The response by the construction guy Dana. Every question I had was answered very quickly. Dana is the guy you want!

Overall the experience was a positive one. There are some small things like paint issues. We love it here

To get things done after we are in the house are taking to long. some of your sub contractors are not responsive and slow. We are still waiting for our kitchen cabinets to be finished. they came once and made it worse. The flooring crew came today and looked and said that they have to send a different crew. had this appointment for 5 weeks.

I've had no major problems, and the small ones were taken care of promptly by the crew.

Sales agent Kirsten worked hard to get us the home we wanted. Construction Mgr Chris was great- responsive, timely and personable. Office Mgr Liz was very helpful and friendly.

Pulte is a massive national builder so don't expect to make a lot of changes once you lock in with your design. They are very upfront about not making changes and they thoroughly walk you through every item to be certain you get exactly what you want. If you change your mind later your out of luck and can only blame yourself. The sales team is very good at explaining and documenting every single phase of your build process. I had Scott at the Bellwether development and he went way above and beyond to make it an enjoyable process. Once construction starts Daryl takes over with the actual construction. He is super knowledgeable and knows every single inch of your home and will explain any question you may have. Overall all the Pulte people are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are working with your own private contractor. As far as the community there is nothing better so keep in mind you are really buying into a lifestyle. I can't put an exact number on that, but for us it's worth maybe $20,000 over a standard neighborhood. Once you live in a Del Webb you will understand. All your neighbors are here for the same reason so get ready to be waved to by every person you see. ... More

Dana helped me all through the purchase process. She continued to follow up on all my questions. An asset to Pulte!

Overall we have been pleased with the builder and extremely pleased with the Del Webb Staff/Community. Only hiccup we are currently in is the builder didn't follow through properly with inspection items that need repair/touch-up. I'm confident that the builder will make this right, thus the 5 Star Overall Rating.

Buying was a good experience. Pulte mortgage was just ok. Love love the house. Response to 30 day punch list is excellent. Great people work fir Del Webb.

It is amazing how they can build a very nice house with all the details at high level in such a short time. From the salesperson to the project manager, all the construction people to the warranty, they did a fantastic job and right on time with their schedule. We financed with Pulte mortgage and they were very detailed to ensure the loan would clise on time. It was the right decision to work with Pulte at Del Webb

Challenges with completion date led to much more cost in temporary housing. The home and community will be a wonderful place to live in the future.

The superintendant, project manager (whatever the term) - CHRIS was communicative and responsive before and after close.

We love our floor plan and the community. After closing we discovered numerous problems that should have been identified and remediated at their inception. The warranty team was very responsive and all the problems were resolved to our satisfaction.

Our sales consultant was very responsive to questions in a timely fashion through out the entire building process. We were given the opportunity to a pre-drywall onsite walk through with one of the construction managers and spent several hours on site. Final walk through prior to closing was also an exceptional experience with one of the construction managers and all outstanding issues were resolved in a timely fashion as materials became available and to our full satisfaction.

Everyone from the sales center, the construction team, insurance group were all very professional, attentive to answering questions and assisting with all areas during the home buying process. I love my new home!

Good homebuilder but do your due diligence and pay attention to detail. They were very busy and you need to check to ensure you get all that you are paying for.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the brand and the model we chose to build. She was able to help us in selection of options. We were given an estimated close date of 2/15/22, with a wider window of January to March. We closed on 2/10/22. The few items that we noted after moving in that needed attention were addressed in a very timely manner.

Pulte is known for quality and yes they are a quality organization The only area of fault I would give them is communication at the builders job site manager. My guy was poor at that but he is no longer employed by Pulte.

The operation starting with the builder, the lender, and the escrow company kept us informed and quickly responded to all inquiry. The homes are planned in a very organized fashion facilitating both move in, storage and furnishing the home.

Our salesman was outstanding and helped us far and beyond just “selling” us. This experience would not have been nearly as good without his help along the way.

Builder was very thorough in explaining home and amenities, very patient in answering questions. He was obviously very proud of the home and the workmanship!
