Our new home is beautiful!

Many lay-outs to choose from although there were no apartment models available for viewing when I purchased my apartment in Building 1.

Fun to work with from the sales through design phase and build phase. We have enjoyed our new home.

Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

We love the design of our Martin Ray home. It was finished on time and we love how the community is laid out and how nice all the neighbors are. We are very happy to be a part of the neighborhood.

Anthony made the experience during this unusual time very easy, he kept us up to date with the delays and worked hard to get house finished. My only complaint is the painting and calking are not up to the price paid for home.

Overall, a positive experience. There was no pressure and a model was available to examine. Not being allowed to select room colors was a disappointment. They can keep flooring choices straight in various locations so why not paint colors? The light fixture in the dining room was not centered and there was no outlet in a needed location even though there was one in the model. The kitchen exhaust fan is very loud. There could have been more options. For example, being able to get (& pay for) a solar tube to light center of house. Being able to select ceiling fans rather than pay for builders fixtures and then immediately replace with fans would have been better. A couple of things could have been articulated more accurately - the million dollar termite warranty is actually 100K per year over 10 years and the last 9 only are valid if you hire the pest control company. There was supposedly a deal with an alarm company but that was a wild goose chase. What was done was done extremely well. Both my real estate agent and private building inspector said that the house had the fewest deficiencies they had encountered. There were weekly calls from the construction manager and any questions were promptly answered responsively. The quality of the work reflects on him primarily. Del Webb is fortunate to have Steve. Response to all issues has been phenomenal. Would like to have seen some leeway in how the interior of the home is laid out. I.e. light switches, lack of lights in closets

This home is very nice. I guess I expected a fridge in the package. The only complaint is this is an over 65 community and in the master bathroom there is NO medicine cabinet. Most of us take medicine and it is really inconvenient to keep under the vanity in a box. That is really bad. Also the master closet could be bigger and the laundry room a little smaller. Other than that it has been a good experience.

Too many restrictions on upgrades! This home could have been so much better if we were able to upgrade some items but this restriction basically says this is a cookie cutter home at custom prices! If the community had not been exceptional, we would have chosen another Lakewood Ranch development!

We really like the layout and design of our new home. The community and residents are great. Our only area we wish was little better was the workmanship of the home. It seems speed was a higher priority than the workmanship of the finished product.

Builders team was great

Excellent buying experience. Home constructed as expected. Some desired upgrades and options were not available, e.g., impact resistant windows, electrical modifications, additional plumbing outlets, etc. Warranty service is difficult to obtain.

Be sure you make appointments with builder and make thoughts/needs known about how you want the house to be completed.

I purchased a spec home and there were a few issues that were supposed to be fixed before closing. When I arrived the morning of closing they were not completed but I was told the would be completed asap. Since closing, I have had promises the issues will be fixed but they have not been completed at this time, 5 weeks after moving into my new home.

Good selection of models. Good communication from purchase through warranty work. Jacob was very good at keeping us updated with information and photos. He was accomodating to our requests to visit with some after market vendors prior to closing. Angie checked in out us and our progress. Nikki was so very helpful and patient on our selection day. Getting options in advance was very helpful. Your new selections available in January were what helped make our decision. We wanted the space but not a second floor. The issues we have found after closing so far has been fixed to our satisfaction and in a very timely manner. Some of these things should have been correct the first time around , but Debbie has been very responsive in getting things made right. ... More

We built in Tidewater, Estero, Florida. Great experience with the Pulte staff. The product is excellent.

Plan on going over budget at design center

The builder team was very good.

We signed the contract to build our home in late February pre-pandemic. Despite the COVID challenges, our home was completed on time. There remain a few issues to be resolved, but for the most part everyone has been responsive.

Quality products still being offered on home construction. However their workmanship level has diminished when it comes to actual installation of those products. Built a home in same community five years ago and had absolutely no issues during construction phase. With the second home built in 2020, had to constantly bring up issues during construction; missed options, options I did not select, quality of installations on tile, drywall, cabinets, etc. Very, very different unexpected experience. I chose to come back to Sun City Peach Tree because of the first building experience so was completely taken by surprise on this second build. Would still live here but be prepared to watch closely how the house is built during construction. ... More
