Despite your suggestion, I want to state that Jared Sampson was a terrific superintendent. He went beyond the call of duty to respond to my issues. I can’t say the same for the HOS group in the Canopy. “To save money, we only buy name tags quarterly.” Isn’t their key role to make homeowners feel welcome? “We haven’t ordered the stickers for golf carts yet.” What’s the wait? About went crazy…told me my mailbox was by the sales office. Nope, it was on Timber Light Trail. Their suggestion was to stand in line at the post office. When I left a note, the post person helped me figure out the issue. Oh well, it’s my time not theirs. Still haven’t figured out how to get monthly direct pay for my HOS fees after numerous emails. ... More

Our townhouse is beautiful and we're very happy with it overall. Timeframes for delivery were never accurate and delays were extensive. While much of the work is of high quality, we did experience some issues that should have been caught before we moved in (for example a leaking pipe that caused damage to the hardwood floor and gas leak), however we've been very pleased by the responsiveness and follow through by the team. We also feel that the prices for upgraded items, such as appliances, are far beyond reasonable given the retail prices, and we assume that they are able to get discounts. Like pex plumbing, cabinetry, insulation materials, lumber quality, wiring, landscape countoured for proper drain, flooring, accoustics, windows. KitchenAid fridge & oven have issues. Upstairs toilet was non functional upon arrival. Low voltage audio system was not installed, parts missing. HVAC air filters were filthy, looked like they had not been changed for a year or more.

The development and amenity package in the Del Webb is first class. Our prior home was new construction in a Pulte!Wieland development. Standard features in our prior home such as garage wall paint finish, irrigation system, and wood trim around windows are all up charges at Del Webb. The sales consultants main focus was concern about the closing of the sale of our current home. This negative attitude dampened the excitement and fun normally associated with purchasing a new home. Our walkthrough representative Josh was excellent and very responsive.

We bought a model home. We love the house and all the upgrades. All have been helpful in answering our questions. But disappointed that Pulte states you buy the house "as is". It them appears that the builder moves on to the next project. And has less regard for the model home .With our home inspection there were some issues found. We are working on those. Furthermore, our neighbors are very wonderful, and as we walk along the paths everyone waves..and they even stop and introduce themselves. Finally, the clubs and activities are great. It feels as if you are at camp.

Our supervisor Austin made the experience pleasant as he was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had during building, inspection and after the sale.

We are happy with our home overall but still dealing with some things that needed to be fixed.

Great responsible Builder. My questions and or concerns were always explained and addressed timely, fairly and appropriately.

I wanted a quality built home, just felt the workmanship towards the end was rushed and poor workmanship showed with being rushed to close. Overall really like the neighborhood met some wonderful neighbors already.

The buying process was easy. However the fact that you only have two weeks to make any changes or upgrades was troublesome. The pricing of upgrades is outrageous. Why the home has tile- carpet - tile in the entry makes no sense. And asking for that small piece of carpet to be tiled was not allowed.

Quality of build was great. Finish part of build could have been better and not so rushed.

Warranty group very effective, quality seems so far very good. Great neighborhood

Property facility manager addressed the issues that were missed by the building crew.

Although our field manager changed mid-build, we had good communication from both managers. Construction was delayed 10 weeks waiting for impact resistant windows--not the builder's fault. Upon closing, we had a small punch list, and our customer service rep/liaison has been outstanding in scheduling subcontractors to correct those minor items. A month after close, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliances we selected during design. One will arrive next week. Other residents have experienced the same, and current supply chain issues have not helped. Overall, we are pleased with our new home and very pleased with the neighbors and greater community. ... Unfortunately, due to supply chain problems, Pulte was unable to complete our home as originally scheduled. Their communication on the delays could have been better and help avoid needless extra costs on our move. Overall their response to problems after closing has been acceptable.

Overall a good experience . Love our new home.Srill have a few issues to be worked out with our home,but we are enjoying our new home.Thanks we live in Del Web.

Knowledgeable salesperson, great plans with lots of options made buying easy. Build process was explained well, and necessary changes were resolved as quickly as possible. Pleased with final results.

Considering current supply chain issues, process was exceptional.

It was evident that some of the tradesmen took pride in their work while others not so much.

Overall a positive experience. House was built on schedule in spite of supply chain delays . Some minor issues still being addressed but no big deal. Project Manager David R was outstanding. Did everything within his power to get things done . Pulte mortgage contact Jen B was also a shining star. One thing that could improve is flexibility. Pulte is not flexible when making changes to their set standards!

COVID delays lessened the experience.

When the housing market went crazy, they did not cancel your contract and hold you over a barrel to pay more, like other builders did. There are several things they do extra that others don't (in Texas). I believe they should point outl those attributes of the building process up front during the sales phase.
