Master bedroom carpet filthy and trashed by the contractors that walked back and forth to install our shower door, no booties, no drop cloth, I was told dirty carpet is normal, it was also install and cut incorrectly and not glued down. 2 cracked door frames, uneven double cut bathroom door frame, bottom bathroom door damaged. Both bathroom vanities were delivered broken and were unprofessionally glued together and sloppily calked , missing caulking around vanities above sink, missing caulking in main tub, navy blue kitchen cupboard scratched, hole in lvp, missing screws in front door plate, front door loose and not lined up to lock, hall light switch installed upside down, garage door frame bent, I was told the contractors step on it to lock it when it's under construction, hole in dry wall above garage inside door. This was a pleasant experience. I felt confident that my new home was built to perfection. Everything I asked for was done. Completion was ahear of schedule which I was delighted with. The build team met all of my expectations.

The people I worked with were all very professional. They did an excellent job of getting me through the process to my new home.

Home was not cleaned daily or weekly as promised causing the new air conditioning unit to be clogged with dirt and debris. Had to clean unit which was done, but would not clean ducts which were also dirty. Balance of home was built as promised.

I am a Realtor and have always said that a Builder is as good as their Contractors. Being the first one on the street I have seen how hard these tradespeople work but unfortunately the quality of workmanship needs some improvement. I have seen these people work every single day and I feel that they are being pushed into producing and that is not always good for quality work. My ratings on this survey would have been more like a 3.*****. As a Realtor of 23 years I found that the ***** was not very good. I would look into other companies if I was Pulte. I am disappointed that the sales office feels that they should let someone purchase a house and then let warranty deal with the problems with the house when there are apparent issues that should be taking care of ahead of time. That is why the villa next to me has now had a price drop from $456,000 to $399,900 and remains available. As a Realtor, I would not recommend that my buyer purchase that unit. I have an issue with a truss that should have been addressed by Pulte and my Construction Manager prior to me purchasing. I have a bow in my dining room ceiling which was pointed out during my walk-through the week before I closed. Someone put a little drywall mud on the ceiling thinking it would cover up the issue. The ceiling is uneven well into the dining room. Also, I have had 6 different corners of my walls that have had the corner bead pop in numerous places. The drywall repairs are unacceptable in most places. My husband had a construction business and I have helped remodel homes in the past. I have found that it is best if I do the wall repair myself. I have areas that I have to sand down and redo to make them acceptable. There should not be that many issues with the corners. There are more issues but I have to end somewhere. Complete Staff acted like a fine tuned machine. made the whole process completely stress free. I highly recommend Del Webb as the place to go to build a new home!

The sales process and construction process were a good experience. Once we closed, the responsiveness dropped dramatically. We've been in the home for approximately two months and still don't have resolution on an open issue from the closing meeting despite multiple follow ups. The customer service warranty team is extremely slow in responding to issues and resolving problems. It's disappointing given the promises made during the sales process and the amount paid for these homes.

The actual building of the house was great. Finishing is a different story—painting, caulking, concrete, sanding, door installations, house cleaning—house was never really cleaned inside or out). Took a while to finally get a real closing date.

From the point of signatures on contracts, I feel there are so many disconnects between Sales, construction, Pulte Mortgage. I could probably count a 100 break points with opportunities to improve. Post closing there are many disconnects from Sales, Construction & HOA. Given the chance to do this over again, I am not sure I would buy in ***** again or *****

We expected to buy a resale in an adjacent community, never expected to build new. Stopping in to look at the models during a visit with friends late last year we were impressed by the floorplans and use of space. A quick visit with salesman Mark got us very interested. We returned end of year and the building process was so simple we decided to sign. The process from that point was laid out for us, they communicated the steps and arranged the necessary meetings. Project manager Kyle was fantastic to work with, he communicated the progress and was always on top of things. I made several visits during the building process and Kyle was always available to walk through and talk about the process and progress and answer all questions and concerns. I have been looking at homes from various builders, from huge national mass producers to semi-custom builders, and was quite satisfied with the quality of work, surprising from a big national builder. I researched Pulte's reputation, and while I saw mixed reviews from most regions, the overall reviews were far more positive in the ***** region. Since closing we had to submit a couple of minor warranty claims which were resolved quickly. ... More

From purchase to move-in, their process was great.

Im noticing a lot of little flaws now that im moved in to my new home. It would be nice to see the team of builders focus more on Quality versus quantity. It's always the little things that matters in the end.

Everything has gone smoothly and our experience has been great. Small warranty items have been addressed quickly.

We are extremely pleased with our home, and the the process that we experienced. The process was thorough, timely, and we were constantly informed by the construction manager with updates, issues, and potential issues. The one and only suggestion that we would make, is to have a team of Pulte lending agents to specifically process applications of self-employed home buyers. The lack of understanding, experience, retaining and reviewing submitted documents, and overall lack of competence caused us to withdraw our request and use our own lender. It wasn't worth the $10,000 to deal with it.

We are very happy with our new home. The Del Webb/Pulte quality is evident. Kristen *****, our sales contact, was fantastic on every step of the process from the beginning to close of escrow. Daniel ***** has been very responsive to our repair issues after we moved in. We are recommending Del Webb/ Pulte to everyone we know who are looking to buy a new house.

over all we were pleased with all that was done. My biggest complaint is the cleaning at the end and some of the appliance choices should have had available upgrades. The pantry room should have been a pocket door...you lose a lot of space the way you have it. Also, wire shelving is useless.

The builder's supervisor kept us updated with pictures on every phase of process.

From the beginning I was ***** to and some of those ***** are just now being uncovered. I will not recommend Del Webb or Pulte to anyone nor will I ever change my mind on how I feel. Del Webb and Pulte both assumed my bank account was theirs to do with as they pleased.

This is my second build with Pulte and I've loved both houses.

The mortgage lender asked for the same information repeatedly, which was confusing because all the documents were loaded into a portal that the lender had requested us to use.

Unlike my custom builds of past, there are limitations to what is offered, however, there are great plans and elevations from which to choose. I will say that each person was very responsive and while there were some issues, they made each of them right. Overall, I am very happy with the build and really like the neighborhood.

Angela, our sales person was excellent from start to finish. Jack *****, our project manager was wonderful and very communicative thought the building process!

It seems that the tiles installed in this house were definitely not a Pulte best.

Our build took a long time for permit issues, the land wasn't available for some time. The building process was actually great except the subcontractor work needed to be watched a bit to compare what we contracted was actually what was done. When brought-up to the building manager, he was shockingly responsive and corrected everything immediately!! Our building manager was incredible, we were simply amazed at his professionalism and leadership!!! It makes all the difference. I can't say enough good about him!!! We feel the details like painting and finishing could've been a bit better, but we love our house!!! They've been exceptionally responsive about coming back with the few minor things on the post-build punch list. That program is also fantastic! The product and their effort to make take care of every concern is extremely impressive. Our overall experience was awesome because of the building manager and the real-estate-agent.
