I've had no major problems, and the small ones were taken care of promptly by the crew.

Pulte is a massive national builder so don't expect to make a lot of changes once you lock in with your design. They are very upfront about not making changes and they thoroughly walk you through every item to be certain you get exactly what you want. If you change your mind later your out of luck and can only blame yourself. The sales team is very good at explaining and documenting every single phase of your build process. I had Scott at the Bellwether development and he went way above and beyond to make it an enjoyable process. Once construction starts Daryl takes over with the actual construction. He is super knowledgeable and knows every single inch of your home and will explain any question you may have. Overall all the Pulte people are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are working with your own private contractor. As far as the community there is nothing better so keep in mind you are really buying into a lifestyle. I can't put an exact number on that, but for us it's worth maybe $20,000 over a standard neighborhood. Once you live in a Del Webb you will understand. We love our floor plan and the community. After closing we discovered numerous problems that should have been identified and remediated at their inception. The warranty team was very responsive and all the problems were resolved to our satisfaction.

Good homebuilder but do your due diligence and pay attention to detail. They were very busy and you need to check to ensure you get all that you are paying for.

Our salesman was outstanding and helped us far and beyond just “selling” us. This experience would not have been nearly as good without his help along the way.

Nice home layout and spacious.

Typically with any new construction, problems occur, getting right is up to the Project Manager. I was fortunate to have one of the best. After closing some issues needed to be addressed, which I'm confident will be.

It’s has been a very good experience.

Sales and design teams were excellent and kept us up to date on progress of the build and access / options for supply issues due to Covid. Timeline was not changed. No delays.

you built me a beautiful home-thank you, but as I have been here over a month now, I see little things that need to be "handled" (paint drops on my rugs, cracks in the hardwood floor, shower door that keeps sliding open, etc). None are big deals and can be taken care of at a lower priority- but speaks to being a little sloppy which I did not expect based on the overall quality of the home.

Don’t expect a quick build because of the shortage of numerous building materials.

Great communication. Very resistant to change, even small things.

The overall build experience was good. The field manager kept us informed with images during the process. There are several minor issues yet to be resolved but I am confident they will be.

Our Field manage did an excellent job representing Pulte Homes. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. Our phones calls and text messages were returned very quickly. Our punch list items were fixed in a good timely fashion.

Original presentation was very nice. Salesman knowledgeable & thorough. Model we’re lovely.

Very smooth process.. When ever we thought was not up tp par we addressed it with our field manager and it was taken care of right away. We are pleased with our new home. We chose a spec home and are pleased with the final results

A well designed home and community

The process of building our home was stress free with no conflict or fighting. The house was completed on time in spite of supply chain issues. Communication was very good and timely.

Del Webb / Pulte Homes is a good company for sure but like ALL big builders, they look for ways to cut cost and in my opinion, sometimes they go to far. We like our home but wish we had more choices for simple upgrades such as a better quality paint upgrade and a trade up version of the tankless water system. The overall experience was good and we are happy but the builder could improve the customer experience side of the process. Yes, we like Del Webb eTown and yes we like our home!
