The design center options are too limited and too restricted. I wanted a specific wall tile but I couldn’t pick it for my model which makes no sense since they have the tile. It would be great to add another 10 or 15 feet to provide a 1/2 bath and storage, The design center options are overpriced for the product. I just wish Pulte would give greater consideration to what buyers want and less on what Pulte has decided to offer. The construction manager kept me updated with photos and that was great. Generally happy issue with water leak in yard went from 5000 gallons water one month to 25000 next month. Think has been addressed but been unable get explanation.

The home buying experience seems very simple. Ken in sales very knowledgeable and explained answers to my questions very well. After buying my home, I had come across 3 major issues which doesn't make a person happy. I give Roby, my contact 5 stars in his responses to my issues and helping with contacting the proper people to resolve these issues.

There were a few workmanship issues most of which were addressed in a timely fashion. Delays due to a non-responsive project manager were surprising, but the new person Nathan who replaced them is outstanding and was able to get us into the home on time. Only two pet peeves : standard toilets offered are the low ones which is surprising since this is a 55 and older community ! Similarly, gutters are not included, in an area where there can be substantial rainfall. Overall, we are satisfied. The salesperson Ian is awesome!

A little more attention to detail in construction would have been good. I sure in a lot of instances there was a language barrier which contributed to some of the things that have to be corrected.

Joe Tosto, our field manager, was a professional during a difficult build process. Between supply chain issues, staffing of the trades, and delays on the property Joe kept things as positive as he could, he was the beacon of this process. Quality and workmanship is debatable as we have already have grout coming up in the master shower and have had electrical issues.

The workmanship up to this point seems pretty good, however, there are a few things (lack of responsiveness from after closing warranty providers, vent covers that are not spring loaded, etc) that could be improved. When I responded on a survey that the plumber who fixed my kitchen faucet didn't attach the sprayer, there was no follow up from the provider, which leads me to believe that these surveys are not reviewed for quality control. Additionally, the mortgage company didn't inform the build team that my closing date was moved up, so I was moving in while workers were still trying to ...

There were lots of hurdles to overcome. The designer was incredible. Closing was pushed back 3 times. The first notification came so late that my belongings were in storage and I was due to leave my state in 3 days. I was compensated so that's a plus.(Closing was over a month delayed) Then, we closed and I could not move in immediately because there was an issue with the front lock. Question everything and get things in writing. The sales rep specifically stated that I needed to get my down payment in asap to secure everything , especially since the interest rates were going up. I did this but my interest rates were not secured. There was more that should have been done to do this and she never said anything about it. As a result it cost me an additional $5500.00 to close my loan.

The overall experience with the builders was a 10. The Pulte mortgage company was a terrible experience worked with them for 10 months for a no we can’t find the mortgage. The new mortgage company we got funded in 2/5 weeks.

I have encountered several issues that need to be corrected, so far they seem to be responsive to getting the issues fixed. Somewhat frustrating at times but right now my expectation is that all issues will be resolved in a reasonable amount of time but you do need to stay on top of them with any open issues.

I have a mixed review. First of all the Sales person was outstanding and they were very professional and met our every need. The Construction Manager was also very professional and was great with the entire building process and has continued to work with me to finish the list of things still to be done with the house. Where I have issues is with the final condition of the home at closing. It was not finished - Pulte had issues with their contractors not showing up or not having workers available to finish my home. The house is/was as expected. We have had an issue with the Oven Microwave unit. Oven does not heat above 260 degrees and we anticipate receiving a replacement on 11/14/22 which is 58 days form our move in date of 9/22/22. I asked our construction manager for paint codes, exact color or interior touchup paint and never received s response. I also asked for the trash cans for the trash cabinet to which there has been no response. We finally located the correct size and bought them ourselves. The buying process had a few glitches. No changes can be made to the exterior of the home after the initial contract is signed. We wanted to make a change on the front door to have glass in it and the change was not allowed. The communication within the organization is poor!

Our Construction Manager, Michael was great. He was very responsive to correcting the few minor issues we had. He knows how to get things done and is willing to help you out as you are moving in. This was a huge change from our dealings with the sales person Janet. Sh was not helpful, rude and lacked any kind of willings to help us in the home buying process. She is why there are not 5 star rating.

Generally happy with our purchase. The materials and appliances are middle tier and some of the workmanship on the molding could have been better. But very happy with the responsiveness to any concerns raised and with the clubhouse and its staff.
