Worst house we have ever purchased. Horrible construction flaws. No quality control. Extremely disappointed in Pulte.

Our experience has exceeded expectations. From our initial visit to the model center through construction and closing, everyone we have encountered has been professional and helpful. Now in our 2nd month of living here we are totally satisfied.

There were issues before closing that were not resolved and closing was delayed causing my belongings to be moved again into storage. The quality of workmanship was poor - paint on the floor and on the windows, exterior and interior doors out of line, sloppy paint job. The construction manager tried his best to resolve all the issues but with his other workload, it was overwhelming. It has been more than a month since closing and all issues are still not resolved.

I asked regularly for workmen to take their time and do things right. I was obviously not listened to-rush rush. Incomplete, wrong, crooked etc etc etc

Not very happy with the response for some repairs

Am disappointed in the timeline for landscaping, irrigation and sod. However, understand our neighbors have been waiting longer for these things - some since December 2022 and it is now September 2023.

Had some minor issues with my unit that were handled quickly. Just wished that paint quality was better and the title in the bathroom was laid better. But after that, no complaints.

Very responsive to all requests. Complete satisfaction of the buyer clearly obvious. If I was his employer I would be proud to have him working with me.

Be patient. There are always going to be issues with new construction. The Pulte people and the trades are very responsive.

Liz, our sales consultant,, and Allie, our building manager are great to work with. They actually listen to the buyer and respond accordingly. Both are considerate of your needs and return an answer to any question immediately or quickly. They guided us through making decisions for building the house we would love. And we do!

My experience with Del Webb has been great . They keeped me inform all throughout the beginning to closing

I did buy at the end of the community so I paid quite a bit more. Do I think the quality equaled the amount I paid, no. For this price I should have gotten a better quality as a standard. ie... no wire shelving, wood, better exterior elevation, lighting package. Customer service and team have been very responsive to all of my requests in a very timely manner. Very happy with them. Very Happy with Builder, Mike, Karen and crew!

Problems that were identified prior to closing are still un resolved, more than 6 weeks later.

We love the home, the development and our neighbors. We have no regrets buying the home, but I think its important for future home owners to be aware of the issues we are having. Del Webb/Pulte focus on their "quality build" when you are purchasing and building the home. We are hopeful that the construction and "behind the walls" workmanship/material align to that expectation. However, we are disappointed in the quality of the finishing work. We are dealing with paint and stain splatter/drips on flooring and carpet, broken/poorly working cabinets (which have been fixed), damaged kitchen sink, un-level/damaged countertops, poorly finished drywall and trim, an exterior sliding door that doesn't lock properly, a broken baking drawer in the stove, and more. Customer service has been receptive to our concerns, but slow to address them. We've also been told this is a "production home", which is a very different theme then the before closing "quality build", If we had been more aware of the potential finishing issues, we probably would have made different choices with upgrades...such as paying to have the garage finished. Very happy with work completed

We feel like our Rancho Mirage quality built Del Webb home will be the perfect solution to escaping ice, snow and cold winters. We started the process in Feb and closed mid July just as predicted. The construction manager sent us photos and answered questions to explain the ongoing steps every 1-2 weeks. Now we are excited to feather our new winter nest!! I really like the quality items put in. Ie Moen faucets, Shaw carpet, kitchen aid appliances, Lennox furnace. We can’t wait for Dec now!! Thank you!

Pulte advertises WHITE GLOVE homes. The amount of paint smudges should have been either found by the field rep, cleaning crew or the CSR. You would think that the amount of workers walking all around would have been a bit more observant.

It was a great experience!

Carlos, Construction Manager, is a consummate professional. He was very thorough, detailed and responsive throughout the entire project. When I had concerns, he went out of his way to make things right. Carlos communicated well and delivered on every commitment. The exceptional service from the whole Pulte team exceeded my expectations.

We have little experience in buying homes, as this is only our 2nd home purchase. The selection of options was not well managed, as the salesperson involved didn't keep us informed of the overall costs of the options, so when we got the bill, we had grossly overspent our budget. The build process seemed to go alright, but we discovered in our pre-closing walkthrough that multiple walls were not straight and/or not forming orthogonal corners; also, there are several other ways in which the plan was a bit deficient -- like a master bathroom suite with only one towel rod (since there are two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, shouldn't one expect at least two towel rods?). There have been many defects identified (windows with defects, cabinets with splitting of the wood, missing deadbolt hardware, etc.), and our overall impression is that the house was built in haste, and not always carefully done. We're happy, generally, with the outcome, but there are many things that we'll want to change now that we have moved in. Wonderful experience during our build.

I love my house. This is the 2nd Del Webb community I have lived in. I have several issues, one being no hot water in master bathtub, only lukewarm water. When the warranty department finally contacted me they couldn’t understand how I have no hot water at the tub but have hot water at the sinks. Someone was supposed to call me but so far I have not heard from anyone. I have several issues I have turned with pictures but have not heard anything. Terrible customer service.

This is my third new home. This has been the best experience yet by far

I closed over a month ago. No evidence of commitment for them to finish remaining items. No follow through. They don't care, especially once it closes. They claim the various vendors tried to get a hold of me, but if so, no messages or emails were left. Bad trim was replaced over 2 weeks ago and still no painter to repair the wall and paint the trim, on top of not completing items that were on the blue tape list a week before closing. Several different vendors need to come back and no update on when that will happen. It has been a poor process.

We were thinking 'downsize' like our parents. Shouldn't have thought like that because we really like this home and the neighborhood!
