Our construction manager Damian was easy to work with and did a fantastic job on managing this build, he kept us informed during the entire process.

Frank and his crew were great. They kept us updated on the building process weekly and we closed earlier than expected. However, we did experience a broken sewer pipe upon move in date. We could not use the water. I called the warranty office and Chase and the plumbers did come through. They had to drill a hole in our Flex room to replace the pipe. We had to spend a couple of nights in a hotel - which we did get reimbursed. They also used the spare LVP to repair the flooring quickly as well and returned the LVP that they used. They did get it resolved in a couple of days. Overall great experience. ... More

I was very pleased with my new home being built. The building supervisor kept me up to date of what’ was going on week by week, pictures included. I had a home inspection on house. I forwarded the information to my builder. At the walk through everything was taken care of what needed to be fixed. If I saw something later that needed to be fixed my builder would have the tradesman there the next day. I had 2 houses built. Ryan went above and beyond of what needed to be corrected. A Good Man!

The whole process of buying the home was smooth. Morgan understood what I want and my price frame. She found the right house for me and was a delight to work with. Robert was terrific checking everything was done correctly and thoroughly. His follow-up the first few days to answer any questions or concerns was very helpful and appreciated. Buying process was smooth and without drama. The technology used by both Pulte homes and Pulte finance were well done and very easy to use.

Crandall did an excellent job of keeping us up to date during construction, and Sabrina is very good to work with. We had an electrical issue that was promptly resolved, Only problem so far was some of the shrubbery died from excessive water collecting around the roots, but we want to replace it anyway. Have never dealt with an HOA before and we are not crazy about them having to be involved in everything, but we understand their motivation. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and experience.

Water fire lawn set too high. The switch over didn't change the amount of water. My first bill $500.00.

The home buying experience went smoothly our Construction Manager Dawnyel was great and any issues we had were immediately resolved.

Our journey began with a visit to Clayton Overlook in Spring 2024, when our house in MD was not yet on the market. We signed a contract in late April, placed our home on the market in June (closed the sales in August) and relocated to temporary quarters in the NC in September. Our new home was ready in December. During the sales process, we selected our model and our salesperson worked with us as we selected options to modify the model home to our liking. The design process was very thorough and the builder provides a well organized set of finish options that allowed us to truly make our home unique while keeping within our budget. The construction process included the ability to provide input at various meetings which coincided with the various construction phases. The construction manager provided regular updates on progress. At completion and following closing, we were assigned a local warranty manager who expedites the solution to resolve any issues related to the house itself. We are enjoying our new Del Webb home and look forward to the opening of our Carolina Overlook amenity center. ... More

Every aspect of the home buying process was administered with clarity, professionalism, and appropriate information. Policies were explained and time lines firmly established. Working with Matt, Alec, and Nancy was very enlightening and gave us a positive sense of direction throughout the building process. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE!
