Our home was completed in time as promised. Minor problems have been identified with schedules provided for repair/replacement. We are very happy with the response from Pulte and look forward to a long satisfied relationship.

Overall, everything went smoothly. The finish of the home was delayed a couple of months due to supply issues but that is happening everywhere. The house is beautiful and the construction manager had great attention to detail. I haven't actually moved in yet so I don't know if I missed anything on my inspection but so far, so goood.

the entire process was simple

Condo buying experience was simple. I was shown a few models and selected one. I gave a 10% deposit and a few weeks later chose various options and upgrades at the design center. A very painless process.

David, my builder was outstanding. However, the subcontractors are not. I had appointments with 3 subcontractors. Two no showed, no called. The one who showed up made the situation worse and will need to come back. If they cared about the job, they would have done it correctly to begin with.

Overall.... we had a good experience and grateful to be here!

The purchase, design center, walk through process, closing operations were all top notch. We were very pleased with everything except the house took too long to build.

Basically the house is sound and well built. Materials used are really low end, particle board siding rather than Hardy Plank, all interior trim is paper composite rather than wood, paint cheapest that can be purchased

I never built a home before, the thought of it was too daunting but DelWebb made the process easy and the end result is great! Everyone was easy to work with and EXTREMELY responsive to our inquiries and requests. I think the price of the home was inflated but the whole real estate market is same. The final price with the upgrades we chose was a bit more than we expected but we knowingly made upgrade choices based on what we like and the final product is a very good looking home.

Our sales experience was excellent. We choose to use Pulte's infrastructure all they way. Took out all of the stress of talking to lenders, insurance folks, etc. Everyone was professional. Well oiled system! Our on-site construction manager is EXCELLENT.

I have worked with a lot of new construction in my real estate career so I have some experience with the build process. When having our home built our salesperson Samantha and our Construction supervisor Steve both went above and beyond our expectations. They addressed any issues in a timely manner and were extremely cooperative with all of our independent inspectors.

It took a while to finally move into our new home, but the wait was worth it. Our construction supervisor JL kept us informed on the progress and handled all of our concerns. Our sales representative Jocelyn took care of all the paperwork issues and was really pleasant to work with. We love our new home.

Ian was an amazing salesperson. Professional and responsive. Jamie was an excellent construction manager. Very thorough. I loved the design suggestions from Prya.

The young man, Hesham, who did the walk throughs with me was fantastic. He made sure that everything I mentioned as needing to be fixed was completed asap. Even after I moved in whenever I had a question I called him and he was right there to help.

As is the case in any large purchase, there are issues that come up. The resolution of these issues is what differentiates Pulte from the rest of the pack. I was very impressed by Madina's commitment to resolve and advocate on our behalf to work out a solution that was mutually beneficial to both parties. In addition, there were supply chain issues with our floor and we needed to change the floor. Another floor was chosen and even though the new floor was an upgrade and more expensive, we were not charged the difference. Pulte is a company that demonstrates appreciation of its customers! We recently moved into our new villa in Del Webb Bayview and love our new home! The home building experience was exciting and our field manager Max did a great job keeping us updated and informed of the progress! Our sales person Michelle also stayed involved and helped along the way! There are always a few issues that need to be addressed after move-in and so far Natalie and Joey have been very helpful in getting these things done! Everyone we’ve been in contact with at Pulte has been attentive and friendly, and they truly strive to keep us happy in our new home!

Overall a positive experience. A few nagging issues, one electrical that I can't seem to get fixed.

Extremely responsive. Working within the supply challenges all builders are facing, Mike did an amazing job keeping us well informed and managing our expectations!

Punchlist items identified during the walkthrough (by Ron) have either been completely resolved (by Darly) or will be. Overall, a very good experience considering the many negative impacts of Covid, supply chain logistics issues, and extreme labor shortages.

Construction and closing was on time. Interaction with the building process via the project manager was a smooth process, the process along the way was well communicated from the mortgage process, to the final closing was as advertised and exactly on time. Quality of the home built was to may satisfaction.
