Considering current supply chain issues, process was exceptional.

It was evident that some of the tradesmen took pride in their work while others not so much.

We still have some minor issues with the home to resolve, however we are very happy with our purchase.

Very efficient and responsive

Overall a positive experience. House was built on schedule in spite of supply chain delays . Some minor issues still being addressed but no big deal. Project Manager David R was outstanding. Did everything within his power to get things done . Pulte mortgage contact Jen B was also a shining star. One thing that could improve is flexibility. Pulte is not flexible when making changes to their set standards!

COVID delays lessened the experience.

I have a beautiful home but needed somethings addressed and our Field manager was on it. I love the amenities and people in my community.

Quality of build. Amenities to use

We loved the design the Villa we bought both for our current needs but also for our lives 20 years from now. Having been an Executive at a Life Plan Community I am well aware of life changes as we age. Complete first floor living in style and comfort was met with the home design. The quality of options was good although limited and somewhat dependent on salesperson and timing of purchase. Overall for the type of building (mass construction) it is well constructed. Post construction fixes are not as easy to accomplish bc the priority is getting the buildings up. Then you are subject to quick fixes that aren’t the best quality or aesthetically pleasing, or quickly completed. The community life makes the slight inconveniences worth it though. Amazing sales experience. Hoping follow up on some issues improves

We have a new, beautiful home that allows my disabled husband to have a better quality of life. The house isn’t our dream home because I had to make some design center choices early in the process that I would not have made if I had known in advance the accessibility costs. In the end, the accessibility costs were minimal but beyond the design deadline. I called the design center and they confirmed we were unable to make any changes, even if minor. After we are settled, we will make the changes to upgrade our home’s appliances; repaint the home’s interior (I loathe the flat wall and baseboard paint and baseboards are not what was promised by the design center); add laundry room cabinets, etc. We are pleased with the accessibility changes that allow my husband to enter the house through the interior garage door and to go out on the patio, but not pleased that he is unable to enter our home through the front door due to engineering issues. We should have been guided to a different lot before the house was purchased and built. The Sales liaison, the Builder’s liaison, and the Mortgage company were wonderful to work with but we wouldn’t work with the Title company again. Be very careful of promises. Once the deal is done getting things done is not so easy.

We are enjoying our new home I only wish that the finishing teams would have taken more care trim that does not come down to the floor on doorways holes cut too large for fixtures flooring not done completely the finish on the tile in our master bath these are just some of the things that I wish they would’ve taken more care with

When the housing market went crazy, they did not cancel your contract and hold you over a barrel to pay more, like other builders did. There are several things they do extra that others don't (in Texas). I believe they should point outl those attributes of the building process up front during the sales phase.

Minor issues with items not completed at closing

Selection of architectural and design options made so much easier by the experienced sales rep. Pulte has a solid, easily understood construction process they rigorously adhere to. Each week, the owner receives photos of construction progress. Pulte’s construction manager and post construction personnel have been great to work with in resolving any issues with the construction or ‘finishing’ of our home.

Process for responding to issues is slow.

The builder did a great job getting our house built in these trying times.

We had a great experience with pulse home builders but the Pilates mortgage experience was horrible. After we had provided all paperwork several times we never got the ok to close till the day before

Overall it was a good experience for me

Allow brick or stone facades to houses (as formerly done).. Allow wash tubs in garages (as was done up until recently). Allow pocket doors as an option. Allow pantry doors to open “out.” Note: we paid a carpenter to change ours. One of our better decisions was to use Pultes mortgage, insurance, and legal firms. The coordination between them was seamless and perfect. Made our job much easier.

If you get granite, it may not look like what the sample showed. It might be lighter, darker, not as much variety in color, not consistent design, etc. Brick choice will also not match choice as may be lighter than sample. To get the color of cabinets, we had to upgrade to self-closing and pull-out trays which were more expensive since there were only 2 VERY basic colors. Home clean up left much to be desired and are working on items. Grass is lumpy and needs topsoil in many areas as not rolled enough for even surface.

Very qualified builder and adherence to the schedule. Only issue was in performing the finished , but structural was superior.

I love my home however I think there could’ve been better workmanship and care taken when completing it. Christian was helpful acknowledging and resolving a few of the problems. I have hired an outside inspector who found many more problems. As I look around now I find a few more that I feel was basically done either in a rush by workers trying to complete things or maybe they just didn’t care. I have a tile that was put not put in with the pattern in mind, I have granite that is cracked and lots of other things too numerous to mention on this. I am going to trust fully that Pulte homes will take care of these problems as I do love my home but hope to love it even more! Thank you ... More
