Several finish items that required additional attention are still not completed. This is partly due to our final move in doesn't occur till 11/20 due to personal delays. All other experiences with Dell Web, Pulte finance and Pulte Homes has been excellent and folks representing them great to work with. We just have the final detail work to finish.

Since moving in we have had issues w doorbells not working and light to our outside address not lighting up. We have sent several texts and told an electrician would be by to fix it. That has not happened for at least 3 wks.

Thin walls

The home has a great layout. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and you can hear the outside very easily. The walls jn the house aren’t solid as sound travels through the ENTIRE home. The home is very echoing.

Be more flexible to allow buyers to change floor plans would be great. Otherwise, my experience was great with Pulte. They have great website to track the progress, design center. Floor tile installment was very pricey, it would nice to include as standard base price.

The buying experience was good. The only downside I experienced was Del Webb' unwillingness to share specific technical details regarding the wiring specifications in advance of the purchase. The closing experience was good. The home supervisor stayed on top of critical issues (HVAC for example) prior to closing. The warranty service thus far has exposed some electrical issues that Del Webb warranty challenges. First, the second floor electrical system is all 15amp. When I plug in a Dyson vacuum cleaner, some lights dim briefly (but the circuit breaker does not trip). I think this is a ...

We like our area and home, We spent more time listening to our Foreman on wanting us to give him high numbers than him ever getting things done. Sales was great, home pretty good at closing, after inspection lots of promises not much action. We had to complete things ourselves.

We love the community and the home we chose - they definitely fit our life style. There were build quality issues such as interior paint on floors and light switches in every room, as well as exterior drainage and erosion issues. Overall, we are happy with the home, just wish there were fewer problems to deal with.

I wish I could have given a higher rating as some Del Webb associates went above and beyond while others were condescending and rude especially in the sales department. Sales is the face of DelWebb and she acted like they were doing us a favor purchasing the home. We ended up losing thousands of dollars and it was a “too bad attitude.” If I could say anything to DelWebb readership …one or two individuals ruined our experience and feeling towards DelWebb as a brand.

Builder could really strengthen the brand by being more responsive, more attentive to detail, and less careless! Make sure all issues are addressed that are found during walkthrough before purchasing the home. Framing, sheetrock and flooring issues are not corrected. The warranty people for Pulte Group do not respond to issues of the home or property in the time frame they give you. Still questionable if they do.

Bought a move in ready model home…appears to be good value getting upgrade features at lower cost. Paperwork was surprisingly plentiful…could drive you nuts. Pressure an no flexibility on closing date. Walk through happened 3 days before closing but punch list was not completed…assured all would be taken care of quickly. Somehow in Warranty process and appears to be wrapping up 4 months later. Jasmine in Warranty seems very helpful:-) One disagreement on guest bathroom tub condition not noticed during walk through…may still get resolved, may not…get help to go over every detail ...

initially we had warm fuzzys, but as the process continued we felt that we were just another sale. We approached this home buying experience as our last forever home. There are several things I would do differently if I had the opportunity to build a new home again. I would like more than four hours to go over all of the selections that you have to make at the design center. When you are selecting your flooring, cabinets, electrical and lighting and are new at this process it is very overwhelming. The communications during construction was very good. The punch out handling I believe could have been handled better. The post customer care I feel is average according to who is involved. Some issues were prompt but others you get multiple answers and minimal results. I believe due to too many contractors on some items.

Overall the home has met our desires It is NOT a home with great workmanship, or high quality. The option upgrades are very expensive. I would put the value of these homes as average. Our construction manager was excellent, managing much of our concerns in a timely manner. The follow-up by Del Web customer service definitely met our expectations. You have to stay on top of the building project right up until your closing.
