I recently moved into my second home in the Rancho Mirage community. Why - you ask? Because the lot I originally wanted had not been released. When the lot was available, eight months after my first purchase, I decided to take a chance and put my original home up for sale. The home sold immediately. I am now enjoying a view of the mountains in my (second) new home in the same community. LOVE IT! Love it!

Field Manager very responsive and accommodating. Nice upgrades in my model home.

We are pleased with the house except the trim work is not good at all. The finish is rough & lumpy. There was no attention to detail on the baseboards, door frames, and where the shower tiles meet the walls. The cover that Phoenix mounted in the laundry room looks pathetic. It will not stay closed & it looks like it’s falling off the wall. There are gouges all around the door. We found Robert to be trustworthy & very helpful. Jenna & Nikki were fantastic. We would not have considered putting money down for our home if it wasn’t for this team of helpful people.

Overall, the experience was very good but a few things could be better. For example, a "Floor Outlet Option" is predetermined per plan but I was told I couldn't have a copy of the plans. It's useless where it is. A drain for the washing machine was missed when the slab was poured and well into framing. Obvious mistake which was missed. It was corrected but this should not have happened in the first place. After closing and while moving in, we discovered the dryer vent had been sheet-rocked over. Why was this not noticed during the final inspection by Pulte? It was quickly corrected. Overall, we are very pleased with our home. The few other problems we have found after moving in have been very minor and have been quickly corrected. ... More

Well built

The build quality was great. The paint and finish was average at best. The concrete work was below average.

Leaky plumbing, unplumbed closet, electric outlets that do not work, dirty house at move-in time and a couple of other issues on a near half million dollar home, leave me disappointed.

.Home options are good and home looks great. However some options not available were disappointing. No option for central vac or foam insulation come to mind. Items needing attention after closing have been addressed promptly.

We bought in a Del Webb community in Vegas years ago and knew we would like Sun City Mesquite. We have not been disappointed. The community is beautiful and our neighbors have been wonderful.

The whole experience from start to finish was a good one. From the sales process, mortgage process and building process, this was by far the best and easiest home buying experience we have had. The deadlines we were told were met and we moved in right on time. There were a few workmanship issues like misplaced and mising doorstops, paint not completely done in a couple of areas, paint left on window frames, and stucco issues to name a few, but all the issues were minor and probably a result of the trades hurrying to meet the deadlines on a Friday night. Take advantage of the getaway weekend. It was very helpful in making our decision.

House is solid and construction went well. Our project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our CSR has gone above and beyond our expectations. Biggest disappointment was the lack of options and upgrade pricing available in the design center.

No flexibility and consideration for vase costs when deciding on upgrades

We wanted a Del Webb lifestyle without leaving Albuquerque. Pulte has amazing floorplans and every home was perfect for us. It was hard to choose. We have been very impressed with most of the home construction. Our supervisor Carlos did an amazing job of keeping on top of our house and answering our questions. Since moving in we have had several small things that need to be addressed. Pulte has been very responsive to our requests. We have little down things will be fixed to our satisfaction. Would we spend the money and do this again? Absolutely. The floorplan is ideal and we are very happy here. We like the Community Management as well. They seem to have everything running smoothly. ... Upgrades, especially flooring limited selection, and very expensive. We had to take standard flooring, RIP it out and get what we wanted. And even with the cost of the standard flooring, the cost of removal, and the cost of what we got, we still save a lot of money, and we got high end flooring

Was able to monitor work progress from day one! The basic structure and floor plan fit my needs to a T.....during the build the Del Webb folks were always there to answer questions that Inmay have had. They communicated with me on a weekly schedule to keep me up to date with the progress on the property. It would have been nice to be able to add a few outlets and light switches during the build instead of having to go into finished walls after closing to add a few items....

Staff was excellent in guarding you though the precess of purchasing a new home here. Was very happy with my new home.

Needed to have some problems solve after I move in. The workers were great! Friendly, got the work done, trusting, Nice.

We were so excited every time we heard from Del Webb. It gave us a sense of involvement in many aspects so we could feel part of this process. Living far away, we could not just drop by to see progress. It was great to have our update and walk-thru appointments. And our Project Manager even sent us photos along the way. There were only minor things that needed attention, and they were taken care of right away. Thank you, Del Webb for a job well done.

All doors were not installed to close properly. Cut 2 holes in outside wall for stove vent.

The home generally is beautiful. The deal was good, People is helpful . We found some little issue in new building as usual , but del Web send team to cover it . So far We are happy with our new home.

It is a very good community to live.

It was a pleasure working with our field manager John. We believe any issue that came up he resolved immediately. We cannot say the same about her 30 day walk-through. Like any home you find issues after you move in. At this point we believe we are not getting honest answers and a run around on problems that need to be addressed. Our advice is make sure everything is fixed prior to closing

Overall, the home buying and building experience was positive.

At the design center, ask for motion detection light in your walk in pantry. They are great! Wish I'd have asked for them in the garage and the entry into the house from the garage. Upgrade paint if you can, I went with "basic" and found that it is water based and will come off if you rub too hard if you mar your walls. After baseboards were installed, the tile people came back and grouted (why I don't know, as I always thought baseboards were to give that "clean" line between floors and walls). The job was poorly done and painter had to return to "fix" the look. Excess silicone was left on windows - think this may be a manufacturer oversight. Be sure to check all the detail work after moving in. My lead contractor on my house was very responsive, getting someone to fix things usually within a day or two; and came back himself to see if the job was done to my satisfaction. ... More
