Del Web has taken all the worry and chaos out of the home building process and made it an enjoyable experience!

The daily communications from the builder re construction status and techniques were wonderful. We lived in a different state but felt very much a part of the construction activity because of the video messages.

With Pulte it's a one stop process. From the building phase through financing and even homeowners insurance it can all be done through Pulte and their costs and rates are reasonable and competitive in the market place. We have had several Pulte/Del Webb homes and found they build a great home in beautiful developments with great amenities.

Builder was very knowledgeable about all the materials and craft

They were right on the time to finish the house and have been very good if I called and something had to be taken care of. I love the house and think I got a very good deal for what I got.

Disappointed in the overall care of community. Light posts not repaired. Fire hydrants not painted. Don’t like the looks of the electrical poles in yards,yet home owners association wants us to take care of our properties.

Our experience was personal. There was time taken to listen to our needs. This is such a major decision and we were given the time and attention that was needed to complete the process. I would recommend this community to my closest friends and family.

Bob Moore our sales person was extremely helpful in our purchasing process. He made us feel completely comfortable and not pressured. The clubhouse, the amenities, the pool and the lifestyle director are what drew us to Tidewater.

Our field manager built us a beautiful home.

Pulte and Del Webb are very reputable. I was kept abreast to every stage of the building of my house.

The only disappointment was that I was not told at the design center that you had to pay extra to have a garage painted. I would have thought that the interior of the garage would have been painted with the grade that you choose that came with the house.

All went to plan o.k.

From the Sales Office at Del Webb to the Builder and Design Center, this Home Buying experience has been a very smooth process! I felt like each team member not only were qualified, but cared on a personal level to make sure my needs were met and I was satisfied. The quality craftmanship will certainly hold it's value! The Team at Del Webb works together at each phase, scheduling all processes of picking out lot, elevation, options, design center scheduling, Mortgage contact introduction, Home Insurance contacts all they way through closing, obtaining keys, touring club house and connecting with the community through their resident portal. In the season of COVID-19, the house was finished early, even with some hiccups in getting cabinets and flooring.

The construction process was worry-free and exceeded our expectations.

Everyone we have worked with has been helpful and worked we us on any issues that arose during construction. We love our new home.

This is our second Pulte home. We’ve found workmanship to be very good. Sturdy and well built homes.

My wife and I were very surprised with the amount of options and choices we were allowed to make. We feel we got a custom home for a track home price.

Building Supt. Great guy to work with

The supervisor was great and delivered on time kept us informed of progress. However the pool company has given us a hard time with regards to the auto fill not working properly and causing excessive water bills. Their answer was we are not responsible for water usage and you should shut off the auto fill control valve

Closing date was established months before and we closed that day.

Jacob was the project manager. He was very attentive to our needs. Very thorough and timely with communication. We’re glad he was our project manager
