Both Jake and Oliver have been attentive to the concerns to complete the finishes in my home to the Pulte building standards. I'm very glad I picked Del Webb Sunbridge for my home.

Alex was great. He took time to listen to my questions and concerns. I met Jeff later he was kind and explained of things what I needed to know. Thus far I am comfortable being at my home Thank you.

Great company reputation! With building difficulties between labor and supply chain issues, which smaller builders cant’t control, I felt this would be the smart move. They lived up to their reputation!

The community is great, the people are nice and the activities are great. The houses are pretty and have good layouts. And for the most part, quality after final punch list was complete seems decent. But it’s hard to find good things to say about Pulte right now. They are not transparent about their processes, communication is automated or nonexistent, they come nowhere close to meeting deadlines and six weeks after closing we are missing lots of things. Good luck getting a response from the Wilmington service line. On the other hand, the corporate group seems to be more responsive- but things shouldn’t have to be escalated to that point. ... More

They provided mortgage company,home insurance company all from same company.

The project construction manager and the sales representative, Spencer and Meshia were great! They kept us informed and were very responsive when we had a question or concern..

Not counting a hiccup with a construction manager who quit and left the project and me hanging without notification; the rest of the buying experience was super. From Jim at the start to Jimmy and Sharde and Elizabeth working with financials to Billy who saved the day and the project when he stepped in to oversee construction. All of these people were stellar in their customer service, communication, and ease of working with them to smooth out a bump in the road. It was due mainly to these few people that made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

When speaking with the subcontractors, they complain that Pulte is not paying them enough to provide higher quality work, and some have claimed not to have been paid at all or late. Recommend that Pulte take care of their subcontractors since they are the ones representing Pulte.

We have been in our new home a little over a month now and there are still things that are not complete. I one major thing is our lawn is not in. We lawn services that need to be done , but can not until the final grade is finished to the yard. There is still trash all over the yard and it look bad.

Professional, quick responses to our needs and questions. Helpful with the step by step process. The floor plans are well designed and options to upgrade are the best. We looked at all the completion and DelWebb/Pulte is the best!

Faulty appraisal & closing costs going from $4,232 to $40,000 one week prior to closing. Pulte is utterly WITHOUT EXCUSE!!!

We were immediately impressed with Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL. Our salesperson, Valen, was trustworthy, informative and professional. Not only did she make our home selection process easier, she also assisted us with several home design choices after our sale was complete. Our field manager, Jared, was responsive and meticulous. Jared involved us in the build process and kept us informed and comfortable, answering all our questions. Issues were mostly minor and typical of those you’d experience during a new build. Most important, all were all handled quickly and with no pushback. We are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the quality of the community amenities. Everyone at Pulte we dealt with during our home build was courteous and professional. While we don’t expect to move, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Del Webb and Pulte in the future. Only reason for a four star rating on value is related to the overall craziness of the real estate market over the past few years, nothing specific to Pulte or Del Webb. They were priced fairly in relation to the market and were one of the only communities allowing us to select interior finishes and other upgrades in March of 2022, while most others were auctioning off homes with predetermined finishes. First and foremost I commend Kailey she is the sales representative who assisted me the 2nd and 3rd time I visited delwebb sunbridge. Her service/care very exceptional. She is approachable, friendly, dedicated, sincere and a very kind heart helping clients. She guided and assisted me from the very start of the buying process until the closing date. She gives me updates, I can text her anytime even at night and on weekends she is always available to attend my needs and she tried her very best to attend and answer all my questions and took actions in all my requests. I can't thank her enough how grateful I am that she is one of the people who helped me to fulfill my wish/dream to buy and own a house. She encouraged me how to get resources which i almost gave up my goal to buy a house but because of her i was determined to fulfill my dream to be a homeowner. Thank you so much Kailey. After moving in, we found that the water main shutoffs were not connected to the house. Getting that issue resolved resulted in our lawn and grounds being dug up and left in an unsafe condition. We’re still trying to get that resolved. We have been told by our lawn maintenance company that because of that improper grading, erosion will prevent a proper lawn from growing. Another issue, following a toilet backup after 3 days of moving in, we found that our driveway had been paved over a sewer blow out. That issue was resolved by digging up that portion of the driveway and exposing the blow out correctly. They then repaved our driveway. Another issue that was resolved hd the panty door in kitchen, which was meant to be opened into kitchen, having to be rehung so that the pantry door opened into the pantry because the oven door would not open with the pantry door handle in the way. That resolution with the pantry door opening into the pantry causes us to have to enter and walk around the door to ge to the other side of the pantry. Lastly, after moving in we found a gas leak at our hot water heater in the garage. We left the garage door open to vent the gas until the builder contacted the company responsible to replace a broken gas valve. ... More

There’s not enough options to pick from. The yard there was no option Had most of our home tidied and didn’t receive the right color of tile Been easier to put in the back patio before moving in. We didn’t get our garage doors painted

My builder Garrett was the best! He would answer my phone calls on the second ring. Garrett was very attentive to my every call, thought and concern. My closing was delayed due to the sloppy painting of the inside and outside of the house. I was fortunate to have a home inspector with me on my closing for there were many issues which delayed the closing. I wasn’t present for the second inspection because I lived out of state there were minor issues that I only noticed after moving in. My suggestion to DelWeb would be to focus on quality not quantity.

Too many delays in the build process. Changes in building personnel made for a stressful experience.

The people and the process is excellent. For the price, the quality of materials and workmanship is average. Especially the paint and attention to cleaning details. Response to some after closing issues working but slow.

Everything was great. Del Webb has been a great company to work with so far.Thank you for a beautiful home.

Not very happy they take their time nightmare responsive to your needs and times matter of fact they have no respect for your time.

I was so fortunate to work with Ian on the purchase of my home. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to any ( and all) my questions and concerns. He was accurate and straightforward and very professional but was still able to understand things that were important to me. Even after the closing he responded timely and with accurate information to any inquiry. The project manager for my home Nathan was so knowledgeable about the construction of my home. Nathan attended to every detail and through his organization he was able to follow up on every detail of the project.

The whole entire experience was smooth and organized. Our Project Manager Steven went above and beyond. Highly recommend this group.

The process to decide to build with Del web/Pulte was a pleasant experience.
