We are happy with our new home. The purchasing process was about as smooth as it could be. Uploading information was simple, and when I ran into problems, Jen jumped in to help out.

Renee was AMAZING! We were 1200 miles away and she kept us informed answered all of questions. She returned calls and answered emails immediately. Even now after moving in she is the one that answers questions and is our advocate. She is truly the BEST! I credit her for such a positive experience.

The initial sales experience was positive. Be prepared to spend time and concentration up front on your design decisions. Be prepared for some delays and adjustments during construction given the current environment in home building and design, Have a plan for closing delays.

I enjoyed my buying and design experience. Since the I have been waiting a month for my warranty issues to be completed. Other than the acknowledgement email I have heard nothing about the status. My pre-closing walk through issues have also not been addressed.

Other than the slow response to a few issues, we are very pleased.

Dave was hands on. He was always available and responded to inquiries in a timely fashion. He answered all questions and if he wasnt sure he got back to us. We hIghly recommend Dave.

Pulte's attention to detail is second to none.

The builder and project managers are awesome, they want your opinion about the work and the placement of the items to be installed. They are also there for any changes if necessary.

Overall it was an exciting experience and we are glad we went with Del Webb

Jonathan D. did a great job in every way. He was helpful, patient, informative and absolutely responsive when we had questions or follow up work needed even after closing. From the sales team to the builder, everyone was a dream to work with. Recommend Del Webb communities (this is our second property) and the whole buying experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

With the cost of building a home going up by the month I went ahead and started my build probably sooner than I had planned but I have no regrets. I'm glad the process has been completed and I enjoy my home every day.

We absolutely love our new home in Carolina Orchards. The Martin Ray model fits our needs perfectly. The upstairs loft serves as a sewing room for my wife who is a quilter and the third bedroom is great when my daughters come to visit. The overall building experience was seamless as our project manager Matt kept us well informed throughout the entire process and completed the home as promised.

Solid home. Any problems were addressed and taken care of.

The sales experience with Karen was amazing. She is amazing. The building process got off to a rough start. When Michael took over, the experience totally changed. He was great to work with.

House plan was just what me needed. Lot view is great. Quality and on time.

Very smooth process.. When ever we thought was not up tp par we addressed it with our field manager and it was taken care of right away. We are pleased with our new home. We chose a spec home and are pleased with the final results

We purchased our home from Pulte in Del Webb at Traditions from afar. The sales people and design people were wonderful to work with while helping us to wade through the intricacies of purchase and design. Kudos!

The sales and field manager are great. I am very happy to have this beautiful new home. The community is very beautiful. The people who live here are very friendly. Some work inside of the house are rough. You can see the holes and stains here or there. A microwave is still back order. Not sure when will it come in. One garage remote doesn’t work. I reported these problems to the field manager but he is working in a new location, nobody has come fix these problems

Austin and Nevo have been great at responding to our needs. During build, the weekly updates kept us up to date on the status of the build; particularly important for out of state buyers.
