Overall homes are good, there are few places where they don't look great.

Overall, the experience was very good. There were some quality problems with painting/caulking/grouting and splattering of paint on the hard wood floors. But the house is well constructed and closing process was very efficient.

The home model was fitting us well as retired individuals. The construction is very nest.

It was great to see the house while being built. However, Pulte does not consider the buyer very well - requesting I travel on Thanksgiving week. The time to visit should be better planned along with closing time. I was fortunate since Pulte worked with me on the timeframe.

The people that we worked with really seemed to care and tried to make the home buying experience a positive one.

Del Webb has chosen a beautiful location in Fuquay Varina to build homes. Del Webb takes pride in beautifying it’s property with lovely flowers and trees throughout the area It’s a lovely place to come home to.

While the quality of the materials used for and in our Del Webb home is very good and we LOVE our beautiful home, we are disappointed with the workmanship evidenced by the number of annoying repairs & corrections needed within our first 90 days of homeownership. We think homeowners can expect a few adjustments as part of any post-settlement home. However, we have an an exceptional number of annoying repairs, fixes and adjustments in our new Del Webb home. Building a home requires coordination of a extensive number of activities, accessing materials and working with suppliers, all of which are mind boggling but home builders are very experienced at managing all of the activities needed to deliver a COMPLETED home. While we have had NO SERIOUS problems, which would be issues that effect the appearance or functionality of any feature of our home, we believe Del Webb deserves 4 STARS for the number of annoying issues to address in our new home. ... Since we started this proyect, my wife and I , have been very happy with the quality of your service

I love our Project Manager Matt. He's very attentive and quick to react to any problems we may have, big or small. Some items are a little shabby and surprised us the sub-contractor would leave it that way.

Dedicated team very helpful from beginning until closing. I will recommend Pulte to anyone of my friend.

Overall met my expectations and happy with outcome.

We were absentee owners so a lot could have gone wrong that didn't. We had a particularly good project manager. However, some cost saving issues, not the PM decision, were a little silly. To not seal your tiles floor before move in makes no sense and cost more money in the end plus its a big pain.

They deliver our home in time. Products of our home are exceptional. Sales agent should be upfront and aware of the capacity of Solar system. Choices of elevation should be discussed in detail ahead of time, even before signing up the lot.

From our perspective, the Field Mgr. assigned to us certainly lived up to his ‘golden rule’ statement on his email signature: “I want to provide you with the same service I would expect myself.” His positive, can-do attitude was the major reason our home buying experience with Del Webb was so enjoyable. In short, we found him to be a class act and an asset to the Pulte organization. The homes are well-built.

Sales person was great. She kept us well informed throughout the process and addressed our questions promptly.

Much improved since our previous purchase.

Working with the salesperson and the construction manager was pleasurable. The details of the finished product, unfortunately, fell short.

Communication should be more forthcoming

Despite your suggestion, I want to state that Jared Sampson was a terrific superintendent. He went beyond the call of duty to respond to my issues. I can’t say the same for the HOS group in the Canopy. “To save money, we only buy name tags quarterly.” Isn’t their key role to make homeowners feel welcome? “We haven’t ordered the stickers for golf carts yet.” What’s the wait? About went crazy…told me my mailbox was by the sales office. Nope, it was on Timber Light Trail. Their suggestion was to stand in line at the post office. When I left a note, the post person helped me figure out the issue. Oh well, it’s my time not theirs. Still haven’t figured out how to get monthly direct pay for my HOS fees after numerous emails. ... More

Our townhouse is beautiful and we're very happy with it overall. Timeframes for delivery were never accurate and delays were extensive. While much of the work is of high quality, we did experience some issues that should have been caught before we moved in (for example a leaking pipe that caused damage to the hardwood floor and gas leak), however we've been very pleased by the responsiveness and follow through by the team. We also feel that the prices for upgraded items, such as appliances, are far beyond reasonable given the retail prices, and we assume that they are able to get discounts. Like pex plumbing, cabinetry, insulation materials, lumber quality, wiring, landscape countoured for proper drain, flooring, accoustics, windows. KitchenAid fridge & oven have issues. Upstairs toilet was non functional upon arrival. Low voltage audio system was not installed, parts missing. HVAC air filters were filthy, looked like they had not been changed for a year or more.

The development and amenity package in the Del Webb is first class. Our prior home was new construction in a Pulte!Wieland development. Standard features in our prior home such as garage wall paint finish, irrigation system, and wood trim around windows are all up charges at Del Webb. The sales consultants main focus was concern about the closing of the sale of our current home. This negative attitude dampened the excitement and fun normally associated with purchasing a new home. We are pleased with our new home and the amenities available in our community. The neighbors are wonderful and we look forward to many happy years here. ... More
