The whole experience went smoothly, received assistance in closing electronically. The builder inspector and the warranty and customer care person were very efficient in the performance of their jobs. Overall, very positive experience.

Sales consultant and building manager were highly responsive to my questions and got back to me in reasonable time. My home is beautiful and I look forward to building many happy memories.

Love our new home and community. Had a independent inspection of the home done shortly after move in. Over all house was in good shape but a short list of things needed repair. To date these things have still not been repaired.

We had a good experience from the initial meeting, through the build. In the beginning they sent updates by emails. Towards the end we received a phone call every other week with the update. If I sent a question by email it was responded to by either email or phone call. Overall, we were satisfied with our entire experience.

We were able to purchase a lovely lot thanks to our original salesperson and had an excellent building manager. The overall quality, or craftsmanship, of the build was a little lacking, however.

Both Jake and Oliver have been attentive to the concerns to complete the finishes in my home to the Pulte building standards. I'm very glad I picked Del Webb Sunbridge for my home.

First and foremost I commend Kailey she is the sales representative who assisted me the 2nd and 3rd time I visited delwebb sunbridge. Her service/care very exceptional. She is approachable, friendly, dedicated, sincere and a very kind heart helping clients. She guided and assisted me from the very start of the buying process until the closing date. She gives me updates, I can text her anytime even at night and on weekends she is always available to attend my needs and she tried her very best to attend and answer all my questions and took actions in all my requests. I can't thank her enough how grateful I am that she is one of the people who helped me to fulfill my wish/dream to buy and own a house. She encouraged me how to get resources which i almost gave up my goal to buy a house but because of her i was determined to fulfill my dream to be a homeowner. Thank you so much Kailey. Everyone involved in our buying experience was professional and easy to work with. Most issues we had were addressed in a timely manner.

Scott was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the product and honest in all our dealings. When the original house came in too high he worked with me for options to come up with an affordable house. Even found some discounts. I had two project managers. Both were very responsive with any issues (all minor) and followed up to make sure they were taken care of.

The home building experience was really easy. The only thing we didn't like was that the premium Del Webb charged to make a change was cost prohibitive. Everyone we dealt with though was wonderful.

Pulte/Del Webb people always very nice, very helpful and very responsive. The price we paid for our home is just the sign of the times….the Northern VA/DC /MD area is and always has been pricey when it comes to buying a home. We are enjoying our home.

Lead contractor very informative about all aspects of construction and answered all our questions. Excellent follow up and addressing our punch list items. Overall, very good experience.

John was wonderful. He explained everything about the house. He sent us pictures he kept us up to date about the buying process and answered all our questions. The woman at the design center was very helpful. She went through all the options and showed us samples of the items that we wanted to have in our house ( and what was included). Nik informed us about the home building process. He gave us a weekly update and sent us pictures. The framing walkthrough was interesting. The pre closing walk had a lot of information about the house I think I need to take more notes . Lea gave us a booklet about the house and warranties. Project Manager was always a pleasure to work , as well all staff members with PulteGroup where always great to work with.

Communication is the 'key' and as new homeowners, we felt everyone, including the manager and the sales office personnel and the loan process team as well as settlement, all were sensitive to our needs for effective and efficiency communication.

Great home designs and the houses are quality built. To soon to comment on service after sale as I have only been in my new home a few months. Love the vibe of the neighborhood.

Excellent guidance with each step along the way

The experience up to the purchase was very pleasant. After the Project manager, Dennis, was no longer part of our experience it has not been as great. Response to issues is very slow and many excuses for missed appointments have been given. The issues are minor so no real way of life problems only customer satisfaction items that are irritating but not consequential.

Good communication and responsiveness to concerns

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. We have been living here less than 2 months and it has been a great lifestyle change. I would recommend anyone to this community who is looking for a place of relaxation and fun filled lifestyle. ... The entire experience was essentially virtual, from west Africa to Florida. Despite communication challenges the process moved along smoothly, albeit with with some “delays”. Note: my only “negative” has been the inability to evaluate our Construction Manager since I never received a link to do so. Please take note that for all intents and purposes, I would rate the experience with David G a solid “10” across the board, and nothing less. Please let me know if any further clarifications are needed.

Construction Nails on my tire. Should clean in detail (Magnet cleaner to pick up construction metal piece) the current resident drive way to main road From time to time until finish the construction.

Overall it has been a positive experience from sales, building and warranty items being cared for.

I purposely start my review by recognizing two Pulte employees: our construction manager, Brian, and Pam, our customer service representative. Pulte is fortunate in being able to employ such professionals- we were fortunate to have worked with them during the construction and post construction process, as per: Because we weren’t present during a majority of the construction phase, Brian was our key contact in regularly providing updates, photographs and by being immediately responsive to questions we had along the way. He couldn’t have done a better job filing his position as construction manager during the entire process. He was our advocate. Post closing, we had a significant construction set back requiring Pam to step in as Pulte’s representative in returning the house to its original state. Pulte, through Pam, never hesitated in providing the labor, material and financial resources to get the job done in a very timely manner so we could occupy the home. Truly exemplary customer service by Pulte in general and by a capable, knowledge and pleasant professional in particular. As for Pulte and specifically Del Webb Nocatee, we recognize these are difficult times with well reported difficult issues for builders and home buyers. As we, along others experienced, there were delays in construction due to unavoidable labor and material shortages, frenetic market activity and in some cases quality workmanship issues likely due to a lack of skilled labor. I specially mention interior trim work and interior painting. A limited summary breakdown ( builder and up grade materials): PROs: kitchen appliances, bath fixtures, flooring ( tile, carpet, vinyl), cabinets, floor plan, yard/landscape, pavers, master bath shower, tubs, customer service, over- all building experience and the beauty of the community CONs: majority of the interior trim, wallboard taping and painting; upgraded “drop zone” and other expensive upgraded items of questionable value and quality; sloppy electrical work ( outlets); inflexibility in making design changes. CONCLUSION: What it all breaks down to is knowing what we now know would we make the same buying decision-the answer is yes (although noting we have only been here two months). Some limited advice includes working closely with your construction manager; know that all your expectations will not be realized due to unforeseen circumstances; that your home is a customized home not a custom home; and that your purchase will be expensive considering the combined base cost of the home, lot cost and items you may select from the Design Center where you will work with the capable and pleasant Priya. ...
