It is extremely difficult to get any follow-up on items that are on backorder or that were promised to be fixed at thirty days after close. Seems to be a consistent problem with many new home owners.

Adam M. went above and beyond in helping us with the buying of our new home, as we were in CA. With Covid 19, we were unable to come to TX, so Adam went out weekly to take pictures of the progress of our new home and was in constant contact with us. We were not able to fly out for the closing and signed docs online. Was not present for walkthrough, but sent a punch list of what we saw in pictures that needed to be corrected. The contractor said he did the walkthrough, but it was very apparent that that was not true as there was no battery in a smoke alarm and was beeping until we went to buy and install a battery. Was very disappointed when we moved into our new home, as it was not cleaned. Had to sweep, vacuum, dust and clean paint from tile and grout throughout the house before moving anything in. Many items still need to be redone, builder should have taken more time and pride in the quality of work.. Want you to know that even though work still needs to be done, we love our new home! ... Love the house and neighborhood but finishing work is a concern as is handling of incorrect grout color that was recolored versus removed and redone.

Exceptional service from Andrew, Lidia, Craig and Lisa.

Builder was very good. The representatives of builders were excellent. Contacting the association and sub contractors need some improvement.

Customer care process and rep simply below par. Not happy.

well built and comfortable home

This is my second Pulte new construction home purchase in the last 4 years. I think the quality of the materials and build construction is very good. With this last purchase however, I am less than thrilled to the attention to details of the interior finishes and care by the trades. Had many issues with things being missed, or sloppy finish that was less than satisfying. I am still waiting for a lot of these issues to be fixed - more than a month after closing

Customer Care Person did not hold to his word. Never showed up when he said he would and had to be prodded with higher up management to get a response. Home is well built. But fixing minor issues after move in was a headache.

Our Salesperson and Construction Manager are fabulous people. Got prompt responses and they know their industry. We paid close to a MILLION $$$$$ for this home but the details are very weak ... I saw trades working and painting homes in the dark ... Builder i.e. PULTE should have very high Standard Procedures when delivering a home. Response time on punch list is weak ... we had very high expectations. We do love our home and would sincerely like to thank our salesperson and fabulous construction manager. You both are marvelous.

The people employed by Del Webb are great and they really try their best. Unfortunately they can only do so much to make up the below acceptable workmanship of the sub-contractors. The people are unskilled and it seems like they do not care at all about the quality of their work.

After a month of having to call workers to come back and fix over 45 problems, our home is finally beginning to shape up. However, materials used are not at all up to a standard of what we paid for the home. All in all though, we are now happy with our new home. The office staff who worked to get our problems addressed and corrected were very responsive to our needs. We are very pleased with the care and concern given to our questions and problems.

I think the house was rushed.

Overall it was a great experience through closing. Unfortunately, we are getting almost no response to post closing issues needing to be addressed. I honestly don't have any huge issues, but the builder isn't addressing them which is turning an outstanding experience into a mediocre experience.

We love our new home and especially the location having past experience with building construction I have been very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the number of callbacks to correct things that should’ve been done to start with

The Buying and closing process was fantastic. The issue I have is we are 45 days in the house and we are still waiting for half of the closing walk repair list to be completed. We are now at the 30 day repair list and 10 days past submitting and no repairs have been scheduled. We don’t even have parts to use the full extent of our microwave. The AC still isn’t working correctly, it blows like a wind tunnel and you can’t talk or hear the TV over the noise.

Since closing I cannot get anyone to take responsibility for landscape concerns. My project manager has left. A different PM has not responded to my text and another PM said to contact warranty. Warranty said they did not handle landscaping and contact the builder.

WISTER IS A VERY VERY GOOD SALESPERSON HE IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY UNTIL THE HOUSE IS SOLD I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND WISTER

Entered request for repair/replacement two issues have not heard anything. Getting ready to enter two more issues hopefully I’ll get a response. The house is great but I question the workmanship. Some work appears sloppy or just get the job done to head to the next house. Not what I expected from Pulte
