We were pleasantly surprised with the frequent communications were had with our builder, Kristen. We felt we were kept up to speed with each phase of the build.

I am happy with the honest and forthright approach of the Sales Staff. I am very happy with the Communication I have received throughout the building process. My Construction Manager kept me very well informed during the building of my house. He also has been very good at following up and correcting any issues discovered during the post construction period. I have yet to meet the person who is to address any other post construction issues that occur during my home’s yearly warranty period. My only comment would be that it would be advantageous and increase Pulte’s Sales to have someone local as a contact especially for us coming from out of State. ... More

Brian was outstanding. I have had seven homes built during my adult years, he is by far the best person I have worked with. He tried to meet our every need or desire during the home building process. We have been totally satisfied with this entire process..except the landscaping and the finished drywall. We are taking our drywall issues to Brian. Lets just say, to make this house a true high dollar house, It needs to have sanding around almost every outlet done. And before we closed, we made a deal with Brian that this home needs two coats of paint due to them forgetting to round the corners. Brian and the lead paint guy assured us on Friday, that by the time we were ready to close, they would have a second coat on the entire house. We have area's of wall that still don't have a first coat We were told that we would get at the minimum three gallon plants, not true. our landscaping looks like it was pieced together using leftover sod and bushes. We have multiple areas of no sod at all. Our tree in the front yard is dead, yet still it's in the ground. Very Shabby for a home that costs as much as it did. ... More

Our Construction Manager, Spencer was great. He communicated regularly, he took care of things quickly and he is still helpful with recommendations for vendors etc.

We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! We considered several options and investigated them thoroughly before deciding on Del Webb. While we have only been in our new home a short period of time, we are pleased with the available amenities and how well the grounds and facilities are maintained.

Jeremy our sales representative was very professional and attentive. He made the buying experience easy.

Very pleased with the decision to move to this community. I have had several things to deal with since moving in but most trades have been expedient in resolving the issues to my satisfaction.

Am disappointed in the timeline for landscaping, irrigation and sod. However, understand our neighbors have been waiting longer for these things - some since December 2022 and it is now September 2023.

You have to live in the home for awhile to discover problems; and there are some. There are issues that should not have occurred because of the quality of build and there are issues that are minor. Overall so far it has been ok.

After the original build was complete and we were all moved in some issues arouse and Del Webb Rep Greg was there to explain how the issues would be corrected and they were., he checked in daily to be sure all was going as expected. Everything we discussed has been taken care of with real professionalism. The warranty workman have all been great.

We have had an overall excellent experience during the construction process. We were not able to visit the site during the build, but William kept us up to date, sent photos regularly and answered all of our concerns expeditiously. Since moving in, William has been very attentive to the issues addressed by our inspector and the issues we had during walk through. The warranty team has been very responsive to issues that have arisen.

Representative responded to our requests sometimes the same day. Corrections were immediately made.

Hannah our salesperson was great and Landon our project manager was also great. They both were very responsive to our needs. I am disappointed with some of the products which were used. Specifically the Whirlpool dishwasher does not do a good job of getting the dishes clean. Also the garbage disposer is only a 1/3 horsepower which is good for an apartment but not for a house. The disposer should have been at least 1/2 horsepower. The concrete on the driveway does not look good and the garage door makes awful crackling noise.

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

This was our first time purchasing new construction, but after hearing stories from friends about their experiences, I am grateful that we have not had any major issues. The sales and design team were extremely helpful and responsive. We were kept updated throughout the building process and our construction manager was amazing! He answered any questions we had and addressed concerns immediately. Since moving in, we have found only minor things that need attention and so far the warranty team has been quick to respond. I would recommend Pulte as a builder to my friends. While it’s too soon to really rate the Del Webb North Penn community, I anticipate that it will live up to my expectations. ... More

DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

The whole experience went smoothly, received assistance in closing electronically. The builder inspector and the warranty and customer care person were very efficient in the performance of their jobs. Overall, very positive experience.

Sales consultant and building manager were highly responsive to my questions and got back to me in reasonable time. My home is beautiful and I look forward to building many happy memories.

Love our new home and community. Had a independent inspection of the home done shortly after move in. Over all house was in good shape but a short list of things needed repair. To date these things have still not been repaired.

We had a good experience from the initial meeting, through the build. In the beginning they sent updates by emails. Towards the end we received a phone call every other week with the update. If I sent a question by email it was responded to by either email or phone call. Overall, we were satisfied with our entire experience.
