Sales experience was excellent. Design center experience was good to very good. Quality control during the final phase of finishing the home was awful. Subcontractors are allowed to do sloppy work and get away with it. Many small thing completely overlooked. There was no regard for keeping the finished product clean and damage free. (Flooring & Carpeting). The attitude of the Homebuyer will create a punch list after move in is not a goop practice. Do not have good responsiveness to warranty issues

Low grade materials used and no one has the time to address outstanding issues or new issues in a timely manner. I would not purchase another

We've been here a few weeks now. We had our walk through with Bill two weeks ago. So far the only thing that has been taken care of is the oven replacement because it was leaking gas. I was getting sick. My Dog was sick. The gas company came out and turned off the gas. My husband had to confront Bill the next day to get it taken care of. Bill says that it walk through issues will be taken care of next week. I hope so.

Sales team is very good. Had no problems with purchase. HOWEVER, the house was not in closing condition. Its been 9 weeks and we are still waiting for punch list items to be completed. Half of our floors were damaged. Only half of those were replaced, second half is due to be replaced in December. Our bath tub needs to be resurfaced and cascading sliding doors will be replaced (too many scratches to fix) but we do not have a date when those will be done. In addition, the quality of the craftsmanship is very poor. Paint droppings on floors, fixtures, toilets, etc., bad cuts on molding, sloppy caulking. We have spent hours and hours fixing many of these things ourselves. It is not enjoyable living in a house with so much work to be done. It disrupts our lives having to be available for all the repairs and it takes away from the fun of buying new furniture and decorating etc. We just keep waiting and waiting for things to be complete, We have just begun the warranty process and the person we are dealing with is very organized and we believe all the warranty issues will be resolved in a timely manner unlike the punch list items that have taken far, far too long to resolve. Everyone has been courteous and we think they are doing their best. We don’t think the builder is giving them the resources to get the job done. Our house was not ready for closing. The craftsmanship of the house was terrible The house was far from finished when we moved in things were not completed that were pointed out in the walk through the yard has tracks from were they drove through to the back yard the back yard is very uneven very rough. There were no screens on any window which were destroyed during the build instead of being removed and set aside. There were holes in the walls by the switch and all they did was filled with calking. The siding still has the staples in the boards that had paper on them and they just painted over them. The ac unit is way to small for the house not proper size for the square footage! the home purchase and build were outstanding. The after close response to issues has been horrible.

The buying experience was great. The builder is terrible. The contractor did not return calls. A lot of items were not completed. I sent an email to the warranty department with the list of items that were not completed and they sent an email that someone would contact me. That was over a month ago and still no contact.

Very disappointed with the poor workmanship and hopefully all will be resolved during the warranty period

They’re framing work is very good but they’re finish work SUCKS

Hannah was great. She helped so much with issues that would arise, as I was on the west coast. Can't find words to express how crushed I am to see the lack of quality and care. Little tricks done to dupe us and hide flaws. In 5 homes I've purchased this has been by far the worst quality of workmanship. It saddens me because this was supposed to be our final house in a great community.

Very poor workmanship, drywall, trim , paint. Whenever work is completed we can be happy with our new home .

You would not even want me to review what I think of DelWebb right now!!!! And none of it is the construction manager’s fault!!!! Nick has been great but terrible plumbing for MB toilet that WORKS!!!! The service wait is 2 weeks!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Need to make the finance easier For seniors

Pulte homes are fantastic. I added a new home inspections to cover my bases and only had two small things that need to be addressed, (That's really good, considering.) We've had a medium size repair list from the new home build that has not been addressed and we are still waiting for follow-up repairs. Communication, at this point, has been very poor to say the least. (I'm calling CAC this week). We've passed our 30 day limit and I am hoping that Pulte reaches out soon to, at least, acknowledge these projects are in the process of finishing. No call back, no notifications, no acknowledgements as if we don't exist and had just bought a new home. Otherwise, the rest of the experience with buying a new Pulte home has been great. From our sales person, Bly Trotter, who has been an amazing asset in our home buying experience to our mortgage agent, Brett Burges, who was amazing who clearly and concisely explained everything about Pulte Mortgage with such eloquence and professionalism. We even decided to go with Pulte Insurance which was a great idea and they helped us tremendously. Overall, I would choose Pulte again if we were going to buy another house and would recommend to anyone to do the same. With the exception of the follow up repairs and finishes, we are pleased. Workmanship is very poor no supervision of construction

So far it's been over a month there not getting the work that needs to be done.

Did not expect this many issues with the house.

Building experience was good. Building supervisor did a great jo keeping us updated on progress of construction.We’ve bought and sold 8 homes in last 53 years. This is our last final forever home, but I can’t even start to describe how terribly disappointed we are in the quality. Everything in our home is substandard poor quality-WITHOUT EXCEPTION from drywall, paint, countertops, plumbing, unusable handicap bars, door that opens the wrong direction, loose door facing on sliding glass door, cracked LVP flooring. Based on previous buying and building experiences, it would appear no licensed trades (except electricians) worked on this house. ... More

The new house “concept” is outstanding. The actual product delivered by Pulte, not so much. This was not a designer home by any means, but it does have some very nice features, which you pay for. The people you deal with are very nice, but no single person can make up for poor construction practices. The “finishing” in our new home leaves much to be desired. There are many spots with no paint at all, windows were damaged in installation, doors do not close properly, many drawers in the kitchen are already broken, the list goes on and on. Pulte is telling us that they will fix everything that is wrong. But the point is that many if not most of these problems could have been avoided with a little more oversight and care during the installation or finishing phase. We feel the sales person was very helpful and guided us to choose the right home for us. Once the build began it was downhill from there. We pointed out several mistakes in the build to our project manager and as time went by it was clear the mistakes were not being addressed. Now that we have taken procession of our home it has been a month and there are so many problems with the inside and outside paint, we have mismatched medicine cabinets, our cabinets turned out very badly and the carpet tack strips come through the carpet. There are also major scratches on the windows and slider doors. There are more but I will stop there. We have submitted our 30-day repair order and now we wait for scheduling for all the repairs that should have been done before we closed. We recently had visitors for the holidays and I was embarrassed to show this new home of ours to them with all of the blue tape pointing to all the flaws that need repair. This community is very nice but they need to keep a better eye on their tradesmen due to their quality being poor. ... More

Respectfully suggest that Del Webb does not hold to a Closing date when the home has many significant deficiencies. Simply push the Closing date out a week or two and explain to the Buyer that the home does not yet meet your rigid standards. I’m aware that a home is a system of many subsystems and things do go wrong, but the Buyer should not be expected to be the Builders Quality Control system. I’m deeply disappointed.

Poor quality from tile, walls, outside drainage, sprinklers, electrical. Vendors do poor work and nothing is corrected until the last week & they want you to close & promise what's not fixed will be taken care of,then when you find issues they say that wasn't there during the walk through.

The community amenities are great, the build of my home another issue, the trades Pulte has working for the company building these homes should be all fired , start new with people that are experienced in drywall, electrical, plumbing, laying tiles. Should be a no-brained, maybe when the home is completed there might not be a lot of problems wrong. I am not the only one complaining. The meridian club house is awesome, but that’s not where I live, I expected a better finish from Pulte homes.

I moved in with parts of the house still needing last minute touch ups. They were notified & im still waiting months later. I should’ve demanded these things finished before I moved in, but, I was promised they would be taken care of asap, still waiting.. all they do is give me excuses as to why it’s taking so long & tell me that some of the issues aren’t there problem. Many home owners here say the same is happening to them..
