Excellent very responsive to any inquiry and made certain all concerns were addressed/fixed

We love our new home by Pulte. In general we are very happy. There are some small issues eg: paint chips, finish work. I am assured these touch ups will be taken care of at our 11 month warranty. We did have a leak that was addressed immediately and are very happy with the quick response and repair work.

Beautiful home, well built to a point, but watch out for the missing details. Still finding and dealing with some sloppy workmanship issues that should not exist. The good news is that most are being addressed, slowly, but it is a never-ending process finding things that should have just been done right the first time.

He went out of his way to be certain all our last minute issues were handled.

My problem was with my salesman. He led me to believe that I could upgrade or downgrade some items which was totally not true since my home was already in the process of being built. So partly my fault for trusting him and reading everything in detail. The new salesman that I was assigned to did try very hard to make it right and was able to let me downgrade my stove to electric instead of gas.

Del Webb provides a beautiful community here in Westborough. The quality of the appliances is builder grade unless you upgrade.

Steve was our contact in the construction of our home. He was very responsive to our concerns and questions. We never had a problem getting in contact with him and as we were not able to visit the job site he worked very well with our local contact person. Any issues with construction were addressed immediately. Great job and a great house. Thank you Del Webb and Steve.

We would rate the personnel as very professional and friendly with a desire to be helpful. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. There are generally small issues which have been repaired to our satisfaction. One major concern with our lot grading is very frustrating in that it is wrong. There is agreement, but no resolution or push to resolve the issue…

Except for a couple notification issues regarding changes to site plan and walk through, Dexter was awesome and kept us informed of work being done, and he provided great recommendations.

Quality of workmanship is high.

The building process was well planned by the building team. They kept us informed throughout the process from design to closing. The Project Manager, Mike resolved all of our concerns through closing.

ALL vacant lots next to a completed home should be maintained on a weekly basis. Vacant lots grass should NOT be any higher than you accept from a home owner.

We intended to pay cash for our new home; however, because we had not yet sold our existing home we were required to apply for a mortgage to purchase the Del Webb home. The loan application process was horrible. The loan processors required us to provide information that was not ultimately needed and difficult for us to obtain in a format suitable to them.. Although we did eventually get approval for the loan, we did not need it because our home sold as expected.

Construction Nanagers did a great job. Disappointed with some of the quality. 1/8 inch thick engineered hardwood was a shock. Fixtures in bathrooms were not the same quality as pictured in model.

Very good home buying experience. Had a few issues but they were worked out with some reasonable follow up.

We recently built a Prestige model in Sun City HH. The builder was great to work with. We were kept apprised of the building process and appreciated the check-in meetings. As with any new construction, there were some issues upon moving in that needed to be addressed. However, the construction manager was very responsive in addressing our concerns.

Our construction manager, Spencer, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive and honest and very trustworthy in providing periodic updates. Once closed, our customer care representative, Andy, who is supposed to support any concerns post-closing through at least the first year, just disappeared. After repeated requests for a new person to take over what Andy had started regarding some issues we had with the new house we were infromed about there weeks later that Andy had quit. We were also informed that a new person would reach out to us. Sixteen days since that news was conveyed and we have yet to speak to anyone to assist in our post-purchase concerns. That is unacceptable but since this survey seemed to focus on the pre-closing aspect we wanted to make sure that all credit due was provided to Spencer and our sales representative, Lance, both of whom made this a very pleasurable and seamless endeavor. ... Purchase for Cash Transaction was a bit casual, without face to face interaction prior to wire transfer.

Since purchasing in May the plumber has been trying to clear a clogged drain and subsequent back up. Raw sewage in the shower! We had to leave for a couple of months and The third clean out Was done in our absence. We Return in three weeks. Hopefully it’s fixed this time. Matt at customer service has been responsive but that doesn’t make the nasty experience a nice thing.

I had been looking for a place to call home and the Del Webb Nocatee fits the bill. Ian was amazing and always will to assist with and out of state buyer and the extra work that might come with that sale. What I struggle is I’m now on my third home supervisor and the home was clearly not as quality controlled and it would have been if there was the same supervisor overseeing the construction. Ben is doing his best to get it up to Pulte’s standards and for that I thank him. Looking forward to transitioning into retired life once this home is put together and I can enjoy the life this move offers. ... More

Overall we had a good and reasonably easy process. I am however still not satisfied with the painters quality. Lots of paint speckles left on the tile floor. We are also not satisfied with the trim calking throughout the house and in the master bath. Many gaps and also spots where the floor meets the wall that there is either too much or not enough calk. All of this said, the process itself had a very good flow and our salesperson was very helpful.

The construction manager was very knowledgeable and help full. Some minor issues were taken care of.

Project Manager communication was great. Superintendent & quality control did bot meet up to the tasks at hand, Oven frame not installed left in oven. Oven warranty not with oven package, Had to put your head inside the oven upside down and take a picture on cell phone to complete the warranty information. Quality of microwave, wall oven, bathroom hardware accessories below quality. Laundry room facet cheap. House was dirty, workman sloppy trash left inside home on visit before final walkthrough. HVAC did not have a filter in the A/C unit. Closing process to meet new home buyer with HOA is non existent . Welcome package was picked up at sales office. HOA or sales should meet with new homebuyer and review information for the community. Facebook, community links, tour of the facilities. Very disappointed . Email is efficient but not personable. ... We had a great experience with Pulte. Their mortgage people, Robin, Chris, and Theresa were exceptional. Their service department with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help resolve any issues. They are lucky to have him.
