We had looked at a number of builders and found that the floor plan designs by Pulte just made more sense. They are very open and comfortable. Great for entertaining and living in. Just be prepared for the options, there are many and I wish we had given some of them more consideration.

Starting with the sales process at the model homes with John, throughout construction process with James, we were very pleased with our Pulte treatment and results.

Our home buying experience went very smoothly, from initial purchase to closing. Todd did our final walkthrough and he was amazing. He walked us through the entire house and showed us how everything works. Todd showed us all the mechanicals of the house. Margaret has been wonderful! She responds very quickly to issues that have come up and she has been able to fix some of the issues herself. We would recommend Pulte highly.

We recently purchased a villa in the Del Webb community of Grande Dunes. It was a great experience; so glad our realtor took us there. We love everything about our new home and community.

Overall experience is been very good from the sales office to the contractor management. Only concern I have is the pricing .

From the beginning with our sales rep, Bruce, Nicki the interior designer who listened and suggested when we went a little astray to closing with Pulte Mortgage responsiveness was excellent. Our construction manager Steve was the person who made this a positive for us. With all the hurdles he faces daily with shortage of product and deadlines being met, he was great. When we went through our walk thru before closing there were so many things that needed to be done we were not optimistic. Steve assured us that everything would be done and it was. He continues to be available to us as the first week in our new home we had air conditioning issues which he handled immediately and recently a plumbing backup which he also assisted in getting resolved quickly. The beginning of our experience was great but our construction manager is the one who kept it all together and made this a win. The experience was great. Frank, our site manager, always had time to walk the house and show us the progress and explain things to us. My only complaint, besides too much paperwork, was that I don’t think the house had a final cleaning before we moved in. We did have an issue on closing day but Pulte worked very hard to fix it quickly and that may account for the cleanliness of the house. We are enjoying our new house and are looking forward to living here for many years.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable,accommodating,friendly and helped us every step of they from start to finish always extremely helpful and addressed every concern or issue that came up . Other than a few delays in our home building process we had a wonderful life hanging experience building our home .

All went well. Good response on any repairs.

The person I worked with at Del Webb was very helpful and informative. He answered all of your questions. He was very knowledgeable about everything.

The experience right from the beginning was good over all. When at closing and asking to wire the closing fees should be repeated through out the process to keep the home owner aware that it is only to be wired. We ran into issues that we could not get our money wired unless we traveled back to New York to be there when the wire was done. Overall it was good. Other than the people doing the building. They need to be more professional about the end product.

Overall great experience with entire team Closing was the worst part. Took 3 hours due to street name error on Pulte’s end.

Eric was a great help throughout the building process. He held several virtual over the phone visits to show us the house at different stages. Holly always kept us informed and sent us pictures across the country each week.

Overall a good experience. I feel that when it comes time for pre-closing walk through, there should be 2. One should be at least 2 weeks prior to closing. And the other 4 days before closing. This way all issues can be fixed in an appropriate time frame.

The experience buying our new home was pleasant and the quality of our build was excellent. The staff was professional and delivered our home on schedule.

Little bit rushed at the end to get home complete and transaction closed

The model options are well designed for an outcome that is a comfortable home with quality materials. Pulte is a large builder so there is always a degree of inflexibility with that but the individuals I worked with for the Build and Sale made it awesome - both the Project Manager and the Sales Manager. I've only had to create two work orders for cosmetic things and the response was timely and fixed the issue. At first it was difficult for me to get used to the idea of a community where the houses are so similar but that is the trend of the industry and how it works for all new build communities. The ability to make it yours with your home choices though is all that really matters because you look at the beautiful outside as you drive up but you are really living in the inside. The design choices were well selected and would result in a beautiful home so you cannot go wrong there and the Designers were wonderful to work with. The amenities of the community are second to none and building here is all about having an active lifestyle with a lovely home to enjoy it in and Pulte delivers that in spades within Del Webb Nocatee. ... A really good experience with the builder. They were very responsive to our needs, concerns and requests. Also very responsive to our inspection reports and addressing items reported.

Our Field Manager Ben was very inflexible and not accommodating to any requests. A light was not centered off the windows in the dining room by 6” and that is where anyone would want a chandelier to go. He said, “it’s according to the plans and we can’t deviate from the plans.” I had to pay to have the light moved so it would be centered over the table. Even though all the windows are off on measurements when trying to order blinds by 1”-2” from top to bottom.

The key issue was securing a top notch buyers agent. Lindsey was an amazing buyers agent.She and her team provided weekly updates and construction photos. She provided valuable assistance with securing our lot. The builders did a good job staying on schedule and procuring the building materials. Tough to judge workmanship issues since we have just moved into the home. The DW community is great. Amenity Center is top notch. Neighbors are fantastic. Although it has just been a little over a month, we are very pleased with our new home and community.

The experience from the beginning to the end was a seamless process. From the application there were professionals along the way to ensure decisions were being made about what to do next from the loan process to homeowners' insurance. At the end the builder ensured that I had all information needed to contract utilities etc. He also ensured I knew how the home warranty worked.

We had a great experience working with Jay S. in the Sales Office. We were buying the unit while living in another Del Webb community in Southern California and Jay followed through on our many questions. Since moving in, we've had normal new construction items that have needed to be addressed and Gary L. and Joe R. have been very responsive in resolving all issues. We are in the 4th of 14 buildings to be built here. Building 5 is well underway and the footings for Building 6 are going in now. When complete, there will be 700 units (with far greater than 1,000 residents) and our only fear is that the pool at the clubhouse is way too small for when the complex will be complete. Additionally, the one tennis court and two pickleball courts that will eventually be built will not be enough to accommodate so many active adults. It would be great if Pulte would add an additional pool and more pickleball courts at their expense to truly make this a world-class establishment. ... More

From start to finish, Jerry (sales) helped us with all of our questions and guided us through the process. He also sent us weekly pictures and updates since we were out of state. Although we had three different project managers, Roby helped us through all the final closing, inspections, and last minute repairs. Overall we had a great experience and closed within the time frame that was given to us

My experience with my new Del Webb Southern Springs home has been very good. Keith, in the sales office was knowledgeable and addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner. He followed through on all requests and even went above and beyond. My project manager, TJ was exceptional. Probably one of the best experiences in the homebuilding process I had ever had. His attention to detail and his communication skills were stellar. As with any new home, there are always issues to contend with, but I will say Pulte has been incredibly responsive.
