Cleanliness and finish work were less professional than I expected. A large number of paint splatters on wood floor, circles of paint on floor where paint can was set. Food flooring has flaws. Window sills, bathtub, sliding glass door tracks and other areas dirty. Front door not properly set. Gap under door lets wind howl through the house. Problems reported 4 weeks ago and work orders issued but not yet corrected

I love m house as far as the design, room sizes and responsiveness wrh our project manager. What is a huge disappointment is the finish work. We paid extra to have the craftsman’s package and expected the woodwork to be very attractive. There are so many things wrong with the trim that it’s embarrassing for people to see. Corners with large gaps, painting over nails that aren’t countersunk, rough and messed up wood; sloppily painted, just to name a few defects. The sales staff were supportive. Showed me many options to help me feel comfortable choosing a floorplan that worked for me, and not just one of the models. The design center was great. My construction manager gave me weekly updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt like a bother. I was able to ensure my forever home was just what I wanted.

The structural components of the house seem very sound. However, there is a lack of detail on the finishing touches. Paint and grout are all over my tile and it is difficult to get out. I can’t get into my portal from the title company to get any of my closing documents despite several attempts in reaching out. If Del Webb has nothing to do with this, then I’m sorry but this experience is in this community.

Overall good experience. The house is a good one but like a million others EXACTLY like it. Far too limited in color and design choices both inside and out. Pulte should up their game on floor planning options as well… placement of walls and options for owner’s suite bathrooms are far too confined. The people involved in the buy/build experience are GREAT and are what satisfied us as customers…. Overall our experience was very positive. The salesperson was knowledgeable and gave us great pointers as we picked our the house model and the features. The builder was on top of everything and sent weekly pictures since we lived out of state. She was easy to work with and ensured the home was well built. BUT...the day we moved in the fridge was warm on the inside. Read the manual and had builder come, called people, and could not figure out how to get it to produce cold. We absolutely love all of the floorpans that were offered at Del Webb. Storage is a big thing on my list and the Stardom is what delivered the space that we need. The walk up attic space was a big seller for us as well. Unfortunately, they only offer one elevation that will accommodate the large attic. Once we discovered the lack of attic space we were actually given, we were told that this was the first house that they had built like ours and that they were not aware of the issue until we pointed it out. Overall performance is dragged down by the low quality of construction workers employed, which is unfortunately typical in Texas. This brings the build quality down and increases the number of issues that must be addressed after the closing on the home. The builder representatives I encountered were excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Good communication for initial purchase. . Mortgage a hassle. Disappointed pool and clubhouse not done without a clear date to open. HOA fees should have been reduced until we get the amenities. Took a long time for HOA to approve ARC items. No parking at dog park poor planning. HOA start up not so seamless. Warranty items not addressed

The master bathroom sinks faucets were installed too far back and it has been over a month to try to fix. When I first reported Brandon was on vacation and he did finally come out to see the problem. Then the last conversation was October 8. I finally got in touch with my sales person Michelle how help with the issue. Since we moved in early September 2025, there has been a number of quality issues in our home. Example: Whirpool equipment is not up to quality standards (refrigerator, dryer and Microwave) have had parts replaced. They are really low quality appliances! Exterior painting was not up to par requiring multiple touch ups. Kitchen hood needed paint touch up. Driveway pavers are beginning to show indentation/sinking. Superintendent Travis has been very responsive at helping with punchlist and warranty issues. Build quality-there are walls that are not at right angles, messy grout work and drainage issues. HVAC issues that are unresolved. Noisy A/C condenser.

During the build, water run off was an issue and improvements were made based on my request. The basement is dry now. After closing issuse are being addressed one by one and going well. There are two significant issues about the garage and deck graded the wrong way appears to be a serious problem. We will see what happens.

Several finish items that required additional attention are still not completed. This is partly due to our final move in doesn't occur till 11/20 due to personal delays. All other experiences with Dell Web, Pulte finance and Pulte Homes has been excellent and folks representing them great to work with. We just have the final detail work to finish.
