Overall, the purchase of the home was easy. We had to go through the bidding process for our lot and would prefer a set price instead. Sales consultants and design studio personnel do not always tell you every option available, but are pleasant to work with. Document everything with an email. Our construction manager was very responsive and available all the time for questions and issues. At pre-closing, we found many issues that were not corrected before closing. I was pretty impressed with the whole buying experience. Scott, the salesman, was always very responsive. The whole process took a little longer than I had expected. Margaret, the warrantee person, has been very responsive when I reach out to her. The price was a bit high as far as I am concerned, but I guess to be fair, everything is high now.

They did a great job on the house. I used Pulte finance company I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I thought it would be smooth sailing but that was not the case.i put 35 % down but they have so many rules that I could not believe it.They would ask for something and two days later they would ask for it again.i finally had to hire my accountant to help me out and they couldn't believe it,but we got though it.

Sabina , Joe and Ralph were very helpful. Whirlpool washer not very good. Refrigerator opening should be larger. Delayed closing presented problems for us but somewhat relieved by Pulte credit. Overall very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

From our purchase with Brendan , build with Kelly, and final fixes with Mike our total experience was quite good. The whole process took much longer than expected but then the supply chain crisis and lack of skilled workers was really the issue. We are pretty well settled in our home after 5 weeks and are very happy with our decision to buy DelWebb!

If you have the opportunity to work with Caryn in Port Saint lucie, you will be treated like family. Caryn was very caring throughout the process and was always available for me when I needed further explanation of the way things will happen. Its my first time building a new home and living in a gated community, sCaryn was able help me through the processes with a smile on her face always.

Dan our sales rep was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. Always keeping in touch and helping out with everything. Pulte Mortgage not so helpful. I filled out a separate survey for Pulte.

Our salesman Jerry was amazing from start to finish. Really professional and a true gentleman. Our project manager Roby was very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to ensure our home was in exceptional shape when we closed. Love our new community.

Given the economy times, there were delays. These are not customed homes, design flexibility and options are limited to what is offered. Yet, same model has endless possibilities based on customer selections. Building. Sales, and desig team were responsive to my questions. HOA, two HOAs, did not expect that. Bylaws are strict recommend being up front w new buyers about the 2 HOAs. That seems to be the greatest challenge to many residents. The activities available to residents have variety, are well priced, and are very enjoyable.

When we selected our house, everything had been selected/upgraded by the builder, color of cabinets, flooring, appliances etc. The price of the upgrades were high for what we got. We are still waiting to have some issues resolved.

Experience could have been a lot less frustrating. Some things were unexpected and could have been handled differently. We are finally moved in and things are settling down.

Good Communication with Construction team

Our field manager was excellent. More informative information from the sales office would have been appreciated since we were out of state buyers. More frequent updates would have helped us understand the numerous closing date delays.

Everything DW provided was at or above my expectations. I am extremely happy with the final product.

We contracted to buy our home during the height of the market and the pandemic. Prices were rising so quickly so we had to act fast and chose not to buy certain upgrades so as not to price ourselves out of the market. We let the increased prices drive our decisions and didn’t get the lot or home we really wanted. I hope the house is built soundly and that we won’t have any problems down the road. Only time will tell in that regard. For the most part everything is good. Thank you.

Over all a good experience. Have a few issues nothing major and they are taking care of them on timely basis.

We were extemely pleased with our Constuction Manager, Cory. The supply line problems was a real concern and very frustrating, but we managed.

Loving the community ane the neighbors

Bill our salesman and Eric our project manager were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our only issue was the slow response in completing the installation of our hood shroud after we closed. That took a month, which seemed too long for a 10 minute job.

House not built in the Garden home section but in 55+ section nearby. After corrections and short delay, we obtain our new construction. So far, no issues and we think it's a 4-star rating.

However, after moving in, one quickly realizes that Pulte does not give the same level of craftmanship to the buyers' homes. The foundation, structure, and layout of their homes is wonderful. But, they are lacking with the finishing touches. The paint is awful; you can see white through it in many areas. If you try to wipe off a mark, you instantly expose the sheetrock. Additionally, the paint job (along with the grout and caulk) is sloppy. There are drips, runs, and missed areas throughout the home. It's just regretful that more effort wasn't given to the aesthetics of the home. A second coat of paint, neatly applied, would go along way in making buyers happy. There are additional things incorrect in my home, such as: receptacles that are upside-down and not working, missing grout and a door sweep, and uneven pavers. Again, it's the small details that would have made moving in to a brand new home much more pleasant. Afterall, who wants to move into a brand new home and have to request a dozen items to be repaired. With all that being said, I love my community and home. I just wish I could have moved right in and started enjoying the amenities, rather than correcting errors. ... More

I have weeds instead of grass. So much for having an inflatable pool for my nephew's birthday. Numerous problems that are taking awhile to get looked at. I have sent the list to the builder and the sales rep.

Process went very smoothly with no surprises and no unexpected delays.

My home was not cleaned upon my arrival. Multiple repairs not done. The response from Elaine in sales was wonderful. She facilitated help from construction manager Ron who responded right away and had Steve meet with me to help. Ron and Steve are also great and really helped me. I am meeting with the warranty team, as my backsplash needs to be replaced due to numerous incorrectly installed glass tiles. There are several other installation issues that Ron is helping me to correct
