WE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES BEFORE CLOSING AND OUR PROJECT MANAGER DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO BE SURE THAT THINGS WERE ADDRESSED BEFORE CLOSING. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE.

We are still waiting for Pulte to respond to our request to fix a couple of issues.

The interaction with Del Webb (Pulte) representatives has been outstanding. I was very surprised to see the lack of the same level of professionalism with the landscaper, however. Three of the plants they provided were already dead when planted, and they would not replace them even though I was in the 30 day period for identifying issues. They seem to be out of sync with the quality of Del Webb.

Build and construction quality excellent. Any repairs were immediately addressed. Nick our construction manager was awesome and very responsive. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction!

Workmanship suffers due to limited time subcontractors have to complete the job.

As we prepared to relocate to Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb, we had the assistance of our great sales consultant, Jen D. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive to our questions and plans, and made the buying process so easy once we were ready to move forward. She had incentives ready in a timely fashion that helped streamline our decision-making process. Once into the build, our project manager, David B. was an extension of the responsiveness that Jen had already laid down. David was a real pleasure to work with, and always had an answer for us when we emailed him anything; it probably helped that we were local while our house was being built, but that didn't affect his communication. When all was said and done, everything came together smoothly, and what we inspected at our Celebration, and the minor fixes that David committed to complete in the week running up to closing and move-in, was excellent. Design of the home is outstanding and they back up their work with great pride

Wes was our contact person on construction. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the construction process and keeping us up to date. Sorry he not available for other future home buyers he has moved on to other Pulte projects.

The quality of people that we have had the pleasure to work with during the selection and purchase of our new home has really been great. Tim, Tessa and Ashlee have all been knowledgeable professionals, very courteous and patient. When we would ask them to do something for us or have a question, they were always prompt and courteous in their response. Great people doing a great job!

Very happy with help from our sales representative and the field construction supervisor. We had prompt follow up to questions and concerns and resolution to our satisfaction. Natalie and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood is great, will be better when all construction is complete, neighbors are friendly and helpful.

We live out of state and were unable to have on-site viewing as our home was being built. Our Field Supervisor was great about sending us pictures, and calling to talk with us about the progress of the construction. When we came for the final walk-through and signing, we were so happy to see we had a lovely, well-built home. We still are not moved in yet, but have had an opportunity to spend some time in our new home. Everything works as it should, and the few issues that we had were addressed right away and resolved satisfactorily. Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

Great place, people are friendly and welcoming. Common areas/grounds are beautifully maintained. So many activities to keep you involved and social. Love the community.

We have a great home.

Our overall experience has been very good. From the purchase with Linda in the sales office to Nick as the project manager, they have answered all questions and followed through with items we requested. Absolutely no complaints. We are just now at our one month home inspection & touchups have been scheduled.

Happy with most everything except can't seem to get shutters on outside of home after many requests, and refrigerator won't produce ice cubes in ice maker.

Supervisor who built home Excelent. Sales person great & knowledgeable . Disappointed couldn’t make changes after signing or pay for other options. Too much like track homes. Most retirees would like to have some special features & options for their last home.

Good communication throughout the process from our sales representative and our field manager. When an issue arose, it was handled fairly and in a timely manner.

Generally very happy with our new home. The longer we live here the more we appreciate our home and quality of our new home.

Timelines are usually met. Quality of subcontractors may vary. Problems are usually solved. Lot sizes may be narrow.

Love our new home and community.

I'm loving my home but Del Webb has located the patio of the new home being constructed next to mine 8 feet from my patio. The back door of the home next door looks directly into my home and my door looks directly into the home next door. I'm not happy about either of these situations. Care should have been taken to avoid this. Del Webb needs to provide privacy for both our homes in the form of a privacy wall between them. I'm hoping they will offer and I don't have to fuss about it. A screened in porch with either latice work or some type of privacy between the two homes. I want to be able to recommend Del Webb as solving problems created in the building process. ... More
