Very smooth process with sales and construction. You need to have an idea of what you want when you get to the design center. They don't have a real designer who can help coordinate - more of an order taker. Overall end product was great except for a few minor glitches that were corrected quickly.

My experience with the building of my home was good the staff informed me often about the building progress. Sending pictures and answering questions I am happy with my new neighborhood and home.

I am disappointed that a fairly significant issue pointed out during the inspection before drywall installation was not fixed. Now I think it is going to be a major issue when we go for our insertion and items needing attention.

It has been a great experience with a great result. I am very happy with my new home.

They communicated well and were ahead of schedule; very responsive and professional.

Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Pulte as a builder. We really enjoyed working with our Field Manager, Joey -- he was very responsive and helpful. Our one BIG complaint has to to do the walls -- the texturing on the walls was very poorly done, and we can't seem to get it fixed. In addition, we're VERY disappointed that our only choice was flat paint on the walls, which we totally dislike. We would have been willing to pay more for a satin or eggshell paint, but it wasn't an option.

The construction process was almost flawless! Our project manager completed the project on time per the projected completion date! And I understand the project was on budget. Joey did a great job!

Our buying experience started during the height of the COVID 19. We visited Southern Springs Tennessee for the 6th time in mid June and decided to start the purchase process for our favorite model the Abbyville.. After driving home to California we finalized the contract over the internet. We even completed the final design on the computer from home and this was handled beautifully by Del Webb because after we moved in on December 1st we love all the choices we made. Due to the situation on our move we requested a closing date about a week and half earlier and Pulte was able to do it despite difficulty in getting windows, cabinets and appliances due to COVID. Made the process seamless and easy

Our build manager (Todd) was excellent! Keep us in the loop at all times and followed up on my wife’s concerns immediately. The build actually was complete sooner than anticipated which added additional value to our positive experience! Thanks Pulte!

We love this home. It’s quaint and in a lovely community.

Nothing was ever cleaned up in or around the sight during the entire build.

The build process to closing wait was way longer than expected. We were given completion timeline from August to September and our move in was 11/16. When moving here from another state this delay lead to many challenges and very stressful year.

The Sales staff and Field Manager we had were wonderful. The quality of materials are top notch. The craftsmanship and attention to detail could have been better although I rated above average. For the few issues I experienced, the response time lacked effort. Overall, very pleased. Highly recommend.

We liked our builder very much. He called weekly and was very responsive. We have been in the house only eight weeks and have 2 issues at this time. I have been told that I could call an electrician and pay for a change. The other issue I have not addressed yet.

The staff they have in the mortgage lending department are personable and efficient. They always welcomed a phone call. After we moved in, trying to get repairs is not a quick response from the technicians. Pulte answers emails very quickly.

They had things done when they said they would. We got weekly updates of the progress of our home which was great. They explained step by step what was going on. Most issues which needed correcting were done prior to closing. Good job !!

Had to dig up foundation to determine why water flow not good from bathroom...foreman ws on top of it and explained everything in detail

Everyone from the sales consultant to the field manager were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Our sales professional, Bruce Muhlberg, was a superb representative of Pulte and his patience and knowledge of the Pulte homes was invaluable as we considered our home options at Hill Country Retreat. Kenny Jiral and James Donahoo were outstanding in providing follow-up to the few minor issues we experienced. Overall, Pulte was a pleasure to work with!
