Although we had a very negative experience with Pulte Mortgage Denver Office, we cannot provide enough compliments for the Jacksonville/Wildlight Group. This was our 8th home build, with various builders nationwide, so we clearly know good from bad! From the beginning, our sales representative, Jeff N. was knowledgeable & thorough with the process, models and company. His unique combination of expertise and customer service are amazing. He was always responsive, even on days off!! There seemed to be no end to his service, so he often became our first point of contact. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Spencer F. as our Construction Manager. Spencer has an outstanding way of managing a build. He always took the time to explain the products, processes and next steps! He was always willing to meet with us, even when it Squeezed his schedule. Most issues he found & either corrected, or had the problem resolved before we even knew about it. On many occasions, he quietly went above & beyond for us. Karyn, my sales agent was excellent, always there when needed , very professional and friendly. Luis, my construction mgr went above and beyond to make the building experience kinda fun. And Kelly at the front desk with her smile , warm greeting and friendly conversation was great. This team is the best! These people are the best

Had to do some work in house to make it better. My biggest complaint is there is limited storage in my home.

Great community with many activities, very reasonable HOA fees.

Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.

The builder intervened promptly on an issue I had with the roof.

Danny the construction manager provided weekly updates, some times with pictures. He was very responsive during the final walk through. General questions were answered promptly by the sales team.

It was a pleasure to work with our construction coordinator. He did an outstanding job keeping us informed as well as making we understood the construction process.

Pulte's team is helpful, responsive, collaborative... The vendors that they have on site are hit or miss. You sometimes get a great team who are experienced and thorough, and other times you get workers who miss the mark. The vendors' quality control is hit or miss, they aren't always concerned with excellence, but rather, get the job done. Regardless, Pulte's team hears your concerns and does all they can to make you happy in the end. I feel that the Pulte team addresses issues that you bring to their attention and pulls in the vendors to ensure that you get a quality home in the end. The building process was stressful. Hire your own independent inspector and make sure that you inspect pre-dry wall and pre-closing. Have an independent realtor who is familiar with new home construction. We learned so much through our realtor and felt as though she protected our best interests by helping us to be informed buyers. Purchasing our new home was a very smooth process. From the picking of materials to the construction phase, to the closing.

I backed out of a home, build and switched to a spec home that needed to close on with an attend a timeframe. The team did incredible job finishing up the house as quickly as possible to meet my deadline. I purchased the only home available to meet my immediate needs. I do not have a full experience to share about the building process and sales process.

The Ocala area offers excellent value. Del Webb offers abundant amenities. Pulte builds a quality home. We have had some issues with warrantee responsiveness as the subs are maxed out with new construction that repairs get the back burner.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

My wife and I really enjoyed buying our vacation home in Del Webb Nexton. We had a great team who took really good care of us and helped us have a great overall experience. I would highly recommend the builder and this wonderful community.

Everything was done with professionalism and understanding. All questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner. Always kept in the loop as the process proceeded.

The quality of a Pulte home is higher than other Florida homebuilders. Even though my home wasn't "perfect" on move-in, the quick responsiveness of both my construction manager, Ben, and the warranty representative, Jodi, has been amazing. I'm loving it here at Del Webb!

Austin was absolutely the best construction manager! We were very impressed with his skills, attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions. He made the home building process feel safe and secure. We are really loving our new home!!!
