Process was made very easy, although the selections at the Design Center are very limited and very expensive.

We absolutely love the Del Webb Bexley community. Overall, the build experience was great, Pulte mortgage process was terrible and the after close warranty process has been mediocre.

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes. They have the process down and are so helpful in designing your new home. They are e trembly responsive and attentive to detail.

Energy efficient homes are very nice. You’ll fall in love with the quietness of the home.

Julie was a great saleswomen. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and made the whole buying process very easy.

Overall a great experience. High point was the house is great. Low point I bought the solar panels and it has been a complete nightmare. Tesla originally said 1-2 weeks after docs received. Going on 6 weeks. No closer now than when I first moved in. Sours a lot of the experience.

Homes are a great value and community is fantastic. However, the quality of the materials and workmanship is sub standard. There is an apparent lack of pride in workmanship.

As a first time builder, I was very happy with the experience.

Del Webb made the process easy for us as we were building during covid and not able to be onsite often. Nick F. our construction manager and Elaine R. our Sales person were outstanding and helped to make the experience fun; their follow up was exceptional. We're only into the home now for 2 months so we'll see how well he warranty and follow up works in the future but so far we are very happy with the process.

The Sales Associate and the Field Managers were responsive, friendly, and efficient

The overall experience was great. Our salesmen was always available at providing information if we needed it along the the Interior design office. Everyone kept us informed as to what was happening next and gave excellent guidance. Our Project Manager went over and above communicating with us the stages the house was in and always contacted us if we needed anything.

I am disappointed with the quality of the kitchen sink and stovetop even with the upgraded package.

This is the second home we built with Pulte. This hone is for our daughter who has special needs. Our sales rep helped us thru the changes like pocket doors and wider Doorways. The changes were very affordable. Our management coordinator went Above and beyond to make sure all issues were taken care of.

From the start everyone we dealt with at Del Webb and Pulte were very helpful and professional. This home is the 6th house I have built over my lifetime. Without question the best home building experience we have ever had. Now that our house is built we love it. We had a couple small problems that were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and this company.

Time frame for build takes about 7 months, so be patient it will all be worth it.

Jennifer was great about interacting with us. When the home was being built we lived out of state so our adult children over saw everything about the build and Jennifer made sure we were all,on the same page. BTW our kids did a stellar job! We love our home! ♥️
