It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. There was precious little builder flexibility, but I will say our build manager Sean was able to accommodate our two most crucial change requests. Every things is OK, only one improvement builder should do is that size of front door should be larger, two door and should be higher in hight

Both sales and construction always kept us up to date on the entire buying process. After closing the construction team ( Ron and Darrel ) were extremely quick to handle all our concerns with complete satisfaction.

My wife and I purchased a quick move in home from Del Webb in May 2025. The process of buying has been great! Our sales agent and contractor were awesome. We were really happy with the entire process and the way we have been treated. The people in our community are so friendly and we continue each day to find ways to enjoy our new home. The amenities are exceptional and the location is great.

Our overall experience has been excellent in all respects. We were out of town buyers. Websites were consistently content rich, reliable, easy to navigate. Once visiting Sun City Texas (SCT), our Sales Rep, Adam M was excellent and went above and beyond with detailed support while we were onsite and back home leading up to the lot selection and contracting decision. After lot selection, Rachel in the Design Center, was excellent in helping us with the many design selections associated with the home build. When construction started, our assigned Construction Manager, Craig C., was excellent and more. From the initial Introductory call, to the formal periodic construction updates, the several key inspection points, the walk-throughs, etc., Craig was always welcoming, accessible, and responsive. We knew he had a very heavy construction workload, but he never let it adversely affect his interactions and feedback with us. Craig was always poised, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. The closing process with Pulte was about as smooth as could be expected, given the many moving parts needing to come together. Okay — so now we have been in the home about two months. What about quality? Sure, we have had some minor hiccups here and there — few in number, but resolved timely. The energy efficiency of the home is being confirmed as we have gotten the initial couple months of utility bills. Overall, we are very pleased, and we would consider working with Del Webb / Pulte Homes again if the situation presented itself. The toughest item to grade in the survey was “Value for the price paid.” It is so subjective. If you just consider raw numbers, like $/sf, you might conclude less than 5 star. Our opinion is when you buy into a well established community like Sun City Texas (SCT) you can reasonably expect to know what you are getting; the community itself has an excellent track record; and the amenities are impressive beyond description. The other point to recognize, when you contract to buy a lot and build a new home, there are definite limits on selections. Granted, there are numerous choices within each selection targeting different price points; but, understand, you are not sitting down with an architect and a blank sheet of paper sketching out your vision of the perfect home design of your dreams. If the latter type of custom home is what you want, you probably need to be on a different decision path. ... More

Robin, our sales consultant, made our experience so easy. She patiently reassured us many times when we were concerned since we were moving from another state. It all worked out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier in our wonderful Del Webb Prestige home! We love everything about it. The home is designed so well and we wouldn’t change a thing! We have had just a few minor details that needed to be addressed and Pulte has quickly taken care of them. The Del Webb neighbors are so friendly too! Thank you Pulte for the best home ever!

This was an excellent experience. I felt very supported. In almost all ways from the Sakes people to the construction superintendent. The Pulte loan team was also beyond helpful and kept their word. With a good realtor, this experience exceeds expectations!! Thank you! RRR

Settlement was without problems, only took 15 minutes. I have been in the villa for 3 months and am delighted with it.

Our sales representative Chris was fabulous to be associated with. He was upfront, sincere, honest and a pleasure throughout our entire sales experience.

A couple of things needs improvement in the quality of the home One-the quality of paint of the inside is nothing but awful Two-an updated baseboard to match the quality of the rest of the house should be included Three-the easiness in which the patio door should be open should be looked at as we are all senior citizen Other than that, I think it’s a wonderful home

Todd as sales manager was great to work with. He was very informative through the process. Archie as construction manager was fantastic to work with. He keep me up to date daily and weekly on what was happening. Always took care of any questions.

We love our new home. It’s a floor plan we love . Our first salesperson left the company, so we were lost in the system for a while which was very frustrating! Once Jose was assigned to us things began to smooth out. If I were to improve on a building process, it would be the painting inside and out. We had so many painting issues that it became frustrating. The painters need to do a better job.

The staff at Pulte Homes and Del Webb were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process from sales to the construction and home acceptance process. The process was clearly explained from selecting the house, going through the escrow process, to an understandable construction warranty turn over process. This level of process management was a very important factor in buying my home because I live in Colorado and managed the process both electronically and with a minimum of visits to the Del Webb site in Nevada. I look forward to moving into my new home in August and feel very confident in the quality of construction and the backup support that will be available from Pulte. ... More

We only looked at Del Webb homesites & communities, do to their overall reputation from Pulte Builders to Sales Rep, Construction Manager & Activities offered it has been outstanding & we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

We used all aspects of Pulte services a d could not be more happy. The building superintendent has and continues to be responsive and available. The insurance team has helped lower my rates on 2 homes and 2 cars and the Mortgage team made everything easy by being thorough and flexible.

Everyone I dealt with was committed to providing excellent service.

The only suggestion that I would give, when you hand out the keys to your house and mailbox at closing, they should give you your pool fob. I closed Thursday had no access to the pool until the following Monday.

Mark my agent followed up quickly on my texts and phone calls. Lexavier and Tim also followed up on my calls. Only met them the last month of my buying experience as I purchased a home ready for closing. Even after closing they both quickly responded to my concerns or questions. Overall a 10 out of 10
