Everyone with whom I have had contact has been great.

Very happy with my house. I had a few very minor issues that were taken care of within a week of calling them in. I want to stress that these were very minor. I'm very happy with Pulte and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality built house.

We are pleased that Carolina Orchards welcomes a family atmosphere.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my home at Del Webb. What made it exceptional, was my project manager who oversaw the whole process from beginning to end and beyond! Thank you, Bobby for all you have done!

Construction manager was professional and responsive.

Bought one of the ready to move in properties, so it was pretty straight forward.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

My experience of buying a "spec" home (already framed) in May 2025 was so easy! First, Derrick showed me several and with the designer selected products, I was able to visual the final look. I decided on the perfect house for my needs, in a 55+ community. Jim was the construction manager and he kept me informed of the progress with photos and emails. He's been a great resource from the start. The team that built the house is working in a time of rapidly increasing costs. Pulte's quality and value are equal to, if not better than, their competition. I have had the opportunity to build 4 homes in my adult life, with 4 different builders. Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. We are all human and there are mistakes that happen or quality issues that need addressed. I've always believed you can tell a real companies worth on how they react to fixing problems that are perceived issues. I can tell you this, Pulte has excelled in correcting any such issues with professionalism, timeliness and real concern on making it all perfect. Everything went very well. Construction manager has not followed through on one thing. Still waiting to see if he does Chelsea are. warranty supervisor is awesome. We’ve had some issues and she has gotten them taken care of very promptly and always calls back to make sure everything was charged satisfaction.

All the people we have worked with have been helpful and responsive. We love the home, the layout, and the location. Coming from out of state and having had several custom homes built over the last 30 years, some of the building processes are strange and seem cheap. Especially in comparison to the rest of the home and the price….ie, the baseboards are 1/2 the size they should be because they are put in before the flooring. We’ve never seen this and it looks very cheap…especially next to the upgraded flooring and the lovely, 8’ interior doors. Also the bathrooms are very basic, which is disappointing and all the granite seems outdated…it’s similar to granite we had in a home built in 2012. We’ve replaced the baseboards and over time we’ll upgrade the bathrooms and granite. Understanding this is a spec home, it’s still strange the areas that were upgraded and the ones that were not. The sales agreement is absolutely terrible--ridiculously one-sided. We initially decided against Del Webb because of the Agreement. But after finally deciding to go forward based on what we learned from a few residents, and the buying and building experience was absolutely first rate. These people do what they say they're going to do, faster than they say they're going to do it, at the agreed to cost. They have strict boundaries regarding options and upgrades, but as long as you stay within those boundaries, everyone is very easy to work with and not entirely inflexible. We've build several custom-build homes, and this is our first experience with a production builder. I was ready for us to be disappointed, especially with responses t post-close warranty issues. But we have no complaints whatsoever, and I'd feel comfortable recommending De Webb Nexton to anyone. ... More

Better than expected in regards to timeliness, quality, and responsiveness

I did but my home from Germany and everything worked out fine. Love this house.

Our home is well built and the builder stayed on and ahead of schedules to finish our home. We are pleased with it. Only “quam” I have with the buying experience is the “nickel and diming” when picking out options. For example, Shouldn’t need to pay extra for having a light in a room, especially for the price we pay for these homes.

Todd and Maureen were excellent at their jobs and efforts to tie up the sale and choosing the finishing touches of our new home

Pulte made the entire process seamless. Used their mortgage co and title co and as advertised they coordinated behind the scenes. Overall pleased with build quality and responsiveness to questions throughout building process. Weekly progress updates were also quite welcome.

Our builder James was great.

Quality built home with many great conveniences. Construction manager made certain that all issues were properly resolved.
