Overall, the whole process from visiting the model homes to actual moving in to our home was a very rewarding experience. We chose alot of upgrades to the house. The quality of the workmanship, details were excellent. The entire building team, inspectors were thorough at their job. We received weekly updates on our house throughout the entire process. There were minimal issues or problems and whatever issues there were , they were fixed efficiently. Our recommendations are : need to include niches in all showers. Need to improve the quality of the paving stones in front of the house. ...

The buying process was good. We had an inspection prior to closing even though it was a new build. Glad we did, found issues ranging from, needs to be taken care of now to touch up paint like issues. We felt like we got a very good price for the home. Our main issue is, we were told of a few minor things when we did our walk thru after closing that still have not been resolved. We also had some tile issues that are in the process of being addressed but its taking a while. They needed to purchase a box of tiles, two plus weeks ago and we haven't been contacted as to when the tiles and ...

The builder seems to have a strategy to do the lease amount of quality building that they can get away with. If the buyer doesn’t find a problem neither will the builder. The buyer will finally get tired of trying to get things done right and just accept what they get and move on.

Don’t buy a Pulte home in Sun city

Terrible workmanship. Quick dry concrete and mortar is used. After it rains an ugly white stain will appear on the foundation and mortar. Builder not responsible. Bowed walls, missing texture on corners, shelf in laundry room missing, sloppy painting on doors, sprinkler head in neighbors yard. I ordered a brick based on an existing house. The bricks on my house have divots/holes. The house I based my brick decision on does not have holes. My house looks like it’s 100 years old and was in a war zone. DO NOT BUILD A DEL WEB PLUTE HOME! You’ll regret it.

I just had a home built in the Del Webb Veramendi community in Texas and couldn't be happier with the process. Cody H was my construction manager and he kept me up-to-date on all the different phases of the build, which was much appreciated since I was in Michigan! Now that I've closed and moved in, he's been a big help with follow-up instances of learning about my home....like how to prep the home for a freeze or where the 220-breaker box is. I think I'm going to love it here!

We are unhappy about the $967 tax bill from Lorain County and the electric bill is extremely high. We lived there only 3 weeks and 5 days because we are in Florida for the winter months.

My Del Webb home is very well insulated and the air/heating unit is quieter than any house I have owned. They put the overhead unit in the center of the house. Making the ducts all close to the same length. Even the standard faucets are of decent quality. Home seems large for a 1700 Sq foot plan. Overall very happy with our purchase

The sales and construction staff are excellent! I had a few problems after closing that were resolved promptly. I was overwhelmed with all apps required and warranty registration, while trying to unpack moving boxes. However, I’m old and not a tech guru and a single person. I wish there was a resource to help with the tech stuff. I also expected that gutters were included in the cost of house and not an added cost at the design meeting. Pulte it self has been fantastic. Very organized and helpful. Mike our build manager could not have been better. We got a quality build and everything we expected. The part that was taxing was the mortgage company. To many layers and steps. You never knew who you were talking to for what purpose. Someone would call to make an appointment for you to talk to another person for some unknown purpose. No accurate info about what you had to paid on cash for closing until late in game. Like time to prepare.

Our new mutual experience was good with Alex. He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After the closing it went downhill fast. They had to come back four times to install the right glass in the master shower. They came back four times to fix/replace the flex room doors. Finally had to remove entire frame. Still waiting for them to be painted. During final walk through we identified many issues with cabinets (screws coming thru range hood, dings and warped cabinet doors). I got a nice call from a young lady that asked me how everything was. I only had three problems at that time and I told her that I had spoke with Tex and I’m sure he was taking care of everything and since then he has taken every taken care of everything and the one thing that couldn’t be fixed now will be fixed in the spring and I feel sure he will do that and I don’t have to worry about it. He’s a very nice gentleman.
