We had an outstanding time buying our model home. Brent Felstead is an amazing and wonderful builder and construction manager. He’s the best we have ever encountered. Completely honest, kind, helpful and explained everything in detail that we needed to know about this house inside and out. Extremely caring and wonderful is Brent. He went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. He’s always willing to help in whatever you may need. We are forever grateful to him for making and supervising such a glorious home. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. He made completely sure everything was in great working order the first day we entered our new home. He checked in with us several times to ensure that we were very happy and always told us he was always here for us. Brent has a big heart and a big smile to match. He’s a wonderful supervisor and more importantly, just an absolutely wonderful person. He made this experience incredibly thrilling for us. Because of his great work, we can live in this house and always feel safe, secure and confident that we have the best-built home. Everything was done with class and care. A home is critical to your happiness in life and we are so happy here and so glad the whole experience was top-notch. Brent made us feel very wanted here and made us feel very important through the whole process. I recommend Del Webb highly. We have been looking for quite a while for a single story house that provides us some amenities and activities for the future. We found this area to be so lovely and so many great things in a short distance including a future Costco.

Whenever I had an issue, it was taken care of right away

I’ve been in my Sonoma Cove plan built at Del Webb Lake Oconee for about two months now and love it more everyday. It’s very energy efficient and the quality of the customizations are highlighted in such an open plan. Compared to other places, Del Webb Lake Oconee has a great value for the cost. It is really a slice of heaven. You get the beauty & experience (and access) of a lake in a rural setting while having all the convenience of a suburban area. It’s a great place to buy even before you retire since it’s like a vacation resort. Nikki was a very helpful sales agent & Daniel was patient throughout my many requests (I’m very detail-oriented). I compared retirement communities all over the US and so glad I found my dream community at Del Webb Lake Oconee. The residents are wonderful & helpful. There are lots of activities so you can be involved as much or as little as you want. I am now trying to get friends and relatives to move to Del Webb Lake Oconee so they can also have a slice of heaven and have a paradise of their own. ... More

My CM changed early in the process and Frank was wonderful. Extremely responsive and listened to me every step of the way.

Our home buying experience was truly outstanding. Andrea was so responsive and awesome to work with. Kyle our construction manager was also fantastic. He is super conscientious and the pride he takes in his homes is exemplary. We’re only a month in to home ownership at Sunbridge but thus far our experience has been wonderful.

The entire process was smooth and everyone including the workers were polite and professional. The same respect that was shown to me was obvious in their attention to the details of their craftsmanship. The on site representation was always professional and open to criticism and of course compliments. Well done Team !!!

Pulte's team pulled together and resolved a disaster and turned it into a wonderful experience. I bought my first Pulte home in 1979 and I would buy Pulte again but this is my forever home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone who was in the market for a new home.

I was living 6 hours from the community during the construction of my home. My site superintendent, Chris did a fantastic job of keeping me updated every step of the way! Once I was moved in, the quality and attention to detail was evident. I’m very pleased with my experience with Del Webb and my new home!

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb home. Our Construction manager Daniel was very knowledgeable,professional and responsive every step of the way. The build process went smooth and quickly.

As this was our first time building a new home, we were quite apprehensive, especially after reading some of the reviews. When we had our first meeting with the Construction Manager Mike R, all of our fears were allayed. We went into the building process with much more confidence. Since we were renting in Sun City Hilton Head, we would visit our homesite every week. It was fascinating to see our new home during the construction process. When we had the first County inspection for pre drywall, Mike R explained in detail what needed to be corrected. We passed the next inspection and it was smooth sailing from there to the completion. Mike R was there during our Celebration meeting the day before closing and walked us through the house explaining everything in detail. We closed with no issues and have been in our new home for a month now. We absolutely LOVE our new home. Thank you so much Mike R for everything you did for us!!! ... More
