After the original build was complete and we were all moved in some issues arouse and Del Webb Rep Greg was there to explain how the issues would be corrected and they were., he checked in daily to be sure all was going as expected. Everything we discussed has been taken care of with real professionalism. The warranty workman have all been great.

We have had an overall excellent experience during the construction process. We were not able to visit the site during the build, but William kept us up to date, sent photos regularly and answered all of our concerns expeditiously. Since moving in, William has been very attentive to the issues addressed by our inspector and the issues we had during walk through. The warranty team has been very responsive to issues that have arisen.

Zach has been extremely helpful from the beginning, starting from the Walk through. He has been very informative and explaining in detail about all the things about the house like HVAC and so many other technological things and functions. He has been extremely responsive to our concerns and questions. He has been great

We were disappointed in the first agent we had at the Del Webb sales center. She was extremely rude. Our realtor reached out to the sales manager at the sales office and from there on he worked with us and he was great. As far as the building process, we had questions that were not answered by the building supervisor for our house. Very disappointing. Overall the attention to workmanship is lacking. The home did not look like a home that was priced so high. It looked more like a very low priced track home. There did not seem to be any pride in the workmanship. My Experience with Pulte Homes at Del Webb has been Great!!! From the Sales Office to Loan Consultant, Loan Processor and Closing Team, everyone has been welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and diligent! Website Portal for Mortage Application processing is very helpful for Documents' processing. Special Thanks to Zach, Holly, Andy (Construction Manager), Andy (Customer Care Manager) for their kindness, patience, professionalism and a job very well done! The whole Process was open with all information provided ahead and there were no unpleasant surprises. The HOA Management Team (especially Jasmyne, Amber and Sabrina) is very welcoming, professional, courteous, kind and helpful! Highly disappointed in the overall procees from start to finish. Once we signed papers with Pulte we NEVER heard from the sales agent. We missed out on getting a gas line run for gas grill (prior to foundation being poured). The quality of interior paint is bad ( i bet your average consumer would never buy this quality of paint in a paint store). It appears that the tankless hot water heater is a cheap commercial grade (the model that was installed does NOT have a dedicated return line which would allow for a recirculating pump to be added so hot water would be readily available. And being charged to add gutters was shocking (why in the world isn't this just included in the purchase price???).. by having this as a ADD ON is a poor marketing decision...it leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth and this point is constantly talked about at neighborhood gatherings....I could go on but I think you get the point... People always say...you dont move here for the house...you move here for the lifestyle... ... More

We decided our overall review was about 4- stars. We were very fortunate to have Andrew as our builder. He came highly rated and did not disappoint. Materials are good but labor lacks oversight. Our saleswoman Dana made the buying process difficult and not very transparent. We love our community, but there certainly is room for improvement. When spending $600K my expectations weren’t exactly as desired.

TRUTH IS TRUTH AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO PRINT IT. DEL WEBB PULTE IS A COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS OF HOW A JOB IS DONE AND COMPLETED. INSPECTIONS ARE A DOWN RIGHT SHAME IT IS ALL ABOUT HOW MANY HOMES CAN BE COMPLETED IN THE ALOTTED AMOUNT OF TIME AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE AT THE END. NO THIRTY DAY LIST TO GO OVER WITH A SIGHT MANAGER IS OFFERED NOR IS A CHECK LIST SHOWN TO THE ACTUAL HOMEOWNER TO ENSURE THAT EVERYONE HAS CHECKED OFF AND OVER SEEN BY THE FIELD MANAGER. I RECEIVED A HOUSE THAT STILL HAD STICKY STUFF ON THE COUNTER TOPS. A SLIDER DOOR THAT ANYONE WANTING INTO THE HOUSE CAN JUST LIFT UP AND REMOVE IT. DOOR LOCKS THAT NEED REKEYING FROM CONSTRUCTION USE. A BACK YARD THAT IS LIKE WALKING ON THE MOON CRATERS BUMPY LUMPY AND UNSOLDLY LAID DOWN SOD. Great experience buying new del Webb home insan Antonio

We have had a great experience with Pulte. Starting with Lisa in sales, Janette in finance and Nate, as our amazing project manager, we couldn’t ask for anything more. Throughout our months long journey, they were always available to help and still available post close. Lisa, Janette and Nate get five stars!!!

We felt rushed through the initial stages and were told no changes could be made after initial meeting at the design stage. This is something that could have been explained better as the design choices were limited and training was being held during our design process. Our Site Building Manager was left to explain details that were left out by sales and design. We would have maybe made other choices. Our Site Building Manager was professional and courteous but was placed in an awkward situation.

I enjoyed the process of buying our new home. I was comfortable throughout the process and appreciated the regular updates.

Don't sign off till all repairs are done!

The beginning of my process was great, good communication, pre-sheetrock walk through good, regular updates. The final 45 days not so good. My builder representative did the surprise, it's ready early after telling me the house would be ready later for months. Then 2 days before closing wanted to push closing for a few minor things - all theatre! Do not close if you have even the smallest items outstanding, it's almost impossible to get them done after closing. Pulte may build a good house structurally but the finishing of the home & attention to details is of poor quality.

Fit, finish, and cleanliness left something to be desired.

The house has plenty of space, great illumination, and a modern style.

We commend our informative construction manager Jacob. He sent pics and updates throughout the build. Design consultant Nikki was generous with her time and helped us in choosing our finishes. There are certain finishes that are not the same quality as what we saw in the model homes. The performance of the a/c system is poor coupled with inadequate insulation resulting in significant variation in temperature in some rooms. Ultimately you move here for the community so keep that in mind.

Any problems, questions or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved immediately. The quality of the work is reflected in the comments we receive from the after market contractors for the additional work we had done like ceiling fans and custom closets. They all were very impressed!

The building process was very quick. Mortgage processing a little bit difficult. Closing agent a little bit difficult and not friendly. Sales person and building supervisor are extremely nice and help. I am giving 4 stars.

Sales rep was helpful, our design consultant was good and construction manager was great. Our issues were with the total inflexibility of Pulte ( would not offer insulation package for garage walls and doors, as an example or a ventilation window in garage, no refrigerator option) built 5 houses and Pulte quality is mediocre at best. Clean up was poor. The community got us here and you take what you get for housing.

There are issues with my new home everywhere you look! I'm disappointed in the poor quality of my house. If I had to do it over, and know what I know now, I would NEVER have built this house. Not happy at with what I would call, 'shoddy craftsmanship'.
