Our builder, David, was great. He was very responsive to our questions and returned calls within 24 hours. He addressed all our concerns promptly.

We were impressed throughout our build by the care and responsiveness of our construction manager (Alex), as well as by all the Pulte folks from sales to design to mortgage. House looks great, all punch lists attended to, warranties to back it up. We never felt out of touch or made to feel as if we were imposing... to the contrary, everyone has encouraged us to let them know what we felt we needed. The staff at the Meridian clubhouse is also very friendly and attentive, as well as professional.

My Salesman was good and responsive when I needed him. The project directors were also easy to work with.

The price is high, however - this is Northern Virginia and all homes are over priced. Just moved into Carter’s Mill and love everything about it so far.

Sales , design, closing teams all very responsive. But do your due diligence if unfamiliar with building process- it takes patience but so far very worth it. The sense of community here is real . Construction manager extremely helpful . Things get done fast if materials and labor available. Follow up is great as well

Exceptional follow up on a couple of small issues post closing. From initial sales meeting to closing to post closing every employee has been very responsive, respectful and highly professional.

Pleased with most of the process and the people I worked with. A few things could have been handled better but overall glad we made the move.

Dell Webb is a great neighborhood living concept. I have been pleased with the overall process building my home.

Due to the quick sale of our home in NC, we were in need of a home quick ! Robert and the sales crew were very helpful and efficient, allowing us to move in to our new home in SCP within a month of of our sale.

The Pulte home buying experience had both bad and good points. Good relationship with Sue G when making the decision to purchase, somewhat good experience with Alex, title company kept changing workers and hard to get them to respond to my questions (in their defense I later learned they had staffing shortages) and Angelica , the construction person in charge of building my house tried to keep me informed as to the progress while I was living in CA. My only disappointment was the damage done to the kitchen cabinets between the first walk through and the final walk through. It shouldn’t have happened. ... More

I really like all the light and space.

When we did our preclosing walk through Jake was amazing. He made note off all concerns and even had all the appliance model and serial numbers cataloged for us which was a big time saver. Sue to the supply chain crisis I feel the builder is working to get the few minor issues resolved. We love our new home and would highly recommend Pulte.

From the time we discovered Del Web at LLV and met Medina at the sales center we were committed to purchasing and she was so helpful all along the way and now we’re excited about our completed him.

I purchased a home under construction while living out of state. Dan and Helder not only made the process painless, my home is beautiful and there were absolutely no problems. The experience could not have been better.

Our sales manager Mike was fantastic from the beginning and made us feel very welcome, our field manager communicated with us almost weekly every step of the way and because we were seven hours away, we were unable to see the process unfold, it was nice having the communication from start to finish, an extraordinary experience!

We are impressed by the Quality of the construction of home. Vincent & Mike kept up us up to date on building process in these 10 months & completion came in on time. For the small details not completed Ashleigh has done a great job with tracking down tradesmen to complete. Very happy with new home. Although the price was higher than we anticipated we recognize that this is the Florida market at this point.

The buying process was fantastic!however the number of defects in workmanship after closing began to show up frequently. Some have been repaired by Pulte, some have not, including a large chip on the bathroom sink top.

Design and quality of house exceeded our expectations. John was great to work with and attention to detail was outstanding.

My Pulte home is perfect for me. They offered many choices, and the Blue Rock single family model with the loft suited me perfectly. The purchase, build and closing proecesses were easy and efficient.
