It was a good experience and the company met all the deadlines. The only challenge that I have had is that the electric company placed the electric line through the sewer line. The result was that the home flooded when I ran the dishwasher, washer and shower together. The company response was immediate and thorough. Currently in the repair process and pulte has paid for everything and promised to make my home exactly as it was when I moved in.

My first home-building experience went very well. The construction manager kept me informed, since I was 1500 miles away. I only wish there had been pictures of the various stages of construction, but that's just me. However, once I had signed for the house, the service request process is incredibly unresponsive and slow.

While teh overall experience was great we did experience with some very poor workmanship with the pastering of the drywall. Throughout the home is was evident that who ever performed the wall finishing SKIP TROROWELING TECHINQUE was Terrible. This was pointed out to our field supervisor who took immediate action to refinhish the poor workmanship. Naturaly there were other issues which we considered minor compared to what I just mentioned. In summary the issue has been corrected.

Del Webb is a great company primarily because of the great people it employs. Brian Pascal the construction manager who worked with us illustrates the professionalism, competence and dedication that comprise the workforce at Del Webb. It is people like him that make the home building experience stress free, exciting and yes even enjoyable.

Imagine buying an home and physically not seeing it until final week before closing, only pictures from base to completion with bi-weekly updates and depending trusting agent, designer and project manager. Delwebb Pulte did it great, pictures helped, but the WOW being there in person makes trusting people involved great. Also completion was on scheduled as promised.

Could use more upgraded trim and doors! Trim painting not done well at all more detail to painting

The overall experience was great. However, the quality of materials, such as windows, and workmanship (crooked walls) is subpar.

Our builder, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

The people we worked with really care about getting this done right the first time.

We are enjoying our new home, appreciate the workmanship but wish there could have been a little more flexibility in cupboard placement.

Community amenities were the primary attraction.

All of the people I dealt with, the sales office, design center and the supervisor of the building of my home were very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns

Were responsive to questions, informative, prompt with communications. Asking us along the way if we were satisfied. When something did not go as planned and that will happen they handled it. Remember their jobs have been challenging during the Corona-Virus and they have stepped up.

We thought they did a very good job in building our home and the issues that we did have, they made every effort to resolve quickly and thoroughly.

Good buying experience. Overall quality is good, I think some areas could be better. Like a lot of the things that are used are "builder grade" so just because it is a Moen faucet or a Lennox A/C they seem to build lower quality products for the construction industry versus what you would purchase as a regular consumer. The team from sales office to the field manager have been great and very responsive to our needs and requests. We just moved in 3 weeks ago so still finding some minor things but they should all be taken care of by warranty service. Only

The builder's sales agent kept me informed via email/photos each week during construction. I was not present myself during the entire process, and appreciated the updates.

Loved to work with Favid. He kept me in the loop the whole time and I could tell he cared about the job he was doing. I was very lucky. Love working with Bob in Sales. He helped me to get yo my dream home.

This has been a great experience and the builder has been very responsive to out questions and concerns.

The entire process was very smooth. My suggestion to Pulte Construction is to install hot water recirculation systems in every home! The save Water and Money
