The process for design and layout went very smooth. Robert was terrific to work with in sales center. Mary was also a jewel in helping with design decisions. Our first builder Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Shane our 2nd builder was new to the job, but did his best. There needed to be more attention to finishes, painting, sanding, cleaning, concrete and concrete work .

The overall process went well. Any problems during the building process were usually taken care of in a timely manner. The Customer Care Team has been responsive to our requests for the little things that crop up during the first few weeks of ownership.

My initial calls to the warranty department were answered promptly and addressed with a sense of urgency.

The sales experience and design process were awesome. Allen and Nikki are the best! The house was completed on time as scheduled. We love the neighborhood, amenities, etc. All systems and maintenance were thoroughly explained to us (sprinklers, pest control , hot water heater, A/C, etc.). Warranty items are addressed sufficiently; some quicker than others, but they are very busy. The downside: we couldn’t believe how many doors bump walls when opened. Design flaw? Be prepared to apply bumper pads. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Baseboards, walls, doors, shelves, everything had to be cleaned. Very sloppy tradesworkers. Dings, gouges, mismatched screws, dripped paint and grout, scratched glass, sprinklers covered by sod, just to name a few. Pulte would save a fortune in repair costs if they just hired crews that did the job right the first time. Chase was great at ensuring damaged items were repaired (or did it himself!). Love this community. We have started to join many of the activities. The house is really coming together.

We really like our new home. It took 16 months to build from our signing . We were originally told 8 to 11 months!

Tim was awesome - always available, knowledgeable & got things done. Could not have asked for a better construction manager!

Very satisfied with the final product. The Construction Manager was diligent as issues occurred during construction and with follow-up on the final punch list. The Interior Designer was outstanding.

Nothing is perfect. Considering that the company is in business, one does better not to expect perfection and needs to be able to live with the minor imperfections (centration of things like mirrors on bathroom walls, non-straightness of walls, mirrors and glass doors, etc.). But, they're nice people.

I have been looking at the Dell Webb home in North Las Vegas for well over a year and I decided to finally purchase one. I purchased it over the phone and also picked out the upgrades from the design center over the phone. I wish I had the opportunity to be here personally to walk to the models before I selected my mother but overall I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s a nice home, and the neighbors are excellent.

I was so fortunate to work with Ian on the purchase of my home. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to any ( and all) my questions and concerns. He was accurate and straightforward and very professional but was still able to understand things that were important to me. Even after the closing he responded timely and with accurate information to any inquiry. The project manager for my home Nathan was so knowledgeable about the construction of my home. Nathan attended to every detail and through his organization he was able to follow up on every detail of the project.

Working with max was a pleasure. Very professional and understanding to my concerns.

Our overall experience was a good one. I feel we would have had a better experience with our project manager if we had met before construction began. We got off on the wrong path after our first meeting when we felt like we were not told the truth about the delay in the construction schedule. Yes the delay time was improved after a discussion with the PM. After we moved in we had a great experience with Allison and Mariah on answering questions and approving requests. We have had a great experience meeting our subdivision neighbors. We a very pleased with the community.

My wife and I have had a good experience working with the del-Webb sales team they had a great attitude and there was no pressure to sale. The community is loaded with people of our age. And there’s no shortage on activities, which will keep us. Engage with the surrounding neighbors. It is not an easy task of moving from one Home to another but I can say it is well worth it once you move into a community like this and enjoy the safe and beautiful surroundings of this area at homes.

We love our new home But please Read the fine print of your contract. Sales does not verbally tell you about the fines you can encounter. make sure you are ready to move.

The lack of choice when choosing cabinets etc. was very disappointing. Also we will need to replace the tub and asked to just leave the tub out. This request was refused. The powder room is barely functional. The toilet is way to close to the wall as is the sink on the other side. There is barely room of the sink for soap. If both would have been closer to the middle it would be much better. Currently we can not use the toilet paper holder and I doubt there is enough room to put a vanity over the sink for storage. We love the community and like our house, feel it represents good value for money. Our biggest concern was the time it took to complete house from signing contract, essentially 15.5 months. While we appreciate the challenging environment we’re disappointed in extended built time. Additionally, would have appreciated more communication with Pulte re build progress. A timeline with milestones would be a great help Now that we are in our home initial impressions are good.

I've been here 2+months. There are several things that still need to be addressed. Some have been addressed. The lawn is terrible. Very unhappy. A lot of the lawn was very dry or dead. After 6 weeks it is full of weeds. There are a few things that have not been addressed such as: railings on the back porch, outside paint that needs to be retouched, concrete that needs to be ground done, etc.

All representatives we encountered were very professional and knowledgeable. Some of the workmanship was less than top flight.

The construction process while long, went very smoothly which I attribute to our two construction managers, Joe and James. They were very quality oriented and made sure all the subcontractors were doing what should be done. The sales process could be improved and make sure you read and understand the Pulte/Del Webb contract as it is very one-sided and not a normal real estate purchase contract that you may have used in any previous purchase you may have had. You will end up being forced to use their TItle and Escrow company and pay for things you've never paid for before.

Devon and Steven have been great in regards to working with them. Steven has gotten back to me immediately re: issues in the new house that need to be fixed, etc. ... or if I have any questions. I realize he probably is supervising a lot of workers and it's probably hard to check all their work thoroughly. Regarding Pulte homes in general .... our last home was a Pulte home and the workmanship was pretty good. It's been a bit disappointing in seeing the quality of products used nowadays to save costs (you can see through the insulation to the wood frame of homes/condo buildings going up now, the cabinet doors are so flimsy and the knobs mark the adjoining cabinet door immediately, you can't access the 2nd trash bin as the cabinet doesn't open out far enough, I can't access my bottom freezer bc the door hits the shoe molding so cannot open all the way, etc.). Steven did a great job. I'm just saying that Pulte in general has scaled back on their quality of products and functionality within the home. ... More

We were extremely please with the process of building a home at Del Webb in Griffin. We had looked at other 55+ communities, and they just didn’t have the feel of community as this Del Webb. It just seemed like the perfect fit for us.
