Seemless buying experience. The communication during construction process could have been better. Construction manager changed towards the end which helped. Overall still positive.

We bought a spec, so we weren't on board with the entire process, but from when we initially purchased to final move-in, it went well. A couple times, my spouse wondered how Garrett and team would get it done, but they did and on time. The quality and value of our new home is a "heap sight" better than many homes we have lived in. What matters to us both is what happens after the keys were delivered to us. The warranty guy David steps up strong and gets things taken care of. There is always going to be a little something here or there that is not 100% perfect -- built by humans after all, but David gets it taken care of and follows through to make sure fixes are done right. Our experience with the builder’s team was great. They did what they promised and more. Every time, Garrett responded to us in a timely manner. He was quick to respond. Appreciated his non-hurried, careful, and helpful approach during the walk through before closing. What can I say . . . Garrett worked extremely hard to deliver a complete home in the short time allotted to him. When he had questions, he quickly asked what we wanted. He was respectful and polite and we quickly ascertained that delivering excellence is what drives him to make sure the client was happy. Above all, you can trust Garrett. Home buying from the Salesman was outstanding. His follow up also outstanding. I wish i would looked at the electrical plan for my model. Pulte could have done a better job adding additional switches for lights . Example a second switch for outside garage lights

No regrets only looking forward to enjoying my home for years to come. Could not be happier.

Excellent care of the homebuyer before and AFTER closing.

The process of buying, designing, building my new home with Pulte, Del Webb went very smooth. Professional staff throughout the entire process! The only issue was initially dealing with a few unfinished items due to our current labor concerns in this industry. Follow through has been great! I would build with them again!

From the moment we walked into the sales office to the day we got our keys we had a fantastic experience. The entire team kept us really informed along the way and whenever we had a question they were there to answer it. I've built a number of houses and this was by far the best experience. The selection studio was the best part. There was so much to choose from and what could have been a really overwhelming experience was made simple and easy by the design studio staff. Great experience all around

Overall the experience was great! I had a wonderful realtor and loan processor. My project manager’s were great. My concern is that the house was rushed to complete and as a result, the workmanship suffered but is my hopes that with the Warranty Team, these issues can be resolved.

I love my new home. I am 77 years old and recently widowed. I was fortunate to be able to buy a house under construction. My construction manager, Shanette, and salesman, Stephen, we're very pleasant to work with. When there was a last minute delay with my closing, with Jason's help,, Pulte was very fair to me. My only complaint is trying to get some minor repairs done now that I am in my house. But this community is so welcoming and I am so happy to be here.

The entire process went pretty smooth, there was a couple bumps but they were taken care of. Glad to be in our new home.

Bought a Spec home and selections were good

Fabulous experience with both Dean (Project Manager)and Ralph (Customer Service Manager). Both went above and beyond in helping us with questions and concerns. Their response time was unbelievably fast and consistent. They made the experience wonderful. We are grateful to have worked with such terrific representatives from Pulte.

Our sales agent, Ian, was a great partner in the process. Very responsive and quick to follow up. Ian is a valuable asset to the team. Closing was a very smooth process as well.

The builders were very communicative and responded to my questions and needs whenever I contacted them.

Sales Agent listened to our desires for our next home following our tour of the models. She made a few recommendation based on her knowledge of the model, the input we provided and identified a couple she thought best fit our desires.

Everyone from Pulte seemed to make our experience as smooth as it could be considering the constantly changing market. It was like our satisfaction was important to them.

Good Builder to work with

Love our home. Took longer to build than expected, but once in everything is fine.

I can’t say enough good things about our field manager. Building from 1500 miles away was stressful but Max kept in touch weekly with texts and pictures of progress. Always patiently answered our questions putting our minds at ease. The end product was amazing!

Excellent construction manager,Brian,and Warranty Manager,Jason. Minor issues in home,taken care of promptly. Couple of issues on block,response slow,but promise was given to rectify in reasonable time. Lived in home for one month. I will follow up in time.

Organized process from start to finish; nice models; good price, options are plenty. Delivered on time, kept us informed of progress (pictures were sent weekly since we were out-of-state). Overall happy with Pulte-Del-Webb!!

Good experience with the one stop shopping for a home.

I hired a building inspector right before my closing and he was very encouraging about value of build and thought it was “better then average “. He will again do another inspection within 11 months before my year warranty ends. Good advice.
