The process was pretty straight forward. The communication was great from start to finish. Our site supervisor did as good a job as you can with the lack of workers in this environment. We are confident we have a great built home but have only been in for a month. Our biggest complaint was the lack of attention to detail on the finished product. Felt like corporate was in a hurry to close and the site supervisor was being pushed to close. I had to give a lower Value for price pain because the market is just ridiculous right now and the cost of building supplies is through the roof.

Working with the salesperson and the construction manager was pleasurable. The details of the finished product, unfortunately, fell short.

Excellent System and Knowledgeable People

Overall quality is great. Due to shortages, delays were hard to swallow. Once house was closed, a couple of issues arose that I felt Pulte did not come through as expected.

The build process was smooth for the most part. Once moved in, we discovered the dish washer was fully installed without a power cord. It took 4days to get one along with the final microwave. We are still waiting on the trim kit after closing a month ago. In spite of that, del Webb has been very responsive and staff very helpful and friendly!

Sales person Mike was very good and helpful throughout the build. Project manager was great and finished home was very good.

While the process took a little longer than anticipated due to supply chain issues, Del Webb generally did a good job communicating progress and addressing issues as they arose

The process went well from the offer to purchase thru closing. The team we worked with always kept us informed and was good to work with.

This is a beautifully landscaped community. There are miles of paved walking trails throughout the community.

Although we knew it was not a custom home, their building process is inflexible. We would have liked satin paint vs flat, a few more appliance choices such as electric/induction stove top.

Despite your suggestion, I want to state that Jared Sampson was a terrific superintendent. He went beyond the call of duty to respond to my issues. I can’t say the same for the HOS group in the Canopy. “To save money, we only buy name tags quarterly.” Isn’t their key role to make homeowners feel welcome? “We haven’t ordered the stickers for golf carts yet.” What’s the wait? About went crazy…told me my mailbox was by the sales office. Nope, it was on Timber Light Trail. Their suggestion was to stand in line at the post office. When I left a note, the post person helped me figure out the issue. Oh well, it’s my time not theirs. Still haven’t figured out how to get monthly direct pay for my HOS fees after numerous emails. ... More

Our townhouse is beautiful and we're very happy with it overall. Timeframes for delivery were never accurate and delays were extensive. While much of the work is of high quality, we did experience some issues that should have been caught before we moved in (for example a leaking pipe that caused damage to the hardwood floor and gas leak), however we've been very pleased by the responsiveness and follow through by the team. We also feel that the prices for upgraded items, such as appliances, are far beyond reasonable given the retail prices, and we assume that they are able to get discounts. Quality of house is good. Several Trades are messy and quality of workmanship could be improved.

Like pex plumbing, cabinetry, insulation materials, lumber quality, wiring, landscape countoured for proper drain, flooring, accoustics, windows. KitchenAid fridge & oven have issues. Upstairs toilet was non functional upon arrival. Low voltage audio system was not installed, parts missing. HVAC air filters were filthy, looked like they had not been changed for a year or more.

Your sales representative is key until you approach closing then your field manager is key; both did to be good/professional/knowledgeable or you’ll be unsatisfied with your new home purchase process.

The development and amenity package in the Del Webb is first class. Our prior home was new construction in a Pulte!Wieland development. Standard features in our prior home such as garage wall paint finish, irrigation system, and wood trim around windows are all up charges at Del Webb. The sales consultants main focus was concern about the closing of the sale of our current home. This negative attitude dampened the excitement and fun normally associated with purchasing a new home. Our field manager was very responsive and knew the answers to all of our questions. Some items/concerns in the house should have been seen prior to our settlement. Most items were fixed eventually but would have been nice to have everything ready on the day we moved in.

We were able to close and move in on last closing date date give. Approximately 6 weeks before. Had several building issues but not major Most have been addressed in Tinley fashion. We enjoyed working with our construction manager and trusted his recommendations and judgement.

Our walkthrough representative Josh was excellent and very responsive.

Overall, the experience was as expected. Closing date as promised. Construction issues addressed quickly to date. Seems a bit overpriced compared to some areas.
