Very disappointed in the workmanship and lack of care taken to follow through. We have a garage that looks like we've lived here for several years. Paint splatters, gouges, etc. We had to hire someone to come in to clean our floors because of the left over residue from grout. At first we not pleased with responsiveness to issues but Brittnay has really stepped up and is taking care of us. Our house is beautiful but because of all the work we have had to do, it's still not a home.

Overall good experience, did not like factors that the market drove more than the builder (bidding on lots, high interest rates, lack of materials), but overall a good quality home. Some extra attention to detail would help and better quality materials (cabinets mainly) as well as cleanliness during the build would have been greatly appreciated and made us feel the home was really worth the cost.

The overall buying experience was good for the most part. It was quite frustrating to deal with Pulte Mortgage as they did not communicate in a timely manner, or did not respond back at all the emails/voicemails, requested for same documents over and over several times, delayed by closing date and too much drama for the experience. The sales and building team were prompt with their emails and returning phone calls. They provided helpful feedback and information. The craftmanship was good in some ways and fair in others. There was paint specs on my floor that I had to remove, backyard sod and leveling appeared to be done sloppy and very uneven with poor coverage in areas, grass not taking and dips and holes evident. ... Pulte was clear that changes could not be made after our selections were made. Beyond that, they did a great job in providing construction updates and meeting their commitments. After the closing they have continued to provide excellent service, including addressing punch list items.

Both Stephen and Matt are truly the cream of the crop! They treated me with great respect and made me feel like I was their only buyer! They were professional and ethical throughout my entire process. They took pride in their work and were always accessible to answer my questions in a timely manner. They kept me informed and updated on all of the workings building my brand new home. Both Stephen and Matt are GREAT ASSETS to Pulte Homes!!! Keep up the good work!!

We cannot believe how bad the quality of the work is in our house. (Kitchen has 3 lights over our island, not centered over island and no electricity) tile floors has bubbles in them. Our customer service person ( Brittney) has all this information and when I reach out about when we can expect someone to fix these problems I get no answer to my email and when I call3 times) get voice mail and no returned call. I can’t believe Del Webb has their name connected to this kind of quality in our home. And all our neighbors have the same problem .

Biggest workmanship issues is paint/drywall and the lack of finishing the kitchen sink

Do not try to get a loan through Pulte mortgage. They are not friendly or helpful. Beware that it may take months to correct problems. Our feeling is they get the house finished and worry about fixing items later.

2nd manager was very helpful and tried his best to make the building experience understandable

It was challenging with our sales rep. We felt like it was all about the sale. In the end, we are satisfied, especially with our construction representative.

Our entire buying experience, along with the construction process went very smoothly. Now that we are moved in and enjoying our new home, we are realizing that we have received a great value for the money that we spent. Totally happy with our new Del Webb home and beautiful community.

As a very recent closing home receipent I smile with joy everyday as I slide my new keys in the lock. Knowing that my home is exactly what I wanted-size, configuration, price, builder with a solid reputation and employees who go the extra mile. Satisfaction is the word you hear used so often in discussions with the building team nothing less, happy homeowner are tĥe goals to achieve. These are not cookie cutter styles instead as individualized as the proud owners themselves. Workmanship was below my standards. Several things had to be redone. Master bathroom cabinets substantially down graded from picture shown (no model available for plan) no drawers as was shown. Using their mortgage company was a nightmare. The only positive things has been the building supervisors, of which I had three.

We had 2 construction managers and we could not ask for better. Both were very professional and explained alot. The front end guy took us through the construction and the finishing gal was excellent in showing us around our home every step of the way. I hope everyone gets these two but I know that isn't possibly but Thank you for putting them with us.

Homes are very, very nice. Sales people work for the builder. Choices of what goes into a home is somewhat limited. Be prepared to have the inside walls painted after move-in. Everyone working for Pulte has been very nice. All concerns for repairs have been remedied without too much of a delay. We would do the purchase again despite some shortcomings.

There were several issues when I moved in -sliding door would not lock - air conditioning would not turn off. I had to turn it off at the breaker - dishwasher was not connected to the water - sprinklers were not connected to water

We had read done horrible reviews about the quality of Pulte homes in several websites. There are numerous complaints about quality and responsiveness to issues on the BBB website. We have found the opposite to be the case. Our home was delivered with only a few very minor issues. These were largely cosmetic in nature. We have submitted warranty requests, and corrections are underway. The home is a pleasure to live in, and is very comfortable. Overall we are very satisfied with our Pulte home.

Shortly after the contract was signed the issues began. Once we finally got a return call from our project manager Colin, we were told our home was going to be significantly later than we were promised even though we’d purchased a quick move in home. This continued for months with culminating with Colin texting me with a slanderous vulgar text. Pulte replaced Colin with a new project manager, Trent, who finally got our house on track.He and Scott from the warranty department have been the only positives in this process. Once we finally closed three months later than promised, we received a special assessment notice from our association that had never been disclosed to us prior to or at closing. We’ve contacted Pulte numerous times with no response. While we wait to hear from Pulte, we’re considering going to other social media sites to share our unpleasant experiences. The experience has been horrible. Lied to by the sales office. No communication within the organization. The house is a mess with needed repairs and can’t nobody to fix anything. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE!!!

Overall, our experience was excellent. Very pleased with Jacob's keeping us up to date on progress all throughthe build process. Only complaint might be final cleaning could've been a little more thorough.

We were very pleased with our sales experience, which is most of the 4 star rating, but have been disappointed in the follow up for needed repairs from our walk-thru. We also experienced mud coming thru the foundation due to one of the trades not doing there do diligence. There are other issues within and outside the home that are disappointing and some repairs have not been resolved. .

He was very helpful for us. I would let all mew homebuyers to make sure the contact spectrum cable to make sure the underground cable is run to the house.

We had a great Sales Consultant, Chad kept us in the loop for the time that we had him. Our second consultant was Kristi she too worked just as hard finding out information for all of my questions. I would definitely buy another home from Del Webb if I ever decided to move again. Not to mention our home closed early and that was a big plus. We are very happy here, very peaceful and quiet.

The only challenging part of the homebuilding process was the waiting and delays due to inspections or govt officials were taking too long to approve. It caused about a five week+ delay to our build. At no fault of Del Webb/Pulte.
