My house wasn’t clean before I moved in. Professional carpet cleaner said in all his 30 years he has never seen such filth in a brand new home. I have numerous issues that are still left unattended. I am not getting a response from the people responsible. I have issues with toilets, hot water, doors - we literally have to kick the back door to exit the house. A severe fire hazard.

No choices in windows or rear and front door Extra cost just for interior window trim Cracks in cement on front porch not being addressed by builder. No drawers in bathroom vanities Salesperson was very good Construction foreman very good

We are very happy with our new home. Great neighbors and very cute houses. Employees here are very nice.

For someone that has worked selling materials to custom builders for over 40 years my house was built as I expected

Many details were missed prior to closing, some small but a few important ones that caused my closing date to change twice. Although there was a lot inconvenience and stress caused, in the end, the issues were eventually addressed.

Sales agent was super. Building site supervisor was responsive. But there were about two dozen issues regarding poor workmanship or carelessness of builders. Fortunately, customer care response to outstanding issues has been great. Builder did promote its mortgage company, which pushed unacceptable terms; we were able to find much better terms easily. Title & closing was a grease fire--completely disorganized. Builder could not produce a Certificate of Occupancy in time for the initial closing date, resulting in a delay and forcing us to waste vacation and travel time. On day of closing, title company was lax communicating with our lender, jeopardizing receipt of funds. Title officer was very tardy arriving to office (we had a three-hour drive; she was local). ... Light switches don't make sense. Plumbing issues requiring seven holes in wall needing drywall repair upon plumbing issue resolved.

To start with, I love my home. What I didn't care to much for was when my construction manager changed 4 months after signing the paperwork, not much was discussed about it. The weekly calls were no more. I had to do more follow up. Some of the workmanship needs better screening. Cleanup of the home was poor. So poor that I had to hire an outside company to clean the tile that was dirty and stained from the crew ripping up the paper on the floor and walking their muddy shoes all over it. Initial planning experience went very smoothly. However material shortages, labor issues and often poor communication resulted in construction taking over 14 months for completion. Some issues are still not done after closing. Quality builder like Pulte should not have this many issues. Overall pleased with final product, yet still waiting for some problems to be corrected.

Somewhat disappointed with the lack of craftmanship / workmanship in our new home. From the general lack of cleanliness upon receipt to sloppy paint / drywall finishing and trim work, the level of quality did not match our expectations. Both the pre-walk review & the pre-closing review were too short in duration to adequately identify and address all issues. Quality needs to be built-in, by the individuals performing the task, not inspected in / reworked after the fact. It is clear that not all the Pulte vendors take ownership for the quality of their work.

Helpful sales person. Very good construction supervisor and very responsive. Poor quality construction. Final inspection by independent showed over 25 deficiencies, including such things as walls not being straight, windows crooked and not closing and blinds not fitting, busted concrete on patio. Price of design items more than doubled after contract was signed making the final pricing substantially more than expected.

We purchased a move in ready condominium. We were very happy with the finishes chosen by the Pulte staff, workmanship seems very good. We like the Del Webb lifestyle, and have already met some great neighbors. So far, so good.

My Sales Representative, Rita, was very informative and was always helpful with anything needed to complete the sale. I ended up with three different Building Managers and they all were available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the building process. The house was started and completed on schedule. There are a few items that need addressing that have gone passed the first 30 days and the warranty department is now working to get them addressed. The DelWebb community is a very nice place to live.

Overall a very positive experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. The quality of materials is good and very pleased with the finishes. If there was any blemishes or areas that needed fixing after the move in they have been very good about taking care of every detail. If it is delayed---It is delayed nothing you can do about that and delays can be frustrating-- my contract was stamped Mar-May but I moved in on July 30th--of course it is 2022 but that was tricky. Some simple design issues like placement of light switches and the dishwasher were a little strange but they could alter that where it makes more sense--normal ooops! I felt the construction team comunicated very well. Bryan, Luke and Chris went out of their way to comunicate on the progress of our home.

All the people helped make this an exciting, efficient, and high quality new home experience!

My experience with Pulte, has been a good one. The sales staff and the design team were so helpful with all of the decisions that needed to be made, and Josh, my construction manager, was great. He kept me informed on the progress as well as the reasons for any delays in the building process, which was very much appreciated. Since I have moved in, Chris, my customer care manager, has addressed every question and every issue that has come up. There have been very few things, but he has handled each one in record time. Numerous serious preclose problems-cracked trusses, large hole in roof, dishonest staff, no quality control, untrained trades including the use of children, etc. Upon closing we had a gas leak, no AC requiring a new compressor, our dishwasher flooded our kitchen wood floor, a utility flood, an island made of quartz 9 in too long, wavy siding, wood floorboards cut short, wavy concrete needing to be redone after close, too numerous and inexcusable to mention

I love the concept and the community I moved into but the workmanship and the pride that the workers take in putting the house together was less to be desired for the price we pay for these homes.

The builder working with the buyer didn’t really happen until the end but it all worked out and the house is great!

Pulte Homes really did hype up their brand name, but after actually moving into a newly built, I must honestly rate them below average. They subcontract everything, which I and neighbors have had to constantly call Pulte back to have them redo shotty work on too many things. The subcontractors seems to have the upper hand here as too many times the requests Pulte has asked them to do is ignored (so why isn't Pulte getting rid of them). Woodwork paint is substandard as it comes off easily and unable to wash it. grouting material in shower area gets holes in it just to run water, interior door standard hollow but very low grade, I could go on as there were so many things unfinished, messed up, & unprofessionally done. Very disappointed, too late now. Couldn't & wouldn't recommend Pulte Homes to anyone & will show them why. Will say Pulte Home employees mng & warranty people seem to do their best but, I feel too many times they're hands are tied. ... More

The gas pipe is out to far to put my stove into place needed to find a handyman to fix that and our outdoor hose spicket at our cost very shady. We have already closed and no one can help us from Pulte

The home took 6 months longer to build than we were initially told. We did not receive any communication initiated by a Pulte employee during the build. We had to initiate conversations with the sales force and point out construction issues along the way. We were never allowed to meet the construction manager during the build process. The interior paint job was terrible (the paint quality and the workmanship). We had to have the entire inside painted before we could move in. Now that it's done, we have to wait months to have warranty items fixed.

It is possible to buy even in these times. You will be pleased that you did. Value is there in your purchase so you will make money should you need to sell in the future. Del Webb is very reputable.
