We have received NO closure on punch list items since closing in November

Jana was great in every way, very personable, informative, kept the process moving. She understood our needs. Met expectations.

Workmanship is low quality, looks like they were in a hurry. Small things not finished. Painting was sloppy, many areas had to be touched up. Ordered fence and gutters in contract. When did first inspection we were told those are only place holders so had to have those installed on our own. Found all of the windows were not locked when we moved in had to lock all of them. Lawn was not rolled and the gaps between the sod was very large had to have a landscaper roll the lawn and fill in the gaps with dirt. Caulking between the seams on the brick were not finished still waiting for someone to finish caulking. House was dirty. Floor had gritty feel to it. Counter tops were not cleaned well, had streaks all over them. When it gets humid back door is hard to close. From the sales agent Siobhain to the construction Manager Will, there was a sincere effort to communicate construction plans and closing /moving into the home, so we could coordinate a successful sale of the old house and move in to our new home.

Great that the entire Pulte team has been very quick to address our issues...because we have had several. Repairs and replacements when neded have been great. On the downside, we found several things that we'd ordered (and paid for) that weren't installed prior to our walkthru...they've been addressed satisfactorily but I question how these were overlooked by the builder. In sum, despite these issues, we're very satisfied.

We have been in the house for almost 4 months now. We made a HUGE mistake. We believed that the issues that we found before closing would be addressed in a timely manner. We were so WRONG! When we did our walk through on the house with a couple weeks before closing, we noted multiple items that needed to be addressed. We were assured they would be finished prior to closing. When they weren't done, we were again assured that they would be finished within days of the closing. Now 4 months later, they have been here 4 times to address the issues and have still not gotten it right. They have ordered the incorrect parts 3 times. Steven our builder was very responsive to any and all concerns we had. I have experience in construction, and Steven was great to work with. Pulte has several builders I recommend if you are building in Del Webb Chateau Elan you ask for him by name.

Every step of the way, all concerned made the buying of my new home a great experience.

Just what the doctor ordered

Seemless buying experience. Builder was under a lot of pressure from home owners given the material and personnel shortgages. Overall given the circumstances, quality home with long term value.

Home completion was over 18 months late but the building manager kept us posted throughout the process. We lived out of suitcases the last six months. There are no major issues as of yet. However we have missing windows blinds that keep being on order. Not understandable at this point We have not contacted the builder regarding small issues that need fixing. Hopefully they will do a better job. Spouse really likes our home

The sales experience and design stages went well and our team was way to work with and responsive. Quality of construction and number of critical issues was disappointing for a house of this cost. On the other hand the team was very responsive to fix problems. Learnings from initial issues should be applied to newer buyers to avoid future issues.

A pleasant and easy experience throughout the process.

My experience with the salesperson was nothing less than outstanding. Very responsive. The field manager needs more experience. He needs to learn how to do a pre drywall inspection and be more knowledgeable about the product.

Do not have good responsiveness to warranty issues

Obtaining a mortgage from Pulte was like having a financial colonoscopy . Not fun. I moved in at Thanksgiving, still waiting for builder's junk to be removed from my garage.

Alp was very helpful in getting things we needed for the house. Since moving in Megan has been great with warranty issues.

Builder was great, however, trying to get someone to take care of issues after I moved in has been terrible. They changed project managers 2 months after I moved in and new contacts have been unresponsive and issues with home have not been rectified.

I believe you get the luck of the draw when contractors are selected to build your home. Due to so many homes being built it can either be good or bad. The construction manager is then left to make repairs to any issues. Overall, we have a good home. Not happy with the slab not being anywhere close to level. Appliances and furniture wobble or sit crooked due to the slab being uneven. We also have an issue with bats outside our home in the front door foyer. Can't seem to get them to leave.

The facility is great. The house for the price of close to $1M lacks quality. For example, windows are simply not sound proof. Once can hear traffic and road noise from the bedroom. Not good! Not only that, but in my house at least 3 windows were bent. Main entrance door not aligned well and allows draft to come in. The house thermostat is set at 70 F, but the guest room due to imbalance of the heat distribution reads 65 F! Floor plan is great. A very open house layout. I believe attention to details and quality will make the home an excellent choice. This will help to lower the cost of reworking and increase overall efficiency. Suffice to say, the post closing support has soured our experience. We had a significant list of punch items at our final walk, and only 4 of about 50 have been done in the 45 days since. Some of these are minor, but there are what I consider major items too. Below is a list of items sent to Pulte at the end of December, approximately 30 days after our November closing. Front Door Whistles (leaks) when there is the slightest amount of wind. Needs alignment. Coat Closet Shelf needs replacing due to finish damage. Return vent needs squaring. Office Scratched glass on office doors transom window. Blind in needs trimming/leveling, as it binds towards the bottom. Entry doors bind, needs adjustment. Guest bedroom Window trim patched and painted. Corner wall needs squaring Blind adjusted Guest bathroom Drywall/paint repair when mirror was installed. Cabinet drawer alignment/sink mount bolt interference. Kitchen Cabinet above refrigerator needs replacing, damaged/split door hinge area Stainless hood chimney needs alignment. May also need exhaust tubing work to allow for proper fitment. Ignitors on stove quit working after 1 week in house, using lighter to cook. This may be a warranty issue. Hole in drywall over beverage center / refrigerator Microwave has dent, needs replacing. Missing trim on left side above beverage center Gathering Room Wall to the right of the nook, crooked Fireplace gas valve trim needs adjustment, mud, and paint. A tech came by last week to move it, so its ready for finishing. Sunroom Exterior door to lanai needs adjusting/trimming. Doesn't close/open smoothly. Window #3 needs alignment/adjustment. Binds when opening/closing. Hallway Bedroom Wall needs repairing, very crooked Closet ceiling needs painting, wrong color Shoe molding has high spot. Hallway Bathroom Vanity cabinet cracked at screw Master Bedroom Window trim patching and painting. Master Bathroom Right side mirror needs replacing due to incorrect assembly. Exposed frame holes are visible. Drywall/paint repair from when mirrors were installed. Missing paint between linen and closet doors Master closet Drywall/paint repair where fireplace gas valve was repaired. Stairwell to Loft Railing needs sanding and restaining. Stair trim needs sanding and painting. Loft Carpeting has paint on it at top of stairs needs cleaning or replacing. Long wall on backside very crooked Closet attic access panel needs painting 1/2 wall trim damaged Loft Bedroom Need the 5-panel door installed and finished. Warped wall trim needs repair/refinish Garage Leave 48' of 8" trim and 3 sheets plywood for finishing above. Outside Need paint on front concrete walkway removed. May require replacement. Front porch post needs painting/refinishing from tape removal. Front Door painting Grade common ground to left of house, holds water. Downspouts need redirecting onto driveway. Downspouts need checking, overflow on heavy rain at front right corner of garage. May be warranty issue. Irrigation line at front window has hole in it. Needs repair/replace Lanai post needs painting/refinishing from tape removal. Rear roof shingles/underlayment issue, rear of house. Hardy plank on side has hole in it. Brick flashing at garage needs replacing. Has hole in it. Vertical strips need replacing on front side of house. Visible, uneven gaps at bottom edges all over. General comment on trim/painting. Minimal attention to detail was applied throughout entire house. Overspray, very poor edging, spills, and lack of good cleanup are evident all around the home. I’ve been in my home for 7 weeks. I love my home but it’s taken awhile to get here. I believe there can be an improvement in coordination and communication. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner more customer focused attitude throughout the construction of my home. I needed to escalate many issues three levels above my field contact. He got everything done and more importantly he took ownership until the issues were resolved. That is a priceless character and I truly appreciate his involvement!
