Overall a very positive experience beginning with the sales team to the builder. Some minor details that have to be addressed are handled promptly by the service team. Love our new home and the community!

My husband and I had a brand new experience with building a new house. Jenna made the process for us seamless. She was always there with a smile and was prompt in answering all of our questions. Pulte has been amazing. Garrett and Harrison are so professional and attentive to the issues we had and have. We have never dealt with builders who truly care about the homeowners. We love living here. Thank you for everything.

We love our new home and the community is fantastic! Our construction manager James was very professional and kept up aware of all details along the way!

As expected in every respect.

Overall it was a very good experience. Loved that our sales consultant sent us weekly pictures of the building progress. The amenity center is taking much longer than originally thought but will no doubt be of the highest quality. Our construction managers were knowledgeable and fairly accessible to address our questions and concerns. The build quality process is thorough and very effective.

Our construction manager Foster FaceTimed us weekly during the construction process which gave us peace of mind building a home long distance.

Although we are pleased with our new home some of the comments expressed by other buyers with regards to the builder not following mandatory codes and specifically with regards to studs, Joist and rafters give me pause to confidence in structural integrity as we did not hire a licensed inspector during our walk through phases and final inspection. When I asked our superintendent if a licensed inspector was used during Pulte’s quality assurance inspection he stated no that they use their in-house capability. I am not saying that I do not have confidence in my home’s safety I am saying that the over quality of the structure gives me pause. I did not take exception to various paint spots on the vinyl flooring as Jacob took care of them and other minor nit noy items. James was the salesman who managed the sale and oversaw the building process James was the contractor, and is the one we had the most contact during the process. Both men were responsive throughout the process, and always answered my questions. There still a few issues from the 30 day review period that have yet to be fixed, but other than that it was been a high quality experience.

Good quality build materials, finished quicker than expected, consciousness sales staff

Everything was great. Paint job is a little sloppy put we are in process of rectifying these issues. Holly and Jake went out of their way to keep us informed every step of the way.

Long but worth the wait in closing. Builder had numerous hurdles to finishing the build. There are still several minor issues which did not delay move in and are being addressed. We love our new home.

We purchased a move in ready condominium. We were very happy with the finishes chosen by the Pulte staff, workmanship seems very good. We like the Del Webb lifestyle, and have already met some great neighbors. So far, so good.

Clay was a great property manager to work with. He has been responsive, pleasant, and professional.

5 stars up to getting problems taken care promptly. We have a few issues and it’s being addressed but very slowly and a lot of passing the buck as they say. Overall extremely happy with the house and price just wish after the sale problems were addressed quicker

We had looked at a number of builders and found that the floor plan designs by Pulte just made more sense. They are very open and comfortable. Great for entertaining and living in. Just be prepared for the options, there are many and I wish we had given some of them more consideration.

We recently purchased a villa in the Del Webb community of Grande Dunes. It was a great experience; so glad our realtor took us there. We love everything about our new home and community.

Overall experience is been very good from the sales office to the contractor management. Only concern I have is the pricing .

From the beginning with our sales rep, Bruce, Nicki the interior designer who listened and suggested when we went a little astray to closing with Pulte Mortgage responsiveness was excellent. Our construction manager Steve was the person who made this a positive for us. With all the hurdles he faces daily with shortage of product and deadlines being met, he was great. When we went through our walk thru before closing there were so many things that needed to be done we were not optimistic. Steve assured us that everything would be done and it was. He continues to be available to us as the first week in our new home we had air conditioning issues which he handled immediately and recently a plumbing backup which he also assisted in getting resolved quickly. The beginning of our experience was great but our construction manager is the one who kept it all together and made this a win. The experience was great. Frank, our site manager, always had time to walk the house and show us the progress and explain things to us. My only complaint, besides too much paperwork, was that I don’t think the house had a final cleaning before we moved in. We did have an issue on closing day but Pulte worked very hard to fix it quickly and that may account for the cleanliness of the house. We are enjoying our new house and are looking forward to living here for many years.

Overall great experience with entire team Closing was the worst part. Took 3 hours due to street name error on Pulte’s end.

The model options are well designed for an outcome that is a comfortable home with quality materials. Pulte is a large builder so there is always a degree of inflexibility with that but the individuals I worked with for the Build and Sale made it awesome - both the Project Manager and the Sales Manager. I've only had to create two work orders for cosmetic things and the response was timely and fixed the issue. At first it was difficult for me to get used to the idea of a community where the houses are so similar but that is the trend of the industry and how it works for all new build communities. The ability to make it yours with your home choices though is all that really matters because you look at the beautiful outside as you drive up but you are really living in the inside. The design choices were well selected and would result in a beautiful home so you cannot go wrong there and the Designers were wonderful to work with. The amenities of the community are second to none and building here is all about having an active lifestyle with a lovely home to enjoy it in and Pulte delivers that in spades within Del Webb Nocatee. ... The experience from the beginning to the end was a seamless process. From the application there were professionals along the way to ensure decisions were being made about what to do next from the loan process to homeowners' insurance. At the end the builder ensured that I had all information needed to contract utilities etc. He also ensured I knew how the home warranty worked.

From start to finish, Jerry (sales) helped us with all of our questions and guided us through the process. He also sent us weekly pictures and updates since we were out of state. Although we had three different project managers, Roby helped us through all the final closing, inspections, and last minute repairs. Overall we had a great experience and closed within the time frame that was given to us

My experience with my new Del Webb Southern Springs home has been very good. Keith, in the sales office was knowledgeable and addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner. He followed through on all requests and even went above and beyond. My project manager, TJ was exceptional. Probably one of the best experiences in the homebuilding process I had ever had. His attention to detail and his communication skills were stellar. As with any new home, there are always issues to contend with, but I will say Pulte has been incredibly responsive.
