Our Agent John has been magnificent. He is responsive, caring, and professional. John responds quickly to our warranty issues and quickly fixes the problem. The beginning was a little exciting; but John has been truly wonderful. He is customer focused; and we firmly believe that he really cares. Our new home is what we ordered in most respects. Some flaws are still being attended to as we approach our third month. All of our neighbors are great and have made us feel at home. We love the feeling of community and the variety of activities offered.

Sean was very helpful showing us all the details of the house. He took care of all the little things that needed touch up quickly.

While expensive, once community is finished will be a nice place to live, homes are very nice, clubhouse a plus, practically no maintenance. Residents very nice and welcoming.

Everything was fine. No significant issues.

Let me start off by saying that Nella and Susan are terrific and a are humongous help!!! I couldn't have done anything without their patience, guidance and expertise. They made a difficult process much easier. My only thoughts is that the process for requesting with ARC is difficult. If you need to add additional information it would be easier if you could add all information at once. The additional information area only allows a person to add 1 photo & 1 document at a time Nella and Susan are terrific and a big help

If you’ve never experienced buying brand new construction, it’s a long and detailed process. You must stay on top of all the paperwork and requests. Having said that, the Pulte folks on site were terrific. In the beginning, we considered a mortgage through Pulte. That was a nightmare. Too many lengthy requests at the last minute, lost emails, maybe not the best advice or suggestions. We finally just threw in the towel and just paid cash for the house. Great to work with, kept us informed of progress, answered all questions very promptly, went out of his way to explain things in an understandable way. Proactive about all steps along the way. He earned a 10....

I would buy again from Del Webb smooth process

The front end of the process; lot selection and purchase, moves quickly. It was helpful to have a secondary and tertiary option as property moves fast. Very little room for negotiations around price. Customization is not possible but there are some “standard’ modifications to choose from. The selection of options is limited and expensive so pick your uogrades wisely! The Construction Manager is THE key cog in the project. We were very fortunate to have the CM that was assigned to our build. Our CM was completely transparent during the build. We lived out of state and his communication's status meetings were outstanding!! He made it easy and for that, we are grateful. Lastly, be your own advocate in the process. No repair or replacement is too small. Plumb, level, and square are your best friends in the project. If you’re not totally satisfied, say something. For the cost, it should be perfect. ... More

Experience with the Construction Manager was great

Was a great help and always very responsive to any issue we had and a great asset to the organization.

My issues where addressed promptly and resolved. Trevor was responsive to my questions and concerns.

Overall it was a good experience. My major concern is with the subs and their desire for quantity over quantity. It was always corrected but the point being, why not do the job right from the beginning.

Progress was very slow, the homes near mine are being finished much faster than ours.

They hit the exact closing date that they predicted from day one. We got to select almost all the interior features that mattered and workmanship was very good. Only very minor issues with house when we inspected - and they fixed, or are fixing, them. Construction manager was extremely hands-on keeping everything on time and high quality. He was very responsive and communicated frequently on each detail or question we had. Only real hiccup was in the specification of the base floor plan. We at first specified 2 BR, a then changed our mind a few days later and were not allowed to alter the plan. The total house specification (interior features) was not finished, but the base plan was locked. This was a little bit disappointing, but we still love the house. Make sure that the base floor plan is exactly what you want before signing the contract. ... More

The builder responded in a timely manner.

Our only issue was with Pulte Mortgage not having their act together therefore turning our closing into a 4 hour fiasco. Shame on you Pulte Mortgage.

Am very happy two major thing so far need to repair like front door kitchen hood under mounting light cabinets was poorly in stall I. Feel they can do a. Better job Value home is good Gordon is a. Very good. Product manager he very knowledgeable very happy with him our walk though is very enjoyable he see things and point it out to repairs Very excellent builder. They. Overall, an excellent experience with the Pulte staff. The process was smooth and our questions were answered promptly. The timeline and walk-throughs at each stage were helpful. The interactive floor plans are a big plus. There were however several problems that should have been detected before closing. First, the keys given to us did not fit the locks. The construction manager had to scramble to purchase and install new locks after we had already signed the closing documents. We also opted for the Guardian Security wiring package, however when the technician came to install the keypad, he noticed that the front door sensor and wire were never installed during construction. He then had to cut into the finished drywall to run the missing wire, necessitating drywall repair and painting. Also, one window had a bad seal and the entire window needed to be replaced. The customer care manager is however excellent and addressed all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. We would also like to suggest a few more options: Wood floors upstairs, water resistant paint for bathrooms and kitchen backsplash (if tiles were not selected), ceiling fans, window treatments. Mechanical room and garage should be painted and wood trim around windows should be included in the base price. We were not aware that the window trim was not included until we asked about it. We were very disappointed with the lack of snow removal from our driveway. The two times it snowed, our driveway was not cleared off and was icy. We have addressed this with the management company who have always been very responsive and professional. ... More

Beautiful home with all we wanted

More consideration should to be given to people in their 70’s with limited computer skills. The perception to us was that staff didn’t have the time or patience to help us through what to us was daunting at best. Town Square either couldn’t or wouldn’t return phone calls for assistance. Difficult to feel part of our new community.

Read the purchase agreement thoroughly. Make sure you understand what is included and what is not. Ask about additional expenses such as lawn care, lawn pest control, home pest control, and termite control. Understand what type of sod you are receiving. Do a complete inspection at walk through and make sure every issue is documented. Do not sign off on any issue before it is corrected. If you do your due diligence, then it will be a smoother and less stressful experience. Overall we are pleased with the process.

The sales staff at Del Webb Oasis were completely professional but very personable with my wife and I, as we were going through the purchase of our new home. In addition, the Del Webb Oasis - Pulte construction manager continues to go out of his way to ensure our home readiness and move-in was a seamless as possible. No new home is perfect but the construction manager strived for perfection, as he listened and noted our observed deficiencies in the new home and came up with viable and mutually-agreeable solutions to make things right with my wife and me.
