Our only issue was with Pulte Mortgage not having their act together therefore turning our closing into a 4 hour fiasco. Shame on you Pulte Mortgage.

Overall, an excellent experience with the Pulte staff. The process was smooth and our questions were answered promptly. The timeline and walk-throughs at each stage were helpful. The interactive floor plans are a big plus. There were however several problems that should have been detected before closing. First, the keys given to us did not fit the locks. The construction manager had to scramble to purchase and install new locks after we had already signed the closing documents. We also opted for the Guardian Security wiring package, however when the technician came to install the keypad, he noticed that the front door sensor and wire were never installed during construction. He then had to cut into the finished drywall to run the missing wire, necessitating drywall repair and painting. Also, one window had a bad seal and the entire window needed to be replaced. The customer care manager is however excellent and addressed all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. We would also like to suggest a few more options: Wood floors upstairs, water resistant paint for bathrooms and kitchen backsplash (if tiles were not selected), ceiling fans, window treatments. Mechanical room and garage should be painted and wood trim around windows should be included in the base price. We were not aware that the window trim was not included until we asked about it. We were very disappointed with the lack of snow removal from our driveway. The two times it snowed, our driveway was not cleared off and was icy. We have addressed this with the management company who have always been very responsive and professional. ... More

Beautiful home with all we wanted

More consideration should to be given to people in their 70’s with limited computer skills. The perception to us was that staff didn’t have the time or patience to help us through what to us was daunting at best. Town Square either couldn’t or wouldn’t return phone calls for assistance. Difficult to feel part of our new community.

Read the purchase agreement thoroughly. Make sure you understand what is included and what is not. Ask about additional expenses such as lawn care, lawn pest control, home pest control, and termite control. Understand what type of sod you are receiving. Do a complete inspection at walk through and make sure every issue is documented. Do not sign off on any issue before it is corrected. If you do your due diligence, then it will be a smoother and less stressful experience. Overall we are pleased with the process.

The sales staff at Del Webb Oasis were completely professional but very personable with my wife and I, as we were going through the purchase of our new home. In addition, the Del Webb Oasis - Pulte construction manager continues to go out of his way to ensure our home readiness and move-in was a seamless as possible. No new home is perfect but the construction manager strived for perfection, as he listened and noted our observed deficiencies in the new home and came up with viable and mutually-agreeable solutions to make things right with my wife and me. Thanks!

Definitely more attention needed to detail in the cleanup process before closing and occupancy; paint spots in many places including floors, counters, electrical outlet plates, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures to name a few. To make our experience great overall, the above named issues could have easily been handled. Thank you.

From the sales agent Renee to the building and warranty team Jeff, Joe and Luis we have been very pleased with our overall experience. The team has been very responsive and timely . We set our expectations to a realistic achievable level and thus far have been very pleased.

We were very pleased with the workmanship of our new home and the oversite of our construction manager .

My experience is good. I wrote about the issues I encountered and the only one that was addressed was the electrical issue. I have encounter other issues since the waste disposal doesn't seem to work, and my doorbell doesn't ring. When the electrician came to my house he scratced the front door with his ladder when entering the house

They made the building experience as easy as possible. Communication with staff was relatively clear and efficient. Overall a very good experience

Both project managers were excellent. We had not issues with minor defects being fixed

My house is beautiful I got a sunroom added and my house is bigger than I thought and plenty of light

It's beautiful, was clean at closing, value is above average, and the entire team was pretty responsive. Energy efficiency appears outstanding and quality is above average. Interior paint job is adequate and the standard carpet padding is below average. Overall we are pleased and look forward to enjoying it.

There doesn't seem to be a response to items that weren't noticed at walk-thru.

I was told when I signed papers the build time would take approximately 8-10 months, then when the build process did not begin when they advised it would I was told not to worry now the build time has shortened to 4-5 months. Well, that did not happen either. It took over a year from the time I signed papers until the closing. Once the build manager, Jack, began communicating with me he gave weekly updates and photos which were exciting to receive. Now that I am finally in my home/I am very happy with it. However, I have a sour feeling when finding out neighbors, who bought 6 months after me and closed the same week I did , had received $50,000 in upgrade credits. ... More

The order of the work makes no sense. Carpet installed before tile is finished creates dirt all over the carpet; fixtures arrived and installed too early and by move-in date, they were filthy. Cleaning crew doesn't know how to clean thoroughly.

The construction manager was the best part of the building experience with Pulte. Explained thing very well, quick response to our questions, very helpful.

The house would be so much better if the finish work was better….much better. Ethan, the construction manager is a fantastic rep for your company and is currently addressing the many issues with the workmanship. Some of the finish work on the interior is so bad that it would be laughable in my home state of Wisconsin. Where is the pride of a quality finished product? However, we are working through the issues and are enjoying the things that were done correctly. So far, I have enjoyed my new home. Seems to be of good quality and the neighborhood has many amenities. The HOA is taking some getting used to although they were very responsive on my first request. First home I've owned in 43 years where I do not have control over what I can do from a landscape and decoration standpoint. But I knew that going in.

We moved in about a month ago and we are very happy with our new home. Everyone on site was great and very helpful throughout the whole process.

The CM Kyle and his manager Patrick were very responsive and responsible to get issues corrected prior to closing.
