The construction manger was very helpful

Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. COMMUNICATIONS: Our Field Manager and sales agent together and regularly informed us of progress through the entire construction process, making us confident and in the end very satisfied with a wonderful house delivery. ... The process of building our home was stress free with no conflict or fighting. The house was completed on time in spite of supply chain issues. Communication was very good and timely.

Excellent staff overall, really care about the new owners, esp. those of us who did Not own a home previously. Beautiful club house , spotlessly clean. Pleasant, friendly homeowners

The homes are built very well. The home also seems very insulated. Love the kitchen

From the sales office through the buildout, all went well. Even with supply chain and Covid-19 problems, the builder produced a special home.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our Pulte home. We have heard of problems with other builders. We did not experience any issues. Our pre-drywall and final inspections did not bring any major issues to light. During a time when it is difficult for builders to finish homes on time, Pulte came through for us. We had an excellent field manager who educated us on our new home and pushed to close on our home when anticipated.

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

Explained what was going on and keeping me updated. Very accessible to answer questions. Good follow up.

Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

A great builder. They were very helpful with the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

The home construction is great and all the amenities we ordered were delivered and installed. The only complaint is the very poor workmanship of the painters. There are paint splatters and over runs all over the house. Many spots were over caulked or not caulked at all. A lot of painted areas were sloppy. This is definitely a black eye for Del Webb, a company that is known for quality.

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

My building supervisor kept me up to date on all aspects of the home during building. After closing, the same excellent service has been provided by my warranty advisor.

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.

The sales and building process was excellent.

We can count n Del Webb anywhere (and we have lived in three Del Webb’s across the country) to be great homes, safe communities, and super follow up when things in the house need fixing.

Del Webb / Pulte Homes is a good company for sure but like ALL big builders, they look for ways to cut cost and in my opinion, sometimes they go to far. We like our home but wish we had more choices for simple upgrades such as a better quality paint upgrade and a trade up version of the tankless water system. The overall experience was good and we are happy but the builder could improve the customer experience side of the process. Yes, we like Del Webb eTown and yes we like our home!

Our salesman Bill O was a pleasure to deal with. Honest and trustworthy. We live up north and he kept us up to date with the build every step of the way. From start to closing everything was well organized and easy to complete.

Great Sales and Service Staff.

Home is well constructed, everything about the home was explained and if any problems arise they say they will be there. The only problems we are having is with the appliances, dishwasher and refrigerator, which are being addressed at this time and looking forward to a satisfactory conclusion.
