I was very unhappy that I could distinctly hear the person above me after I was promised repeatedly that they were built in a way not to hear noise from anywhere.

We were very happy with the building process of our home. Our CM, Chase was wonderful! He was always responsive and explained everything. We love our beautiful home and the great community of Stone Creek!

Disappointed with the time it took from contract signing to closing.

The buying process ran smoothly. The interaction with Pulte’s personnel was pretty good from the sales person to the last builder. Some minor issues are still pending, but they are working on them. We are very satisfied with the house in general.

All in all we are very happy and satisfied with our new home. Our customer care representative has been very helpful.

I purchased and started the building process for my mom. She relocated back to Indiana this was the perfect location and home style for her. Dell Webb has a long and valued reputation with the public and with the homebuilding industry. The product keeps up with trends and the amenities are perfect for a social and active lifestyle. The team at Kimblewick were so professional. I was on-site weekly or more, it is so much fun to see all of the changes. The experience was a 10 out of 10!

Overall we love our new home. Steve the construction manager was exemplary! He contacted us weekly, or more, about the building process. Change errors and omissions occured in another department but he addressed them quickly. After the closing things on the punch list are being addressed.

The sales staff is great but the construction manager was incompetent. We identified several issues to him that did not get corrected until after several promptings, including electrical circuits inoperable, garage paint incomplete and the incorrect amount of attic insulation. This was the dirtiest home I have ever moved in to.

Finish work quality sub standard. I Upgraded trim package but the majority of door ways the casing had to be ripped down to fit.

Project Manager was always a pleasure to work , as well all staff members with PulteGroup where always great to work with.

Mortar and debris in pipes caused flooding in house 2nd night. Consistently finding problems in the contractor poor workmanship. Response to correct problems is often slow to none at all, often requiring me to constantly follow up. Workers still in neighborhood play music so loud it interferes with inside comfort.

We purchased a spec home so we did not have a longer relationship with our builder. But the time we spent on the finishing stages of our home were very positive. We still have a few open items but they are being handled to our satisfaction.

I cannot begin to tell you how Del Webb homes changed my life! As a newly divorced single lady, they helped me through my 1st buying experience so well that when we upsized after my remarriage, it was a no brainer to buy another. Their amenities and lifestyle programs are great! Both times I signed a sales agreement and moved in with punch list completed in less than 3 months! For me, the quick move in spec homes work better! I loved having new construction built with quality and can't wait for our clubhouse to be completed! Their entire team is helpful from the time you search on line, to the day of closing! From dealing with Stephanie on the purchase, Stacy in the design center, and Mike our project manager everything was smooth and stress free. We came from a different local development and had the exact opposite experience there. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Very difficult to get issues fixed. Quality issues especially with paint and trim

Communication is the 'key' and as new homeowners, we felt everyone, including the manager and the sales office personnel and the loan process team as well as settlement, all were sensitive to our needs for effective and efficiency communication.

Our Project Manager was excellent. We lived in a different state while our home was being built and our Project Manager stayed in touch, was very responsive and often sent pictures showing progress.

Lots of issues with the home found in the first month! Still waiting for repairs. Closed late. Overall, not happy!

We love our new Del Webb home. They were on time with our finish date and closing went smoothly.

Update during building were timely. Warranty fix updates seem to be slower. We are very happy with our new home, but would like to get the warranty items taken care of so we can relax.
