Our home is well built and we love the design and extras. Issues arising during construction were handled professionally and promptly. I also felt that we could trust the construction team and received feedback during the process. It is important to stay in close communication with Construction Manager.

The 4 star rating in one category is due to an unresolved issue with the ceiling

Overall, our experience with the purchase and construction of our home has been very good. We have encountered a few issues along the way as one would expect. The field manager was very helpful in addressing concerns and his communication was excellent.

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. Wanted to join resort lifestyle , quiet small town. We bought a ready to move in spec house with a pond view , pool , three car , 3br,3ba , office den ,great kitchen with open concept to living and dining . Large lanai and screened in pool. Best part was all the great new neighbors. Ave Maria is very nice in a rural setting . Nice roads to and from .Pulte offered us a nice finance package that was a smooth process and quick .

Our experience with a "near custom" home in a newer Del Webb community was excellent. The entire process was smooth. The Construction Manager was very responsive and great to work with. I would happily recommend a new home within a Del Webb community.

Be involved with the process. Take advantage of offers as well as advice from the Pulte representatives. Be imaginative and have fun. Meet your neighbors. Get involved. It is the Sun City way!

Great home, some delay in addressing some issues, particularly resolving some openings at the bottom of the sliding door. Allowing bugs and other small insects to enter the home. Other were address quickly and successfully. Beautiful home, Well laid out, and easy to make our own.

The system you have implemented works great

The floor plan meets our needs, we got the customizations we wanted and the house was built on time and in great condition.

For the price, overall workmanship good be better.

We had a good experience. You need to be involved and check on your home often. Do your research and know what you want. Visit the models and meet some of your neighbors.

Most everyone that we worked with was excellent and very responsive. The process of selecting, designing, building and closing went very smoothly.

The project manager on our home as well as the salesperson were the most responsive, concerned, knowledgeable and courteous team we have every come across in building a new home (This is our 5th new construction home).

The quality of the homes is excellent. However, base prices advertised are a long way from end price. Upgrades are costly.

Wonderful company to buy from --- great sales, service and design!

The pre-sales, mortgage and closing process was mostly seamless, but now that I am moved in, it is quite difficult to get needed repairs prioritized and scheduled. I would like to see better leadership/follow-up from the Pulte team instead of leaving me to deal with contractors directly.

Quality build, impressed so far with their customer service as well. Issues immediately addressed.

The home is extremely well built, insulated and great insulating windows and patio doors.

We are happy with our Del Webb home and with the community My only two comments would be that they don't allow enough options for people willing to pay for them, and it would save them money to do so. They also wouldn't allow us to do some things until after closing that they later allowed people n our same village to do before closing, saving them a lot of hassle - and we are still trying to get it taken care of!
