We thought the quality of the Home we got through Pulte at Del Webb Bexley was Very good and the value of the home was excellent for the price that was paid. We have really enjoyed being in this community, and know that other homebuyers will enjoy it as well !

Sales and design teams were excellent and kept us up to date on progress of the build and access / options for supply issues due to Covid. Timeline was not changed. No delays.

Contractor was responsive but very busy with other homes.

you built me a beautiful home-thank you, but as I have been here over a month now, I see little things that need to be "handled" (paint drops on my rugs, cracks in the hardwood floor, shower door that keeps sliding open, etc). None are big deals and can be taken care of at a lower priority- but speaks to being a little sloppy which I did not expect based on the overall quality of the home.

The Del Webb team made building a home easy. We worked with Kit, our Sales Rep, who helped us understand the different models, available upgrades, lots and the overall build process. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the community, our selections and the overall process. Once we purchased, Kit helped us document all of our upgrades so we were prepared to meet with Kristen, our design specialist. Kristen listened closely to what we were looking for in our new home. She asked good questions and made great suggestions when it came to colors, materials and functionality. The end result was a cohesive, beautifully designed and functional home. We loved having our own personal designer who was focused on our lifestyle. Once all of our upgrades were selected, we started the build process. Our build process took longer than anyone expected. Due to Covid, supply chain issues and staffing issues, it took just over 10 months from purchase to closing. Our first field manager kept us informed and sent regular updates. We were at the house every day and we’re able to catch any errors or concerns early. We were assigned a second field manager, Jake, part way through the build. Jake was amazing! He stayed on top of all the subs, knew all of our upgrades and worked through a detailed project plan to try and keep things moving. It was a tough year for builders because of COVID but we knew that Jake was doing everything in his power to get our home completed. Jake was a great partner throughout the build. He took time to answer questions and paid attention to all the small details. We knew we would have a high quality home because of him. We did hire an independent inspector and Jake made the recommended fixes. We expected some pushback but didn’t get any. They treated our inspector like a partner to make sure we were getting a quality home. We used Pulte Mortgage for our loan. They made the process easy. Luis and Max walked us through the process, gathered all the information and made the closing easy. We’ve been in our home for a month now and have brought a few warranty items to Amanda, our warranty rep. It’s been small things like a scratched window and the wrong toilet bowl handle. Amanda is quickly getting them resolved. My one suggestion is to make sure you’re checking on your home during the build. You will know it best and it’s easier to get things corrected if they’re caught early. It was a long process but the Del Webb team made it easy. We would definitely recommend building with them! ... our house was delivered on time. We are now proud to be owners. Prior to this, we would like to cite the exeptional process that were taken to expedite the sale i.e from scratch to Deeds Of Title and of course kudos to all of the people who helped us all the way.

Salesman was awesome. Enjoyed the experience. Very helpful. Always available to address my questions. Once I closed and moved in, I have found only a few issues in the build related to quality of installations. However, I am working with PulteDelWebb warranty manager to quickly get these issues resolved.

We built a new home in Sun City Mesquite. It is beautiful! We are pleased with the quality of materials used. The sales person and construction general were absolutely the best! We have had the best experience ever. There are some issues that I've found after 30 days and they are coming back to touch up paint, make them right. I would highly recommend this development.

They build a great home and all the employees we've interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales, design, and construction staff all work hard to meet the client's needs. They want to deliver a top quality product.

Don’t expect a quick build because of the shortage of numerous building materials.

Supply chain issues and labor shortages caused us major inconvenience. Since we have been in there have been a few minor problems which, for the most part, have been resolved. Overall, we have been quite satisfied with our new home.

They stand by their product.. Have been wonderfully responsive to our requests.

Ronda, Tony and Kevin (sales, construction, post construction management) were fabulous at communicating and calming during many Covid related delays and even after our moving in. They are a priceless team. If we have any issues with the final product, they would be that some of the finishes are less than expected. But, on the whole, the house is beautiful and the community seems to be very welcoming.

Did a very excellent job dealing with the Covid problems

Building a new home from a distance can be quite difficult. Thanks to our pre-settlement construction manager, Max, he kept us in the loop. After construction, Eliot was amazing, scheduling sub-contractors to come in and make the repairs. As with any new home, things are not perfect when you move in. Great experience with these two gentleman.

The overall build experience was good. The field manager kept us informed with images during the process. There are several minor issues yet to be resolved but I am confident they will be.

Great sales and construction personnel. Siobhan and Will were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Despite supply issues my home was delivered less than 2 months after the projected date.

Our Field manage did an excellent job representing Pulte Homes. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. Our phones calls and text messages were returned very quickly. Our punch list items were fixed in a good timely fashion.

The Process was scheduled well.
