Roby our superintendent on our house did wonderful job correcting issues as soon as they arose. Great follow up on everything!

Great sales staff & Construction Personnel with Fast closing

Long but worth the wait in closing. Builder had numerous hurdles to finishing the build. There are still several minor issues which did not delay move in and are being addressed. We love our new home.

We purchased a move in ready condominium. We were very happy with the finishes chosen by the Pulte staff, workmanship seems very good. We like the Del Webb lifestyle, and have already met some great neighbors. So far, so good.

Overall a very positive experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. The quality of materials is good and very pleased with the finishes. If there was any blemishes or areas that needed fixing after the move in they have been very good about taking care of every detail. If it is delayed---It is delayed nothing you can do about that and delays can be frustrating-- my contract was stamped Mar-May but I moved in on July 30th--of course it is 2022 but that was tricky. Some simple design issues like placement of light switches and the dishwasher were a little strange but they could alter that where it makes more sense--normal ooops! I felt the construction team comunicated very well. Bryan, Luke and Chris went out of their way to comunicate on the progress of our home.

Pleasant experience. Staff was informative and professional, especially T.V. and Eric.

Very positive experience from start to finish.

Clay was a great property manager to work with. He has been responsive, pleasant, and professional.

The house was completed on the day estimated 4 months in advance and that really helped with our move and selling our other home. My experience after moving in has been good with warranty issues. Easy to set up a ticket and get a date for the service to be done, but it takes quite a long time to actually get the people here to do the repair. We love the house!

Seamless buying experience with customer education regarding warranties, utility hookup and companies to access!

Both builder managers Jarad and Helder were very helpful. As I mentioned before, not seeing my new home until the pre-closing orientation, I appreciated all of their correspondence and patience with my questions and requests. I also appreciated the Pulte manager Jen's weekly photos that highlighted my days as I awaited the closing of my NJ home. She has also been extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. Pulte has a very personable and professional team who made my move and lifestyle change an extremely positive experience. I am thrilled with my new home and the new environment. ... More

5 stars up to getting problems taken care promptly. We have a few issues and it’s being addressed but very slowly and a lot of passing the buck as they say. Overall extremely happy with the house and price just wish after the sale problems were addressed quicker

Everything was fantastic during the purchasing and building process. The only issue we had was a lack of details when finishing the house. For instance, uneven cabinets, crooked handles, paint on hardware, floors and grout that we had to clean off after moving in. When one contractor did their job, sometimes they would damage something that was not originally damaged. Everything so far is being fixed though.
