Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant experience - from viewing available properties, negotiating the contract, working with the construction manager, closing, and working with the customer care manager. The sales rep, Kialey B. went above and beyond our expectations and really set a high standard for others to follow - DWS should name a road or something after her. We purchased a property that was already complete and there were some issues we wanted addressed/corrected before closing. Although not everything was complete, enough was done for us to close on time. Kyle B., the construction manager, and Oliver D., the customer care manager, have stood by their word to complete everything to our expectations and are doing a great job. During the building process, we had problems with communication. Improvements can be within the Pulte organization and the home buyer. Be patient, persistent and document. We believe their intent is build a good home.

It is questionable whether final power washing was done as there was mud on the garage floor Cleaners did a poor job of final cleaning. Painters were very careless, leaving permanent damage to flooring and concrete. Cracked windows have not been replaced. French door handles do not line up. Overall quality is not up to the claim of a high quality home.

Rusted natural gas line that won't open for my natural gas grill. Master shower that won't drain because of debris in the pipe. Poor responsiveness to these issues. Another quality Pulte product. At what point do I write Pulte, state representatives, etc.

If del webb wants happy home owners, start with the final touches and make sure the house is at least clean before telling them to close. Regardless of all the things not being completed, that was the most important to me, especially after being told it was done. The plant beds are horrible, almost dead when I closed. I've been watering them. One plant is dead and the grass is dying. I pull my own weeds. I was told I didnt have to do anything in the yard, but I dont want it to die. I still don't know if my sprinkler system is working because I have never seen it come on. The windows are covered with caulk. The final touches are terrible. I’m happy with my home and downsizing is a great idea. With everything doing on out here who has time for housekeeping. All my neighbors are friendly and helpful

We were able to select from a variety of homes, sites, and floor plans. However the completion/closing was delayed 3 weeks and the bldg, supervisor told us 1 hour before closing appt he would "personally" stay to complete the 6 minor items still outstanding on the walk through, It is now 45 days later, he has emailed 5 times that be would be over to finish up and has never shown up. This has been a big spoiler to our experience with Pulte, and having checked with many new neighbors this has been their experience as well.

Well worth the investment. Very glad we made this decision.

Pulte disappeared to some extent after closing so things that should be done have taken longer than it should (and some not done even now 6 weeks later). Oh, and that is just about my house. Also problems with the common areas and what they said would be done in terms of the ultimate landscaping.

Sales staff is great and the construction process until the end was great However near the end things get sloppy and do not get taken care of as promised

Overall it was a avg experience There were things that we would of liked to do but they were not a option..we did see alot of waste going in the dumpsters during every home build. With the cost of lumber we were amazed! Since this is a new community and we are at the begining of the build hopefully it will reach the standards of other del webb communities..this is our 2nd del webb home. Thank You

Buying a new Del Webb home was a very pleasing experience. The sales staff at the sales office were friendly and very knowledgable of not only the build on the home, but also the Del Webb Tradition community as well as the surrounding community. Couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, which can always be stressful.

Great experience at first. Then my rep became standoffish, sarcastic and then condescending until I put a stop to it. After that it was one broken promise after another. I put my foot down, raised my voice and finally got most of the work done. There is still a lot more to do. The quality of workmanship is a thing of the past. You have to stay on top of these people in order to get the work done correctly.

Take time to read the papers given to you at closing, they do give you all the information you need.

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

Having built several custom homes during the past thirty years, this was not a wonderful experience for us. Mel was great with the initial lot selection and home buying experience. Shannon was almost a disaster as the design consultant, making unapproved changes based on what SHE thought looked better. Things were dragging until Craig took over as construction manager, and then the change was amazing. He paid attention to detail and continued to assist even after closing. In our first month we have filed warranty claims for electrical, irrigation installed outside the survey, plumbing, and countertops, and electrical has failed to complete their work. We have an issue with the drywall, but Austin asked us to wait 11 months before filing a warranty claim because we would probably experience more drywall issues in that time. ... More

dell webb keep changing the closing date ,which cost my wife and I thousands without any type of refund.we were not happy

The communication during the building process was excellent. Once we moved in any issues were quickly resolved; however, the quality of some of the work was not that good. The driveway has several areas of spilled paint, the caulking inside is sloppy in many areas and some of the locks were not installed properly.

Bought a "spec" home, so didn't get to choose any of the features, but love my new home! Would have preferred a few things different, but the house is comfortable and beautiful. Small repairs were handled quickly by the friendly and helpful warranty guy. Living in Sun City is wonderful!

We are very happy with our home and the experience. Carlos was a great project manager, he kept us informed and he quickly addressed any issues.

The Estate series home which we had built at Del Webb Trinity Falls has good bones (a well engineered foundation, good framing, plumbing and electrical). The fit and finish work on our new home met our expectations.

Warranty after closing not the best.

I would recommend not closing until walkthrough issues are taken care of.

We’ve had a wonderful experience in buying our Del Webb home at Lake Las Vegas! Our professional sales manager is Sean and he walked us through every scenario we’ve experienced! Sean is friendly and professional to work with, we’re lucky to have him on our team. Our Construction Manager Paul is equally as helpful, very professional and nice. We received an update and photo of our new home weekly as it was being built. This is our retirement home and we have a beautiful future looking forward to living in this great community!
