We had a good experience with well managed professional sales staff and construction manager. The closing process went very smoothly. We'll have one year to test the quality of the house. For now, we're quite satisfied, and thank Devon (Delwebb sales) and Brian (Pulte construction) for their professionalism and due diligence.

Our sales agent, Ken and construction manager, David were professional and responsive throughout the build process. After living in our beautiful new home for one month, we submitted minor adjustment/repairs and hope that the efficient responsiveness continues!

The entire Mortgage Process was deceitful and full of bait and switch scenarios. The values placed on the documents were consistently wrong and there was no oversight on the process. The Mortgage Agent was more interested in upselling features than he was in listening to the customer.

Dave C. and his crew were Outstanding! They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered our new house a month early ahead of schedule. Simply put, they were very professional, thorough and earned a well-deserved “5-Stars” for a job well-done!

Pinchlist items not completed a month after close Construction supervisor was awesome when you had his attention ! Seemed he was overloaded and communication was not timely. Sales person held communication together!

Pulte focus more on the speed of the build versus the overall quality. Too many shortcuts are being done to finish quickly. The number of items on the punch list are too many.

I love my home design. It is designed for the way I live. Unfortunately throughout the build process we were presented with quality workmanship undermined by slipshod work that impacted overall quality resulting in the tear out and rebuild of the master shower after we moved in because a nail in a water line. Paint drops everywhere on my new floor and outside stucco is rough, uneven and been reworked. However, response to the water leak was timely.

We paid 895K for this home. One wall is crooked, the oven hood leaks grease between the hood and the backsplash, and it has caused staining on the grout. Now my special needs son's bathroom is backing up from the walk-in shower all the way to his room door. I'm so disappointed I have no words to express it in a respectful way. If I'm asked, I will tell all we've been through unless it can be made right. a brand-new home with grease leaking out of the stove hood and a shower backing up into the bedroom. What a mess and disappointment.

My husband is a realtor with 24 years experience. I worked with him until I retired helping with walk throughs for out of town buyers, colour choices and general help with customer needs. He still runs a very successful rental business as well. This is our seventh new home so we are very familiar with new home sales. Overall we are pleased with our home. Price for upgrade were very expensive and not as good quantity as we thought. The standard and quality on paint is the worst we have every experienced. When you rub a little mark off you remove paint and orange peel! We have nail heads on the baseboards that haven’t been filled, lots of overspray on the floor tiles and I believe certainly there is only one coat of paint overall. Doors have been sprayed but both ends of the doors have had no extra paint put on. Jon who built the home was very nice also Jason is doing his best to complete our punch out list. Very disappointed with the quality control person who walked through our home after Jon handed it over. Lighting under the upper kitchen cabinets is disgusting! They are nothing like the model home on which we based our decision on to spend $1,300 on the upgrade. Also a particular overpriced ungraded was the outside wall lights either side of the garage door. We paid $400 for them! Certainly we would not spend that sort of money on upgrades if we had known the quality. The garden looked ok before we moved in but by closing lots of mulch was washed away, sprinkler head broken, weeds and what looks like a dead tree in strip of grass between the sidewalk and road. I was mislead on the market for selling me house to buy this one. I was told the down turn would not effect North Carolina. I took a 70k loss on selling my house and was forced to pay top dollar for this one because I had put a down payment. The price of this house is way too high for what you get and the fit & finish is subpar. I could right a book this.

Renee and Josh were enjoyable part of the experience. Follow up on issues has room for improvement. Quality of workmanship I would rate as average and suffered from project manager being stretched too thin.

I would not recommend Pulte unless you expect to miss the original delivery date by over 6 months, expect the quality of the workmanship to need extensive rework and the installed products to not meet your expectations even with upgrades.

We would like to see more options at the Design center. Also , me and my neighbors would like better quality for fixtures and kitchen cabinets.

I had a great experience working with Brian, Jeff and Terry from the initial contact to closing. Unfortunately, once we closed on the home I have run into several brick walls trying to resolve lingering construction issues. I would advise buyers to get everything in writing and never sign off on punch list items that have not been completed.

The buying process was straightforward. Our salesperson, Bob, was phenomenal. As expected, with a national builder, the opportunity to customize was limited, but Bob did an excellent job of explaining what options we did have. He was very prompt in his follow-up and he didn't pressure us at all. My only complaint about the buying process was the method Pulte used for selling our lot. A blind auction? C'mon, just tell me the price so I can decide if I want to buy it or not. During the construction phase, Bryan was also top notch. He allowed us to make a few non-structural changes that saved us a lot of money. He was always very prompt about returning phone calls and emails and, in general, did an excellent job of communicating what was happening throughout the construction process. The one thing I am disappointed with - and the reason I gave only 2 stars for responsiveness to issues, has to do with the utility box placement - specifically the cable box. Obviously utility boxes are necessary but the cable box is right in the middle of my front yard. There are other, less conspicuous locations where it could be placed but no one seems to want to help address this issue. And not only is the cable box in the middle of my front yard but the box itself is bigger than every other cable box in the development. I am very disappointed in Pulte's response to this issue and their willingness to work together to find a solution. ... More

I did not buy a Del Webb home, I bought a Pulte home in a Del Webb community. Also, I do not own a "scenic 40", I own a "distinctive 50". It should be noted that Pulte now owns the Del Webb brand. Living in a Del Web community has been an incredible experience full of fun and new friends for many years. Having to suffer through the Pulte home building experience and dealing with what I call "Pulte quality" makes it hard to say it is worth it anymore. There is no customer service at Pulte. I cannot recommend anyone buy a Pulte home.

We had a great experience buying our home from sales, to building, to move in,a nd beyond.

Our Construction Manager Keenan did a great job throughout the home building process. He sent us weekly emails with pictures and had excellent follow up.

We had a good experience with Frank, our Field Manager. However, processes and product switches were not good customer service. Our appliances were switched from original, no smart lock as advertised, and no impact windows as advertised. The window issue supposedly was due to supply constraints, however, houses built before and after ours did get impact resistant windows. The price of our house was never adjusted. Very unsatisfied. Also, moving here from Del Webb Orlando, we were familiar with the logical placement of the HVAC equipment on the outside of the house, on the center of the side. Here, a very poor decision was made to place that equipment on the rear of the side. As a result, our neighbors compressor sits just outside our lanai making a lot of noise and not conducive to enjoying the lanai. Very unsatisfied. ... More

After the original build was complete and we were all moved in some issues arouse and Del Webb Rep Greg was there to explain how the issues would be corrected and they were., he checked in daily to be sure all was going as expected. Everything we discussed has been taken care of with real professionalism. The warranty workman have all been great.

We have had an overall excellent experience during the construction process. We were not able to visit the site during the build, but William kept us up to date, sent photos regularly and answered all of our concerns expeditiously. Since moving in, William has been very attentive to the issues addressed by our inspector and the issues we had during walk through. The warranty team has been very responsive to issues that have arisen.

Zach has been extremely helpful from the beginning, starting from the Walk through. He has been very informative and explaining in detail about all the things about the house like HVAC and so many other technological things and functions. He has been extremely responsive to our concerns and questions. He has been great

We were disappointed in the first agent we had at the Del Webb sales center. She was extremely rude. Our realtor reached out to the sales manager at the sales office and from there on he worked with us and he was great. As far as the building process, we had questions that were not answered by the building supervisor for our house. Very disappointing. Overall the attention to workmanship is lacking. The home did not look like a home that was priced so high. It looked more like a very low priced track home. There did not seem to be any pride in the workmanship. All that said we do like the community we just don’t feel that the home will stand up to years of use. ... More
