Everything was for the most part was exceptional, however, somethings were neglected

Sales process was very informative with no pressure. Photos were provided showing weekly progress. Choosing things at the design center was fun and no pressure. Halfway through the build process the field manager gave a tour of the home informing us of the building process.

Mike and Ralph have been great!

Tim in sales and David from Austin Reality introduced me to the community values that made the decision to move 1500 miles comfortable. Their support during the build process was above and beyond. Connie in design, provided material recommendations that look spectacular in my new home. Lori turned the final weeks of construction turn from stress to a celebration. Mary in warranty was awesome walking me through the process with kindness every step of the way. My neighbors are like extended family.

The people working here are terrific. So helpful in all the stages of the buying and building process.

Even though I lost both my salesman and my designer in the process, my overall experience was good. The only disappointment was with Pulte Insurance. My building supervisor, Steven Wood, was excellent and very responsive.

Efficient build process. The project manager kept things on track and us aware of all updates.

The overall experience of selecting finishes, scheduling construction and closing on the new home went very well. The sales staff was very supportive as was the construction management team. Transition into the home was smooth and we look forward to life in this community.

Excellent floor plan. Appreciate how I was kept up to date. Disappointed in the interior painting and air conditioning unit didn’t work after moving in.

Pulte has a great program for ensuring that buyers get what they want and pay only for that.

We were kept informed on the progress of the home. We had access to the home as it was being built which kept the excitement of a new home fresh. Everything was finishing on time but the cabinets. The cabinets were held up due to the Covid19 pandemic. Even with that they were able to finish the home about 3 weeks from the original date estimate (pre pandemic estimate).

The Forman on this job does and excellent job. Pulte should be very glad that they have someone like Mike as he goes the extra mile for everyone.

A quality builder that produces beautifully built homes. The community is top notch too. Very happy I made the move here.

Del Webb offers a great variety of floor plans and excellent upgrade options. The options end up adding a significant amount to the purchase price but you end of with a beautiful home. Our building site manager was excellent and on top of any issue that arose. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Working with both builders and the design center eventually every thing came together

Amenity center is great. Homes are well designed.

All of the people that we worked with during the process of building our home - the sales staff, the design center staff, the field manager - were extremely helpful in assisting us to create the perfect house for us!

Notice mistakes or they will not be fixed.

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. Make sure you like the neighborhood

Project Manager was on-top of everything and provided weekly updates with pictures. Access to the "build web site" is especially helpful in keeping updated on the progress of the build.
