Many of the kitchen cupboards hit each other, get better hinges. The quality of carpet in guest bedroom is very good for standard. If you have instant water gas, you will need pump for it to work instantly; otherwise, it takes more time and water for it to work than a tank. Love our home, the flow of it is perfect for us.

Minor problems were fixed by friendly workers.

Union Park. Only downside is the landscaping. Done very cheaply. Needs improvement. My field manager Aaron in excellent. Worst part of my whole experience is Plute Mortgage.

WE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES BEFORE CLOSING AND OUR PROJECT MANAGER DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO BE SURE THAT THINGS WERE ADDRESSED BEFORE CLOSING. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE.

The quality of people that we have had the pleasure to work with during the selection and purchase of our new home has really been great. Tim, Tessa and Ashlee have all been knowledgeable professionals, very courteous and patient. When we would ask them to do something for us or have a question, they were always prompt and courteous in their response. Great people doing a great job!

The communication and responsiveness during the sales and the build process were superb. Never any issue with reaching someone to answer a question. We know we have a really good house. Our only issues were around the design center where staff was not well informed of our options and colors shown to use on paper in no way accurately reflected the actuals. Strongly recommend going directly to Sherwin Williams to see the paint chips.

Del Webb is that hybrid between custom and tract building. You must constantly keep in mind that you are buying into a "Lifestyle", not just a structure!

The house is beautiful but the annoying little problems were not seen to in a timely fashion

Patience. More rules than you may like.

The Sales person was very helpful. The field manager always called to tell us what phase of the building was in and when to expect what the next step will be. Will be glad when we can get the yard and landscaping in. Our suggestion is to new home buyers, is to get the taller bathroom vanities, and the comfort highth toilets.

Sales / Decorating Selections: Lisa and Crystal were superb, 11 out of 10 in every way possible. We are pleased with the overall quality of everything except the drop zone. There are marks from the circular saw on the shelves and the where the lid was cut on the seat, cross cuts went beyond the corners as obviously a circular saw was use instead of a reciprocal saw, this “X” marks had to be filled. There is actually a nail splitting one of the shelves and the lid sticks. The cross cuts were filled in but the other issues persist. Post move in was pretty good but a bit less than stellar. Construction manager Clinton was very professional, nice, respectful and prompt during the build process including the walk through and most issues were addressed with great efficiency and satisfaction over the 3 days before settlement. After move in, the initial response to the final punch list by Lyndsey was excellent, but then the ball dropped as some items weren’t addressed by the contractors because, “They weren’t on the ticket”. Poor seal around front door was not addressed for this reason the technician from American Home Builders simply raised the threshold and did not addressed to play in the door that causes a howling with the wind. I’ve reached out to Lyndsey twice by email for follow up over about 5-7 days and have not heard back. Perhaps there is a good reason such as she may be on PTO. If that’s the case, most companies have an automated email response stating such. In that way the homeowner would at least know the message was received, Other contractors were excellent and addressed issues promptly and fully. Generally great experience. We love the house. Area's that could use attention - Heating system initially was not working properly. System with the vents in the ceiling means the floor is always a different temp. Landscaping is marginal - seems no system to make sure all homes landscaping look great. Our construction manager, Walker, did a great job in fixing and explaining things.

Many things done sloppily or needed to be fixed. A waste of my time with scheduling subs to come back, ordering replacement, emails and phone calls. Luckily, the home care team is responsive but it’s been stressful. Not the old DiVosta quality of the past two homes I had.

Jordan made videos for me to review maintenance and upkeep procedures. Patient. Kind. Helpful.

Visited Sun City in May and designed a home to be built. By the time the decision was finalized we were in a big time crunch but Adam got us a very well accessorized home under our budget. It was an overall great experience.

Response to inquiries were prompt and construction manager has a high work ethic to insure the home met all quality inspections on time.

Buying was fantastic with Alex and she helped me all along the way. The closing Dept. was a nightmare. They need to be better trained. Johnathan was very pleasant to work with and kept in touch as to what was happening as I lived else where. Overall the experience was quite good.

We bought a winter home in Mesquite. The buying process was very easy, the visit to the design center was enjoyable and thorough. Zac was awesome as our sales rep and after-purchase go-to guy. He’s been very helpful since we live far away. I’ve been very pleased with Daryl, who is the service manager. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with the house and Daryl has been on top of things, no delays. Overall, the experience has been great!

We are so happy with our new Del Webb home. There are some minor issues that still need to be dealt with but the are very responsive. However, the highlight of our purchase was our sales representative, John. He was absolutely amazing and still is to this day.
