The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

Our experience with the build and move-in to our villa at the Del Webb Montebello property has been positive, overall. The Customer Care team on the property has been excellent in terms of communication and setting up repairs of interior and exterior issues. There are a few issues on the exterior that we were told were part of the design and couldn’t be changed by the builder. This is predominantly gutters and downspouts, which may result in our having to fix at our cost. Our contractor/builder contact was very helpful, but there was too much to cover in one walk-through. Several walk-throughs prior to moving in would have been helpful to catch all the punch list items. We might have seen more detail. Overall, we are happy with our Montebello Villa. ... More

In December my husband and I decided to move from Jacksonville to Port Saint Lucie Florida. We toured many communities and chose Del Webb in Tradition for many reasons. They began with our sales consultant Ryan. He was very personable and he made us feel comfortable with the process. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the community and construction procedures. He was able to guide us to the right model and layout to best suit our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding options and cost factors. We felt confident about all of our decisions and we enjoyed the regular updates Ryan sent us during the home construction. The entire team including Ryan, Stacy, Luis and all of the construction tradesmen and managers did everything possible to complete the home ahead of schedule for us. The process with Del Webb Viera - Pulte was a great experience, The sales process was seamless and very helpful. The building construction manager was attentive and walked with us through the entire process.

Process was easy, informative and professional.

Good experience from Lisa in sales to Morgan, project manager. Closing day was difficult because of Pulte last minute demands.

The process is straight forward but the selection of interior finish requires at least two visits. The consultant was pleasant and helpful, but we felt rushed, The sales experience went smoothly but discussions were open for interpretation. The site project manager was awesome. He did everything he could to address issues.

the workmanship is a bit shoddy. Paint on the carpet, doors that aren't hung correctly, weather-stripping falling off, paint blistering under front door sill, cabinet doors out of adjustment and not being able to get adjusted properly, drawers delaminating, etc. I understand these are track built homes but there should be more pride taken in the finished product.

Purchasing my home with a great experience. My sales person Catherine was wonderful to deal with and helped me through every step of the way. My builder manager, Nathan was absolutely phenomenal and responded to every need I had.

Home built and purchased nice

The house is great. However, we had some significant problems with the landscaping. We looked forward to having a completed yard when we moved in. When we arrived the sod that was installed was terrible and the irrigation had some significant problems resulting in a sink hole in the front yard. We have spent a significant amount of money to repair the problems.

All aspects of the process seem to be a well oiled machine. I was kept informed all the way through the process and questions were answered promptly or appropriately redirected. I was never left guessing or wondering.

Jack and Henry were the best construction managers. They were both very responsive, professional, friendly and really went out of their way to go above and beyond in helping us in every way and giving us a comfortable move in experience..

Well the issues I have had are 1. Drywall finishes you can see a lot of the seams in mostly the walls we had them fix a few but now that we had the house painted you can see a lot more, as for the trim finishes they skipped a lot of sanding before painting, and now after living in the house for a month the stucco on the side of the house has cracks In a few places, and the craftsmanship of the stucco is not so good, they also never painted the outside windowsills of the upper windows, in my opinion after watching the houses being built around me I think a lot of it may be because of the rushing to get it done they are running around like it's a contest, I don't know if they get by the hour or house, if they would slow down a little you would probably get a better quality build, like the model homes the finishes are what all the homes should look like ... The Pulte team communicated well and kept us informed with the schedule and any issues. Overall they followed up on open items. Lance was a great manager and was always there for phone calls and issue resolution. Appreciate the teams work and follow up

The house that I've moved into is amazing- very comfortable. The layout and design of the whole house is excellent and very high quality, with only a few very slight cosmetic flaws.
