Day of closing our field manager supposed done couple of things for us after we close on Friday and before we got back on Monday and never did. Than when we brought up to the customer care person he ask and said he did not say it. Very disappointed ! PS still waiting on our refrigerator

6 weeks into home and several issues from items not completed to items being temporary and not yet replaced. most are what I would call simple and should never have happened. yet, they still haven't been completed as of this date.

On August 29 I sent Pulte a repair request on 11 issues. No response. I submitted a lanai screen request to HOA on August 10. Still no response. It should not take this long for a simple matter.

This is the second home we built. Once we got past a few misunderstandings in the beginning of the sales process things went smoothly. The build process was awesome. Now that we are in the home the warranty people are NOTY GOOD. Things are taking forever to get fixed. The vendors are unreliable. They don't show up, and when they do they are unprepared to complete the job.

Overall staff was responsive but workmanship needs to improve. Painting both inside and out was poor, painter cam back for a full day to fix painting issues.

Overall the experience was good, but homeowners should be prepared for at least two months of workman coming back to fix thinks like paint, stucco, appliances, tile, etc.

I’m disappointed. I’ve owned new homes before . Pulte is either building too fast to keep up, or they’re hiring lower class workers, or they’re going downhill. I’ve never had such sloppy, messy, incomplete, unfinished work before. We personally have had to repair so many builder “oops” because getting them out to fix seems to be a problem. There are also a lot of larger “oops” we are waiting for resolution.

The layout of the houses and community are wonderful.

Their contractors do not keep a clean or tidy work space. Debris was left everywhere inside and out during the buildout. Their finishing work was no better than an inexperienced DIY person. Carpentry was horrible. We purchased cabinet in the entry way from garage that I could have built better with the limited tools I have. Each shelf was at different spacing. The painting was horrible and had to be done a second time.

It is extremely difficult to get any follow-up on items that are on backorder or that were promised to be fixed at thirty days after close. Seems to be a consistent problem with many new home owners.

Adam M. went above and beyond in helping us with the buying of our new home, as we were in CA. With Covid 19, we were unable to come to TX, so Adam went out weekly to take pictures of the progress of our new home and was in constant contact with us. We were not able to fly out for the closing and signed docs online. Was not present for walkthrough, but sent a punch list of what we saw in pictures that needed to be corrected. The contractor said he did the walkthrough, but it was very apparent that that was not true as there was no battery in a smoke alarm and was beeping until we went to buy ...

Preclosing was wonderful. Postclosing issues remain yet unattended. Twice in the last month warranty issues were submitted, paperwork indicates to expect a response within 2 days, elapsed time now 5 weeks with no acknowledgement of receipt or course of action. Very shoddy. Very disappointing. I’m considering what my next actions should be: Physically appear at the office? File in Small Claims Court? Arbitration? Local news media? Maybe you guys have a suggestion?

This is my second Pulte new construction home purchase in the last 4 years. I think the quality of the materials and build construction is very good. With this last purchase however, I am less than thrilled to the attention to details of the interior finishes and care by the trades. Had many issues with things being missed, or sloppy finish that was less than satisfying. I am still waiting for a lot of these issues to be fixed - more than a month after closing

Customer Care Person did not hold to his word. Never showed up when he said he would and had to be prodded with higher up management to get a response. Home is well built. But fixing minor issues after move in was a headache.

Close to a MILLON DOLLAR HOME and surgical detail are extremely weak. This is not our first rodeo purchasing a home from a builder ... from initial walk thru to workmanship, to details were beyond horrible.

Our Salesperson and Construction Manager are fabulous people. Got prompt responses and they know their industry. We paid close to a MILLION $$$$$ for this home but the details are very weak ... I saw trades working and painting homes in the dark ... Builder i.e. PULTE should have very high Standard Procedures when delivering a home. Response time on punch list is weak ... we had very high expectations. We do love our home and would sincerely like to thank our salesperson and fabulous construction manager. You both are marvelous.
