Process very simple and well set out.

Del Webb sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He plugged us into the exact house we were looking for. The construction manager was attentive throughout the construction process and great follow up. We have owned Pulte built homes in the past and they have greatly improved on their construction methods and materials. We would buy from them again.

Overall, we're happy with our new Del Webb home. There are a few fit and finish issues that are currently being resolved. Nothing major and the kind of thing one should expect.

Our home was carefully built. Ron (Superintendent) even sealed all edges of the building to the foundation. No critters will be able to get in. He showed us all the details in how the home was built, we were very pleased! Our development is very quiet and we have great views. My only complaint is that there are no side fences included in the already expensive property. So be prepared to come up with several thousand more to fully enclosed your lot.

Love our new home. They need to fix the pond in the rear of our home. Was told it leaks and it needs to be redone. Is definitely an eyesore.

Attention to detail is impressive as is communication and responsiveness during construction. Upgrades and options are pricey but worth the expense if they meet your needs. Quality of bathroom fixtures disappointing.

Overall good responsiveness, good customer service. Prices are high in California, so we are unsure about the value of buying a house here.

Del Webb is that hybrid between custom and tract building. You must constantly keep in mind that you are buying into a "Lifestyle", not just a structure!

Sales consultant was very informative and our house came with great incentives. The senior construction manager was fantastic all through the process, what ever concerns we had were dealt with in a cordial and professional manner. He has been awesome! We are very happy with our home, and we would recommend Del Webb Sun City Texas to anyone.

The people we dealt with at Del Webb (Pulte Homes)were fantastic, from Darren the sales person, Nikki in the design studio, John our Field Manager, to the girls at Pulte Mortgage. I give each and everyone of them 5 stars. I love our home, but I believe they do not have enough workers to complete the homes within the time frame and do a quality job. Our sod has been our biggest complaint even before we moved in, but Pulte refuses to do anything about it. Many others in the neighborhood have the same complaint. We have some patches where the sod is nice and green, the rest looks yellow and half dead. It is our responsibility to pay for someone to treat the lawn and pay to water it in order to see if we can make it look decent in 12 to 18 months. Some people have spent 3 to 6 months fighting to get some areas replaced or have replaced it at their own expense. The driveway... Problems, but we had an outside source do epoxy, and they fixed the driveway problem for us. The paint job is sloppy, lots that should have been cleaned up, scraped off, cleaned off the carpet and floors, drizzles all over, and not quality work, because they have to hurry to move onto the next job. Bottom line, need to hire more workers to assure quality workmanship and still meet the deadline they are promising the buyers. On the surface, or home looks great, and we do love it. But I wouldn't call it "quality" work vs what we paid for the house. Suggestion would be to meet with some of the new owners and determine what they feel could be done to make their home better and help Del Webb in improving the homes. ... More

My wife and I have been very pleased with our Del Webb experience. The staff and on-site managers have been outstanding to work with. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship in the home. The customer service has been excellent. Responses to our inquiries have been very prompt and any issues have been promptly addressed and resolved. We would recommend Del Webb to family and friends!

If you're building new, hire a Home Inspector before closing, or better yet hire and Inspector during the build process. It will save time down the road.

Purchased "ready move in" house. Great experience from contract to move-in.

Del Webb homes are a good value for the money from a builder who has vast experience and resources in building new home communities. The quality of their direct employees is very high and they are responsive to homeowner concerns as they arise. Evidently there is a bit more flexibility in considering homeowner requested modifications during the building process than you are led to believe at the beginning.

My wife and I fully enjoyed the build process. Our field manager did a fantastic job addressing our questions and concerns. We would do it again.

Nice design. Great view. Well built. Considerate people in every area. Truly concerned with my satisfaction in every department. Sue, Laura, Carlos, Julie are all excellent. Gormet kitchen appliances were good, but not excellent in my opinion.
