The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. The buying process ran smoothly. The interaction with Pulte’s personnel was pretty good from the sales person to the last builder. Some minor issues are still pending, but they are working on them. We are very satisfied with the house in general.

We purchased a spec home so we did not have a longer relationship with our builder. But the time we spent on the finishing stages of our home were very positive. We still have a few open items but they are being handled to our satisfaction.

Tina, the realtor who sold me the unit was extremely helpful. Always returned my calls and answered all my questions.

From the sales agent Siobhain to the construction Manager Will, there was a sincere effort to communicate construction plans and closing /moving into the home, so we could coordinate a successful sale of the old house and move in to our new home.

Overall I have been pleased with my new home. Del Webb communicated well during the building process.

Having never bought new construction, Debbie and Eric were outstanding in answering the many questions I had throughout the process (and still have!) with professionalism, timeliness and patience. The walk-throughs were very helpful. I chose to have my own inspections done for peace of mind, resulting in just a few minor "improvements." Appointments for the design center and smart com technology were great, with knowledgeable and patient staff. Del Webb homes are built well. Debbie was upbeat, positive, and so helpful. Eric was also helpful and very knowledgeable. Closing was quick and smooth - convenient to have it at the sales office. ... More

The Pulte Team did fine work!

We were very pleased with the communications during the building process. Any issues were immediately taken care of by our project manager. After the closing, however, several small details that were supposed to be addressed were never completed. We were told several items were supposed to be corrected, but it never happened. Still waiting after almost 2 months! Most of the areas to be addressed were in the cleanup/finishing of the construction - painting, concrete splashes, sod rolling, etc. Have had to finally do most of that on my own.

We had a great experience with the build of our Pulte home due to the people we dealt with throughout the entire process. Jeff, Joe and Jonathan couldn’t have communicated any better when we experienced the inevitable labor and materials issues that come up during a new build. They responded quickly and took care of the few deficiencies we encountered during the build process and helped us make a smooth transition to the post purchase customer care team. We started as hopeful buyers and ended up as happy customers and fans.

Was a pretty smooth purchase considering how the supply chain has been.

Overall great experience. Could pay alittle more attention to building details and finish out. Very quick to resolve issues.

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

Excellent sales experience. The sales and support staff were great to work with.

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.

Good quality and workmanship. Staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. Not quite as much flexibility in construction and design as I would have liked to see. All in all it was a very positive experience, in a great community and so far, the home seems very well built.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

Pulte homes are a good value for the money you spend. Sales, Construction Management and Warranty Management very responsive. This is my third Pulte/Centex home my first in a Del Webb community .Highly recommend.

Justin and John provided guidance thru the whole process. Whenever we had a question, needed additional information, or needed an issue resolved, they were always there to help. Del Webb is very lucky to have these two assets.

Our building manager “T J Hugel” was excellent.

Any new home will have things that need fixing or redoing altogether, but you can be reassured that the Del Webb group will get the house fixed to your satisfaction. Our project manager, Carlos, was able to get us in our house several days ahead of schedule which saved us from storing furniture and staying in a hotel. We have been very pleased with the results of fixing minor problems and making sure we love our home.

Great people and service throughout the building of my new home in Sun City, Texas. I gave mostly 5 ratings, but did give a 4 rating in 3 categories and here’s why: QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS: - supply chain issues delayed completion of my house by almost 6 months. This was NOT Pulte’s fault but was very frustrating. -so many different people were in and out, working on the different aspects of my home. I did periodic checkups throughout the building and several times the issue had to be re-done again, sometimes more than once. However, my Field Manager, Edward Huncherick, was on top of it EVERY SINGLE time I called him. He and my Sales Rep, Jim Lanier, deserve ALL the credit for how much I am loving enjoying my new home. VALUE FOR YHE PRICE PAID -Again, I gave a 4 instead of a 5, and again, I do not hold Pulte responsible. I just think the entire realty market is out-of-control and houses are overpriced. VALUE FOR THE PRICE PAID: -This goes along with the comment directly above. I know if I were to walk into the sales office today and contracted the EXACT same house, land plot and options/ upgrades, it would cost me approximately $90000 more, so that looks like EXCELLENT VALUE. However, because of that out-of-control market I mentioned, hopefully that value will hold and maybe increase more, but there’s no way of knowing unless I sell. Regardless of my lower ratings in the three categories, I LOVE my new house and the 55+ community lifestyle and amenities. Probably one of the smartest moves I’ve ever made!!! We are extremely satisfied with our new townhome.

Our general super was excellent and very responsive. The warranty team is the best I have ever experienced...and I have bought many builder homes over the years! The whole team holds vendors and subs feet to the fire until the punch list is complete!
