My experience was very good, the builder Mike is exceptional was amazing on the walk-through knowledge and follow up. That being said my dishwasher didn’t work and I got me a new one there is no exhaust fan so the smoke detectors go off and there was some damage to the cabinet which was fixed.

I sent a list of items that were not done or were missing and they worked through the list very timely and made sure I was updated as things progressed.

I love our Project Manager Matt. He's very attentive and quick to react to any problems we may have, big or small. Some items are a little shabby and surprised us the sub-contractor would leave it that way.

Dedicated team very helpful from beginning until closing. I will recommend Pulte to anyone of my friend.

Overall met my expectations and happy with outcome.

We were absentee owners so a lot could have gone wrong that didn't. We had a particularly good project manager. However, some cost saving issues, not the PM decision, were a little silly. To not seal your tiles floor before move in makes no sense and cost more money in the end plus its a big pain.

Expect your expectations to be met! They stay in touch with you throughout the process, from down payment to close and even after. You can expect a worry free experience.

The building experience overall was great we were at the house every day. My only complaint was with the design center. There were many options that were not even mentioned and were not found out until too late. This was very disappointing. I would recommend that future buyers are given a check off list so they know what is standard and optional. Also at the sales office, a computer mock-up of the home In color would be very helpful so you know what you are buying. We did not know the actual color design until the home was completed. Pay attention to details to avoid scheduling issues.

The design of the units are not only functional, but interesting, and offer a wide variety of choices. The landscaping thus far has also been quite appealing.

Happy with layout and build of home. Unhappy with the lack of attention to detail from the craftsman that built our home.

At final walk thru all punch list items were addressed and told would be corrected prior to closing. None were completed. Upgraded Appliance package was not installed and we were not advised of it before closing. We had to ask about it afterwards. Still waiting on them to arrive. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. Gas line stub for BBG was not installed. When they came back they installed it in wall but never hooked it up in crawl space to main gas line. Rush to finish without good followup.

Applying for Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. We closed 2 months ago and some necessary basic building issues have not been completed.

The quality & craftsmanship is on par with other builders I've worked with.

I am so pleased with my home and appreciate the quick responses to any concerns I may have. The pre-closing walk throughs and preparation for closing was excellent.

They deliver our home in time. Products of our home are exceptional. Sales agent should be upfront and aware of the capacity of Solar system. Choices of elevation should be discussed in detail ahead of time, even before signing up the lot.

We still have some un-resloved issues that we are waiting on. We need a screen for our flex room, trim around our microwave and 2 floodlights. Both houses next to us which were started 3 wks. after us have them. Our field mgr. told us there is a shortage of these items, but why did these houses get these items before us?. A little frustrated. However, we are pleased with the overall actual construction of the house. The landscaping is done beautifully.

There are some annoying issues that are below expectations and so unnecessary, but overall, they are a fair and reputable company.

From our perspective, the Field Mgr. assigned to us certainly lived up to his ‘golden rule’ statement on his email signature: “I want to provide you with the same service I would expect myself.” His positive, can-do attitude was the major reason our home buying experience with Del Webb was so enjoyable. In short, we found him to be a class act and an asset to the Pulte organization. The homes are well-built.

I would like to have given 5 stars, but the rush to finish and close at the end of the year left too many issues that needed to be addressed after closing.

Overall we’re happy with our home. There were several bumps along the way. But basically you’re buying a tract home. The buying process felt like a game to increase your cost. Between bidding for your home against “ phantom other buyers “ and the upgrades you need if you want the house to be even close to what the model looked like really drives the price up. We liked the people we worked with but I would do the buying differently next time.

Sales person was great. She kept us well informed throughout the process and addressed our questions promptly.

Much improved since our previous purchase.

Their on site construction people are tops.

All small issues were addressed and resolved
