We had talented, professional folks helping us through the entire build process from sales to design to build to closing. Fantastic support that really made the difference. The home turned out better than we imagined.

The sales, design and construction management staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They helped guide us through the process, answered our questions and quickly responded and addressed any issues that came up along the way. The homes are built well and the products that they use are high quality. We were very satisfied with our Del Webb Mirehaven experience and would recommend them to others.

No doubt we will never regret our move to Del Webb. The Pulte team provided complete contact information for all services in their impressive Homeowner's Guide. Furthermore, many key people anticipated our questions and concerns , even those we had not considered. They visited us early on to ensure everything was going smoothly.. The Riverwood community has welcomed us with open arms and many fun invitations. We are excited about years of cycling with wide, safe paths, playing ping pong with new friends, pickle ball, golf, and much, much more. Maybe we discovered Camelot or closest thing to it. It was actually hard to chose which model we wanted to build on our lot. great designs and features and very good customer service & communication from our construction supervisor, Jason, and our salesman, Steve, during the whole building and turnover process. Beautiful community and can't wait to use the club house as soon as it's completed.

Everyone is very helpful. If I did it again the only thing I would do different is pick out all my own kitchen appliances not just the refrigerator.

My salesperson and building supervisor were great. They worked hand and glove to deliver the product on time and without issues. I realize that we probably paid more per square foot but did so for the amenities. They could have done better with landscaping as there are no warranties on the shrubs. However, I am in the house a month and am very satisfied

I moved from out of state and everyone was so helpful and kind. The home is everything I hoped for and more. The community is fabulous!

We were surprised at how easy and efficiently the home was planned and built. The process was definitely made easier and more stress free by our building supervisor . He kept us up to date and dealt with any issues that came up. Overall we were very happy with the process and felt we got very good value for our money.

Our experience with Del Webb was outstanding. This is the third home we've built and Del Webb is the best home builder by far.

The home selection process was very efficient and once the home was ordered, the construction execution was amazingly fast and efficient. Our home is awesome and we are thrilled!

The process for picking out your building products such as flooring, cabinets, etc. is a quick process. Would suggest looking at the showrooms and having a good idea of what you want in your new home beforehand.

Our build went well, and was finished the exact day that was planned several months prior. Very nice inside and out. For the price, plywood/osb should have covered the entire house; not just certain sections. The are a few other very minor construction decisions that I wished could have been reviewed prior to certain phases being completed, but overall, I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Cost wise, you pay for convenience of having items installed during the build. For example, the ceiling fans will be somewhat more expensive than buying them and installing them yourself. Everything seems marked up, but to pick it out and forget it until you get your keys does have its merits. Just do it! ... More

From beginning to end, everyone was great to work with.

Production home, don't expect perfection.

Home was completed earlier than expected and was well done.

Pulte made the process easy and smooth. We were kept up to date weekly on the progress. Shelly and Kohl are Rock Stars! What a pleasure to work with! If there was a negative, some more interior paint colors would have been nice. All in all we are very pleased and satisfied!

From start to finish the Del Webb team has been open, accessible and responsive.

Best to have all touch up work done before closing. So far I’ve been waiting more than two and a half months to get things finished.

A good home to allow for the next chapter of life. Del Webb is about providing a community and lifestyle.

The communication and responsiveness during the sales and the build process were superb. Never any issue with reaching someone to answer a question. We know we have a really good house. Our only issues were around the design center where staff was not well informed of our options and colors shown to use on paper in no way accurately reflected the actuals. Strongly recommend going directly to Sherwin Williams to see the paint chips.

We looked at multiple Active Adult communities and after much due diligence, pick Del Webb. Excellent choice. Exceeded our expectations. Quality built, wonderfully priced, exceptional follow-up and follow through. Couldn't be happier!!!

The building manager was great. He provided us with biweekly updates, which were helpful.
