The people employed by Del Webb are great and they really try their best. Unfortunately they can only do so much to make up the below acceptable workmanship of the sub-contractors. The people are unskilled and it seems like they do not care at all about the quality of their work.

After a month of having to call workers to come back and fix over 45 problems, our home is finally beginning to shape up. However, materials used are not at all up to a standard of what we paid for the home. All in all though, we are now happy with our new home. The office staff who worked to get our problems addressed and corrected were very responsive to our needs. We are very pleased with the care and concern given to our questions and problems.

Overall it was a great experience through closing. Unfortunately, we are getting almost no response to post closing issues needing to be addressed. I honestly don't have any huge issues, but the builder isn't addressing them which is turning an outstanding experience into a mediocre experience.

Buying process great. Closing repairs not completed

The Buying and closing process was fantastic. The issue I have is we are 45 days in the house and we are still waiting for half of the closing walk repair list to be completed. We are now at the 30 day repair list and 10 days past submitting and no repairs have been scheduled. We don’t even have parts to use the full extent of our microwave. The AC still isn’t working correctly, it blows like a wind tunnel and you can’t talk or hear the TV over the noise.

Since closing I cannot get anyone to take responsibility for landscape concerns. My project manager has left. A different PM has not responded to my text and another PM said to contact warranty. Warranty said they did not handle landscaping and contact the builder.

Entered request for repair/replacement two issues have not heard anything. Getting ready to enter two more issues hopefully I’ll get a response. The house is great but I question the workmanship. Some work appears sloppy or just get the job done to head to the next house. Not what I expected from Pulte

The overall purchase and closing was great. No issues at all. The overall home and the build is not the same experience. The structural portion of the hoe was solid. The cosmetics of the home and workmanship was not as expected. Very disappointed in the cabinets damage and the paint and sparkling job.

The process was 99% positive. During final walk thru there were several things not completed and missed. Made a mistake after our construction manager asked to sign off even though not 100% then the next day got an email from him asking for a good review, we did. Then still waiting to get things fixed. Dishwasher was not hooked up at all. So I had to do it myself…. Door from garage to laundry room was missing a seal so bugs have easy access, had hire a exterminator…

We notified our project manager Steve of issues with our kitchen cabinets during walkthrough, at move in and after move in. Still has not been repaired. Almost 90 days later we finally have an appointment for repair after far too many emails and phone calls. There was non communication through the process - finally got the Customer Service Manager to assist. Thanks Tatiania! Still had to wait another 3 weeks to get an escalated schedule. Week 7 our microwave started spewing smoke, a board had burnt up. We called Customer Service who redirected us to Whirlpool warranty. Their safety team told ...

You do not buy a house you buy the neighborhood experience of an active adult community. If you are willing to get involved in everything that is offered then it is a great purchase. If not you can build your home substantially cheaper. That said our community activities can extend your lifespan

Working with Ken in sales was really good, he kept us informed about the progress of our home up till it was finished. Our building Supervisor Kohl kept in touch with us on each step of the build and corrected any issues that we had along the way. Right now we're compiling a list of items that need to be corrected and will wait and see how that is handled.

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but my problem is the quality of materials and the Lack of knowledge and experience I feel that being a bunch of Latin workers out here someone should be speaking Spanish to them to explain to them and training them how to do things the correct way with the workers that were working on the house

Pulte is a great builder. Quality is good. Responsiveness to issues is very poor. Need quicker response to homeowner concerns. The response to issues in two weeks prior to the closing was excellent and the closing was done as scheduled. Response prior to the two weeks prior to closing was poor and has been zero after closing. Need better personnel to attend to homeowner concerns after closing.
