The home buying experience was excellent. We had a good salesman. He responded to our concerns quickly and effectively. There was one part of the process we were not happy with. We had to choose the home model, lot and lot before selecting the interior options. When we went to choose the options (carpet, tile, attic space, spare bedroom etc. we had to limit our options due to the cost. We asked if we could select a less expensive elevation so we could have a couple of options we could not afford otherwise. We were told we could, but by that time the price of the elevations had increased. It would have been nice to lock in the entire price of the house at the same time. The building experience was excellent. Our project manage was superb. He kept us informed and responded to our concerns quickly. We were allowed to see the house every Sunday. The house is well built. The one item that was not done well was the caulking, quarter round and painting of the quarter round at the floor. It was sloppy. ... More

We signed with Del Webb in April and closed by December. They broke ground in August and the communication and speed of the build were quick. Del Webb's team, from our sales consultant to our building superintendent, were very good and they were eager to address our questions and concerns. We understand the difficulties in building a home and the issues created particularly by the subcontractors. Our home is not unlike others, and we too have a punch list that we will work out with the builder this first year after moving in, but looking at the home quality and experience overall, they did a very good job, and knowing this, we would be happy to build another home with them in the future. ... Overall the experience was positive. No major issues and quality of construction is very good. Value is very hard to assess in an inflationary period but seems in line.

Overall our experience was good. We were not initially impressed with the sales team in the beginning. I believe this was due to more potential buyers walking through the door than agents to service them. Once we were in the contract process, things improved. Everyone we dealt with at DelWeb were great, especially the design consultant and especially our Construction manager who was fantastic. After closing we had some additional issues pop up that we didn’t pick up on during the pre closing inspection. Those issues were immediately addressed. Overall, we are very excited to be in our new Del Webb house and community in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our experience throughout the process has been very good. Our project manager did a great job in working closely with us to address and resolve any concerns before the house closing. The follow up with minor issues has been handled in a timely manner. We highly recommend our Del Webb community to others,

Expectation set of six months to build. Reality was 12 months. I understand this is getting better now. Small issues were taken care of quickly

Great that the entire Pulte team has been very quick to address our issues...because we have had several. Repairs and replacements when neded have been great. On the downside, we found several things that we'd ordered (and paid for) that weren't installed prior to our walkthru...they've been addressed satisfactorily but I question how these were overlooked by the builder. In sum, despite these issues, we're very satisfied.

Alp was very helpful in getting things we needed for the house. Since moving in Megan has been great with warranty issues.

This was my 3rd new build but the 1st being single. I can it was just a easy as when my husband was here to help with the negotiating.

Bought a spec home and Overall very happy with purchase but would have liked to have made a few changes which were not allowed.

They are very helpful and quick to reply when you have questions or a problem with you new house. Customer service has been great.

It was strange buying something as intense as a house on line but the people here at Del Webb Lake Oconee were amazing. All concerns were immediately addressed and resolved and they sent weekly pictures of each phase of construction. Did I mention how wonderful all the people in this community are?

Our first new home buying experience in 35 years. Supply chain issues delayed our delivery dateThere are always issues with any new build, but in our case they have been minor. Billy, Justin and Zach were very responsive to our needs. Several amenities with this 55+ community have yet to be built. We did purchase the home when they first came on the market and have seen appreciation of our home price. Our sales rep Devon has been great and very responsive even after our closing.

We dreamed big, kept it real, and they got it done! Despite a global pandemic, supply chain challenges across the country, a national worker shortage, and the highest inflation in 40 years, we are in our Del Webb home, and we love it. No sugar coating...this was a tough time in the home construction industry and our supervisor Mike P. delivered. There are punch lists with any new home build and our team dealt with them professionally and in a timely manner under tremendous stress due to outside economic and workforce challenges. I had a good experience with my new home. Jordan was very helpful with the process; Natalie was excellent in helping me pick out options; the construction manager, Mark, and his team were always ready to answer questions or keep me posted on the progress of my home. As a recent widow, this was a brand new experience for me, and everyone helped to make the process as simple as possible. I am looking forward to this new chapter.

Both our sales representative and project manager were very helpful and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. The home came out beautiful but did have several items that needed to be corrected after closing. All of which are being addressed with no hassle. Workmanship was very good and and finish was above average.

Del Webb homes are very beautiful. The quality of the workmanship in some exterior and interior finishes could be better.

Fixed contract..no surprises. Great home value. Overall very happy.

The quality of sod is different from house to house, I don't know why. Surveys were submitted very soon after the papers were signed, and now have found several mistakes, the survey should be sent out weeks after someone moves in order to get an accurate response.

Jared was an excellent construction manager, he was always responsive to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the home building process.

My experience with Pulte, has been a good one. The sales staff and the design team were so helpful with all of the decisions that needed to be made, and Josh, my construction manager, was great. He kept me informed on the progress as well as the reasons for any delays in the building process, which was very much appreciated. Since I have moved in, Chris, my customer care manager, has addressed every question and every issue that has come up. There have been very few things, but he has handled each one in record time. The construction process from start to finish was over a year. While that was to be expected, there were 3 different building supervisors during that time. My only comment would be that the scheduling was not the best.

I love this new home.

Tanya Smith was the best part of the whole experience! She did an exceptional job throughout the entire process.
