We love our home and we’re happy with our experience with Pulte Homes.

We were very hesitant to make this move but so far we are very happy. Hoping the amenities center is completed soon as that will be a large part of the reason we bought in this community.

Unprofessional between my realtor and sale person for pulte homes bellweather. Del web. Poor communication with us and realtor. House basement floor cement had to be topped very rough. Had to keep on sup. Windows not sealing in bedroom needed weather strip on doors. Painting not professional. House not very clean when moved in. Glue on the floors light bulbs out in bath. Door bell not hooked up. Ect Ect. Nick worked with us but his boss would not. Just close the house and deal with it later. So be where it’s not what they tell you. They make it sound great but the quality is not their material or workmanship. Will see if they walk the talk. ... More

Tina, the realtor who sold me the unit was extremely helpful. Always returned my calls and answered all my questions.

It seems like Pulte says one thing but practices another. Their inattentive attitude towards issues was a factor to us not closing earlier than we did. Project manager, while attentive to some issues , was / seemed lacking in experience. He had a lot of issues for the multiple homes he was assigned and as a result could not give the proper attention to all customers in a timely manner. Another words, too much to effectively manage for one person. It felt like Pulte just wanted to get to closing at any cost….not a good practice if you’re looking for referrals for future business.

Adam has been extremely professional. He has followed up with any issue I may have had.

Nice home .took a long time to get here.

The construction of the home is well built and energy efficient. It the finishing work we have a problems with especially the painting and cleaning up before walk through. The other problem we had was landscaping, sod. The homes are being rushed through actually so that they can close on homes. The community and amenities are wonderful. We had a great experience with Pulte financing personnel. Needed several work orders submitted for finishing work inside and outside to bring home up to new move in condition. Lack of attention to detail work. The repair workers were excellent and did better job than the building workers. ... More

We have received NO closure on punch list items since closing in November

Jana was great in every way, very personable, informative, kept the process moving. She understood our needs. Met expectations.

Workmanship is low quality, looks like they were in a hurry. Small things not finished. Painting was sloppy, many areas had to be touched up. Ordered fence and gutters in contract. When did first inspection we were told those are only place holders so had to have those installed on our own. Found all of the windows were not locked when we moved in had to lock all of them. Lawn was not rolled and the gaps between the sod was very large had to have a landscaper roll the lawn and fill in the gaps with dirt. Caulking between the seams on the brick were not finished still waiting for someone to finish caulking. House was dirty. Floor had gritty feel to it. Counter tops were not cleaned well, had streaks all over them. When it gets humid back door is hard to close. Overall looks like everything was rushed, no attention to detail, nor finishing what was started. ... More

From the sales agent Siobhain to the construction Manager Will, there was a sincere effort to communicate construction plans and closing /moving into the home, so we could coordinate a successful sale of the old house and move in to our new home.

Great that the entire Pulte team has been very quick to address our issues...because we have had several. Repairs and replacements when neded have been great. On the downside, we found several things that we'd ordered (and paid for) that weren't installed prior to our walkthru...they've been addressed satisfactorily but I question how these were overlooked by the builder. In sum, despite these issues, we're very satisfied.

We have been in the house for almost 4 months now. We made a HUGE mistake. We believed that the issues that we found before closing would be addressed in a timely manner. We were so WRONG! When we did our walk through on the house with a couple weeks before closing, we noted multiple items that needed to be addressed. We were assured they would be finished prior to closing. When they weren't done, we were again assured that they would be finished within days of the closing. Now 4 months later, they have been here 4 times to address the issues and have still not gotten it right. They have ordered the incorrect parts 3 times. My suggestion to anyone dealing with Pulte/Del Webb is this. DO NOT close until you are completely satisfied with the finished product. ... More

Steven our builder was very responsive to any and all concerns we had. I have experience in construction, and Steven was great to work with. Pulte has several builders I recommend if you are building in Del Webb Chateau Elan you ask for him by name.

Every step of the way, all concerned made the buying of my new home a great experience.

Just what the doctor ordered

Seemless buying experience. Builder was under a lot of pressure from home owners given the material and personnel shortgages. Overall given the circumstances, quality home with long term value.

Home completion was over 18 months late but the building manager kept us posted throughout the process. We lived out of suitcases the last six months. There are no major issues as of yet. However we have missing windows blinds that keep being on order. Not understandable at this point We have not contacted the builder regarding small issues that need fixing. Hopefully they will do a better job. Spouse really likes our home

The sales experience and design stages went well and our team was way to work with and responsive. Quality of construction and number of critical issues was disappointing for a house of this cost. On the other hand the team was very responsive to fix problems. Learnings from initial issues should be applied to newer buyers to avoid future issues.

A pleasant and easy experience throughout the process.

My experience with the salesperson was nothing less than outstanding. Very responsive. The field manager needs more experience. He needs to learn how to do a pre drywall inspection and be more knowledgeable about the product.
