We are pleased with the overall experience building our home. We love the home. Somethings we noticed the might helpful to new buyers: - landscaping around the homes is ok. Del Webb hires a company to perform this for the entire complex. Around the homes it would be great if more attention was made to help with weeds. - more attention to insect control prior to moving in would be nice. - two coats of paint inside and out would be preferred. More interior colors would be nice. - more attention to cleaning the home prior to moving in would be preferred. - the sales office was very helpful. Our project manager Jason was superb throughout the building experience. He called with weekly updates, gave us access to our home at every step of the process, was super alert and reactive to any minor issues that came up during the build. We love our new home. It’s everything we hoped for and we are delighted with Del Webb/Pulte. They are an inclusive company, and we have no regrets choosing to build through them.

Steven Locke was great. He explained everything fully knew what he was talking about. He helped get last minute details completed.

Del Webb Bexley is there excellent builders for 55+ community. They have laid plans for excellence in home building, community, environmental & long term health & happiness. I am impressed with their professionalism & treating me, the buyer, with respect and family helpfulness starting from beginning of mortgage application through my first year In my beautiful home. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the first sales meeting through final construction. Our house was built on time in spite of very adverse weather conditions; heavy rain, extreme cold/ice. Also in spite of material shortages. Everyone worked hard to keep to their original promises.

They did the best they could in a tough environment

Very good team at Del Webb Stone Creek that all like what they do and do their jobs well. They are understaffed for the increase in the number of new home builds in the past year. Overall we are very happy with the quality of our home and the Stone Creek community.

Everything as far as the buying process and all the way up to closing was great. Everyone was super nice. I think after we closed a couple issues came up. We have now lived here 5 weeks and we haven’t had an oven that works. I have been through the warranty department and everything but have not gotten anything resolved yet. Still no oven. I also think that when they pressure wash your sidewalk and driveway that they should do the curb and sidewalk in front of the house. My sidewalk and driveway are clean but the curb and sidewalk in front of the house looks like red clay. If I want it cleaned I’m going to have to do it myself. ... More

Pulte Homes are well constructed and energy efficient. Good selection of materials for finishing the interior. Great floorplan designs with option selections. Overall a very nice home.

We're new residents in our development, and giving it 3 stars for the workmanship as there have been too many issues overlooked after we moved in- mostly cosmetic and nothing structural to our knowledge.

My Lake Oconee building experience went very smooth and the home was completed within the original time line. The Sales & Builder Professionals were always great to work with !

Great buying experience. On time delivery was great. Post closing fixes a little slower than expected.
