Our construction manager was great and very responsive during the build process. The breakdown is the AFTER closing, just resolving issues with construction and things that wouldn't necessarily be noticed until living in the home. i.e. our pantry shelves were not attached to ANY studs. Had to have drywall removed and supports put in and new shelves installed.

Not enough qualified and experienced tradesman out there to get the quality as expected. Just take a look at your customer care center and look at how many follow ups for building flaws there are. It’s rediculous. Do it right the first time or don’t do it at all.

The buying process has very much improved, however, the overall quality of the workmanship is not comparable to the process or the price. After having the opportunity to now closely, physically view the finished product, I'm finding a disappointing lack of attention to detail. I concede that I'm confident the dwelling itself is structurally sound, but the devil is always in the details. 1. Home is cold, even with double panel windows you can still feel the cold air coming from the window. NOT energy efficient. 2. Complained early on regarding kitchen sink, builder refused to change. 3. Yard uneven and unsafe to walk, not leveled properly prior to sodding. 4. Home not cleaned, paint spackle on floors, faucets, etc. 5. Interior doors show uneven areas with dents, and not painted well. 6. Should paint garage without extra cost. Home floor plans are beautiful, but construction, home energy and landscaping are in need of better quality control.

I love my home. The buying experience was flawless and well organized. The sales group are wonderful The builder was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Also Jeff is great and responds immediately to my calls. My issues are the installation of cabinets, tiles, paint, door handles, etc. It looks like the workers rushed and did not pay attention to detail. There was caulk everywhere. For the price we pay, the house should be near perfect.

At the end of the process everything worked out. Communication from the builder was poor after closing. Our CM left a couple of weeks after we closed. No one told us he had left. Communication with the regional manager was poor at best. I would advise buyers to make sure all items are fixed prior to closing on the house. We worked with a new CM and a warranty person after multiple communications. They were both fantastic and our issues were finally resolved.

Our buying experience with the sales team was very pleasant and professional. They responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. However, the choice of materials for the kitchen and bathrooms were limited. The kitchen appliances did not include the French door refrigerator and we had to spend several days looking for an equivalent appliance. Sales experience was excellent. Design center experience was good to very good. Quality control during the final phase of finishing the home was awful. Subcontractors are allowed to do sloppy work and get away with it. Many small thing completely overlooked. There was no regard for keeping the finished product clean and damage free. Hannah was great. She helped so much with issues that would arise, as I was on the west coast. Can't find words to express how crushed I am to see the lack of quality and care. Little tricks done to dupe us and hide flaws. In 5 homes I've purchased this has been by far the worst quality of workmanship. It saddens me because this was supposed to be our final house in a great community.

Pulte homes are fantastic. I added a new home inspections to cover my bases and only had two small things that need to be addressed, (That's really good, considering.) We've had a medium size repair list from the new home build that has not been addressed and we are still waiting for follow-up repairs. Communication, at this point, has been very poor to say the least. (I'm calling CAC this week). We've passed our 30 day limit and I am hoping that Pulte reaches out soon to, at least, acknowledge these projects are in the process of finishing. No call back, no notifications, no ...

Warranty is less than desired. We bought a new home and have cabinent issues that warranty does not want to resolve prior to the 1year. Scratches all over appliances that make them look used! In a brand new home!

Poor quality and bad communication from builder

I love my neighborhood however the building process was rough. The project manager hardly initiated communication, I always had to ask for updates. When issues were found and brought to his attention I was told " that's normal" however I am familiar with building code and they were not following code.

Del Webb have great designs on three different tiers homes. We choose the premier collection. Homebuying experience was good. We put a down payment for our house in late May or early June. Del Webb delivery date was set around late September or early October. The house started construction in mid June. Mid September, Del Webb gave us the delivery date of Oct 12. On Oct 12, we did a walk through and took possession of the house. On Oct 15 we moved in. After settling down and took the first shower in the master bath. Our experience since moving in has been frustrating to say the least. Appointments not kept, excuses made instead of problems solved. I’ve had to contact your Las Vegas office twice because i couldn’t get a text or phone call returned. After i contacted your LV office, I got a call from Darell with attitude. Very unprofessional! Most of our issues have been minor and easily fixed, but it has taken numerous calls to get things done. We love our home and the facilities. Our sales person, Tanya was amazing. She contacted us often with updates and made the purchase a great experience.

Slow response to walk through issues getting done

We've been here a few weeks now. We had our walk through with Bill two weeks ago. So far the only thing that has been taken care of is the oven replacement because it was leaking gas. I was getting sick. My Dog was sick. The gas company came out and turned off the gas. My husband had to confront Bill the next day to get it taken care of. Bill says that it walk through issues will be taken care of next week. I hope so.
