Del Webb is a reputable construction company maintaining excellent quality. But the after-sales service cannot cooperate. Details were missing in many construction works and remedial arrangements were not perfected in time. For example, the central air-conditioning system in our house is missing a filter. The response when we made a complaint was: go buy one yourself. Ha ha. . . . . .

The whole process form when we started looking at the options to our house being built was great and very easy process

We love our Pulte home in DWB. There were minor issues along the way but our sales rep and construction manager both corrected them very promptly. Would def buy another Pulte Home.

Considering the house is prefabricated the construction is satisfactory. We were pleased the house was completed on time. The sales staff was the delight of our experience being very responsive & courtious. For those seeking a 55+ community Del Webb should be a consideration.

Had some minor issues with my unit that were handled quickly. Just wished that paint quality was better and the title in the bathroom was laid better. But after that, no complaints.

Be patient. There are always going to be issues with new construction. The Pulte people and the trades are very responsive.

Carlos, Construction Manager, is a consummate professional. He was very thorough, detailed and responsive throughout the entire project. When I had concerns, he went out of his way to make things right. Carlos communicated well and delivered on every commitment. The exceptional service from the whole Pulte team exceeded my expectations.

Our site manager Matt was a real help and pleasure to work with. Even after we were moved in he would contact us and ask if we needed any help or problems. He has been a real blessing. This is our 2nd Del Webb home now. We bought one 8 years ago that was 5 years old in Indio California Sun City Shadow Hills. We did an add to that home and saw the great construction when the back was torn down and square footage was added. These homes are built very well. So when we saw during a road trip to Colorado the Del Webb in Lake Las Vegas we were intrigued as to the new designs and the lovely location around the Lake. We are so happy we moved to this lively, friendly community and the cooler weather compared to Indio! A move is uncomfortable but having the help of the sales staff and your construction manager leading you and through your build made it so much easier than we expected having done a major remodel years before in our other home. We didn't have any issues during construction. Delays are still ongoing in the building industry. We felt like we had a good sturdy product when we moved in. If you don't expect perfection and can accept some minor cosmetic flaws you will be happy with the home. Pulte/Del Webb has a good building process, and it keeps you informed about the process.

Josh was a great construction manager.

Our sales agent, Ken and construction manager, David were professional and responsive throughout the build process. After living in our beautiful new home for one month, we submitted minor adjustment/repairs and hope that the efficient responsiveness continues!

Due to unforeseen life circumstances I had to move quickly. With the help of the Pulte Team I was able to close in 3.5 weeks! Love my new home. They have been very responsive to any concerns, home is well built and comfortable.

Carlos was the best. He was responsive, timely and dependable.

My salesman Zac was there from start to finish. I switched choice of house from spec to new build and he was there. He sent many documents from the sale of my previous residence to those involving the new one which was a great help. The house is fine. It would be nice if the A/C filter was in a wall instead of a nine foot ceiling. Interiors and garages should come painted. Thank you.

We were excited to find a 55+ community close to our local area offering small homes with a yard that made downsizing an easier decision. Having the opportunity to spend a lot of time at Carter Mill to review the models (many times) was great and allowed us to prepare for a new home at Montebello. We did have concerns of course based on issues described by others on this post about the design choices, build quality, mortgage process, inspections and Pulte sales and project management responsiveness. However, in our case the entire process went smoothly with the only real issue being the delays in completing construction due to issues with Dominion Power. I give a lot of credit to Josh (sales), Emily (design options), Pulte Mortgage reps and David (Project Manager) for our positive experience. Of course we were not happy with the paint quality and some of the “attention to detail” issues and the limited choices in cabinets, lighting fixtures, landscaping and structural options. But all in all, we like the finished product. Since our June move in, we have met many nice neighbors, it’s easy to shop for just about anything and we look forward to to the clubhouse opening in a few months. ... More

Found many electrical issues , fixed myself. Framed Mirror was not straight waiting, still, for a replacement

A great home and place to live. Only issues were minor and resolved!
