The house is/was as expected. We have had an issue with the Oven Microwave unit. Oven does not heat above 260 degrees and we anticipate receiving a replacement on 11/14/22 which is 58 days form our move in date of 9/22/22. I asked our construction manager for paint codes, exact color or interior touchup paint and never received s response. I also asked for the trash cans for the trash cabinet to which there has been no response. We finally located the correct size and bought them ourselves. The sod we received was infested with grubs and bugs and we have had to resod the lawn. Otherwise we love the house. ... More

Our first new home buying experience in 35 years. Supply chain issues delayed our delivery dateThere are always issues with any new build, but in our case they have been minor. Billy, Justin and Zach were very responsive to our needs. Several amenities with this 55+ community have yet to be built. We did purchase the home when they first came on the market and have seen appreciation of our home price. Our sales rep Devon has been great and very responsive even after our closing.

Our salesperson Zac was extremely knowledgable about the build process. While we never met our build super, the young men from Las Vegas were very helpful during this process. The title company personnel, Sandra and Christine, were amazingly helpful throughout the process to ensure we went from our original Del Webb home to our new Del Webb seamlessly. We love our new home!

We're happy for the most part with our purchase. There is buyer's remorse when it comes to having some of the warranty work scheduled as well as the amount of items that needed to be addressed. That said, the workers who do come out for the vendors are very good thus far. Some of the work has a shoddy quality to it. There was also a lack of care to protect flooring during work with paint, etc. left on the floors for us to clean or try to clean off. We do love the Brickstone Club amenity center and happy hours. Plus not having to do yard work or snow shoveling is great. The 55+ community is wonderful here. ... More

Leeah is ok Sebastian is useless we moved in Aug 8. It’s been 3 months and issues have not been fixed. The window in the third bedroom will not lock and is loose there was a break in and we can’t secure our home. The island was placed in the wrong place good thing we are small so we can open the refrigerator. The window in the 3rd bedroom is wider at the bottom than the top so I can’t put a shade in. I would not recommend del Webb there are more issues and most have been addressed at the first walkthrough and only a few have been fixed. We had a great experience watching our new home being built. Our field manager, Anthony, was exceptional; responsive, funny and really easy to work with. Now that we have lived in our home for a month, we are really enjoying git. I would say, however, that there are a lot of little things we’ve noticed,such as paint spotsn carpeting, small gashes in doors Gotham haven’t been painted over, spots of glue or other substances on the floors and a drawer that already fell off it’s track. We consider this lack of attention to detail by the many trades involved in building the house. And the Pulte warranty department has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE!! ... More

Mike with the Warranty Dept was very attentive. Sales needed to be clearer about unavailable options with a pre-designed purchase. A 55+ community should be more accommodating for a handicap or safer shower and given more options for upgrades.

Did not like having to blind bid on the land.. lot should have a price, take it or leave it.. bidding is just a giant money grab.. good for Pulte but bad for buyers.. another example of corporate greed

We love our home's floor plan, but the attention to detail really shows a lack of worker oversight when it comes to craftsmanship. We have lived in the home for about eight weeks and have a list of nearly forty issues. About seven of the issues have been corrected, and I corrected about half of them. Del Webb has been very slow to address issues and get them corrected. My advice would be for a new buyer to stand their ground and not to close escrow until the home is finished to their liking. At this point, I would not be able to recommend a Del Webb home to a friend. Del Webb has a great concept, but poor follow through. Perhaps my opinion will change in the future, if it doesn't take Del Webb forever to correct our issues. ... More

Not my first time buying. Very stressful. I understand supply chain issues, but it was a year building process. The salesman was very good and I had good communication with him. The project manager was not in touch with me unless I wrote him. I am surprised at the workmanship of some items (tiles, caulking). I have a list of issues to be addressed, closed a month ago.

I like many found that the home was not complete on closing. I struggled to even get sombody to respond. I was promissed all would be fixed. Nothing was fixed, infact after I moved in I found many more major faults. Master bedroom had no electrics for a week. They found dangerous wiring fault. No hot water, infact no water came out of hot faucet. No internet, they forgot to order it to be connected and then found out no underground conduit was installed to wire the system in. This system comes with the house price and HOA. As we have no cell phone tower internet is important. WE WERE LEFT IN A DANGEROUS POSSITION AS WE HAD NO CONTACT WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD UNLESS WE DRIVE TO A CELL PHONE RECEPTION AREA 4 MILES AWAY. The landscape was half finished, the sod badly laid is mostly dead, no idea when or if that wil be sorted. Sliding doors hard to open, my wife cannot open them, badly installed and damaged, the framing has a 1/2 inch bow in the vertical. Floor tiles have many not fixed to floor correctly so are loose. Walls out of vertical by 3/4 of an inch in various places. Walls bowed buy up to an inch in varios places. Most interior doors stick shut at top or bottom or both, This is because the fromes the doors are in are badly fitted and bent. Damaged vanity unit in master bathroom. Bad stucco on most of outside . Block driveway has suncken for the third time. I can go on but this is just an example of the disgusting quality of home I was sold. I closed on 13 September 2022 it is now November and nothing realy sorted. Still they have my money so who cares, So be warned . ... More

Homes built at breakneck speed with little if any attention to detail. Painters have no idea what a drop cloth is, and I spent a few hours myself doing additional caulking and paint touch up. Some exterior left unpainted. Biggest issue was concrete floor and garage cracks. Project manager despite the above was awesome and clearly cared for customer concerns, issues pointed out during build were attended to immediately. Hopefully warranty reps. will be same (TBD).

The initial experience of selecting a lot and house options was good and efficient. The Building process was average, and communication was good. The final inspection and closing process was not good and we felt rushed and pressured to sign off that everything was complete (less than 2 hours). We all know there are always errors/fixes after closing, but the Pulte philosophy is once closing happens don't bother us until month 11 of the first year, not acceptable. The post closing process with Pulte is terrible and response has been slow to non-existent for broken light fixtures, weather stripping install, exhaust fan fix, refrigerator water dispenser not working, mis-matched cabinet doors, etc. Pulte Management is invisible and not involved. Plus no home mail delivery for 4 weeks after move-in due to mail box assigned not forwarded to USPS and no HOA information at Closing. Plus we have to endure a A/C compressor swap out after closing because Pulte ignored county code for install. ... More

This was my first experience with the process involved in building a house. I am pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with from the sales person to the title company were knowledgeable and pleasant. The on site field manager, Nick, made sure I understood all the advantages of this house and was quick to address the few issues found during the walk through. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and how energy efficient this house is. I intend to enjoy my new home for many years.

Overall we are more than very pleased with our home. Our only disappointment was our closed date was pushed back several weeks to the exact date we were leaving on an overseas cruise. We were offered no flexibility on moving up the closing date even by a week. The response to any after closing issues has been excellent. Luke was top notch throughout the building process. We would build a Del Webb home again.

Outstanding customer service. State of the art facilities!

We experienced excellent customer service and attentiveness from everyone on the team throughout the process. We had been in our old home over 26 years, so home buying, let alone home building, was a new experience for us. Del Webb and Pulte made that experience great.

Make sure you don't purchase the cheapest appliance pkg. We did, and the stove is by far the WORST I've ever had. Poor quality, sides of oven (next to cupboards) heat up to 150 degrees when oven is on. Heat from vent hits the front panel so it is HOT to the touch and very dangerous for kids

Overall experience was very good. Sales person Danelle was awesome. Had some issues with the house. Incorrect kitchen faucet, and 4 interior doors that were incorrect. Had an electrical problem in the garage. A few fit and finish items as well.

The buying process had a few glitches. No changes can be made to the exterior of the home after the initial contract is signed. We wanted to make a change on the front door to have glass in it and the change was not allowed. The communication within the organization is poor!

The buying experience was great but it seems that the organization is either not staffed for a quick response or not interested in resolving issues promptly.

We have a real issue with quality of products as well as workmanship. For a home over $500,000 doors should be wood, not hollow ones that delaminated even before close. Some of the molding was not wood. There were many other items that were upgrades that should be standard. And much of the detail work was poorly done. Our builder did his best but there were still many issues after closing.
