Having a few small issues with hardware coming loose, and outlets not working in past two weeks

Devon was great from first visit to closing. Closing day was a little Chaotic, but with Terri and I being "Construction" understood the nature of multiple settlements in one day! We are still waiting for some warranty items but we are in contact witht he team.

Great experience with the sales team! Great experience with the options select team! So far, great experience with the customer care team! Quality issues include the painting team. There are paint drips that were never caught on almost every door in our house. It is unsightly and unnecessary for an experienced team of painters. Almost every door has “sticking marks” where the door was closed too soon after painting and got stuck. No information about cabinets was provided. We had a cabinet shelf fall from broken clips breaking China and injuring me. We reported it. Customer care came and looked at it. No response yet and no resolution to getting manufacturer info on weight requirements etc. the upgraded KA refrigerator is not what we expected in quality. Love the layout floor plan, love our options pics. Additional upper end options should be available in a 55 and over. Marble options in the baths would have been nice and commiserate with our price point. Many have more to spend on this and are willing to as this is most folks last home before any assisted living might occur. I would also recommend giving a painting option for white ceilings. The whole room one color and in grey, is a bit dismal. Given the price point of this neighborhood, the option selections need a boost and refresh. Del Webb us a great development. Easy to work with the sales team and very satisfied. Key things to improve on are drywall finishing work and attention to details like cleaning off building materials from surfaces. Counter top issues as well.

Exellent home. Very beautiful. They stand by the quality of their work . Exellent home buying experience.

Repairs after move in can sometime be slow.

Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant experience - from viewing available properties, negotiating the contract, working with the construction manager, closing, and working with the customer care manager. The sales rep, Kialey B. went above and beyond our expectations and really set a high standard for others to follow - DWS should name a road or something after her. We purchased a property that was already complete and there were some issues we wanted addressed/corrected before closing. Although not everything was complete, enough was done for us to close on time. Kyle B., the construction manager, and Oliver D., the customer care manager, have stood by their word to complete everything to our expectations and are doing a great job. We love our house the layout is wonderful. Just had a few issues but overall it’s a great house.

The experience was good from beginning to end. The only negative was that we were scheduled to move in on February 24, and then it became April 12. Also, after we moved in, we heard clawing inside the walls. Some animal had found its way in before us, and was living in the walls. Not much help from anybody to get it out, but it sounds like the poor thing has expired.

Start to finish good communication from all parties. Quality products throughout. Only negative has been the finishing, i.e., wall board in garage not smooth, some paint drips, window sills with broken boards. These items will be addressed and I hope will be fixed.

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

Andrew and Kenneth have been more than helpful and considerate through the past year. The house is pretty much what we wanted and the neighborhood is truly a friendly atmosphere with lots to do. The house has a few minor cosmetic issues which should be easy to fix and one issue that will need to be resolved soon. All in all, we are happy to have made the move.

My salesperson and construction guy - great.

The Guy (Scott) said he would be back in 30 days to fix any problem we had in the house and he never showed up after 30 days plus I asked him for a few extra tiles for the floor in which he said there was some there allready but there was NOT

Overall our home is wonderful! We have issues that we wished we would have caught at our walk-through. Might I suggest a 2 part walkthrough! 1st day catch as much as you can and 2nd day walk through with fresh eyes. Too many things missed if you are hurrying to close! We Understand you have a year to fix things but when you buy a beautiful new home….it’s hard to wait to make things right!

Bought home in minny then flew back to florida till spring. Have only spent 2 weeks there so far

Home buying experience was simple and easy. A few key items have not yet been corrected.

We have received NO closure on punch list items since closing in November

Home completed within timeframe. Weekly updates kept me informed of construction progress.

Great neighborhood. Reps are great to work with.

After moving in I noticed that the front door will not lock, this is concerning because of security of the home, I called to have the front door fixed as an emergency and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. Other wise I am happy.

my experience from the beginning to closing of escrow were good. People I dealt with answered my questions and were pleasant .
